The technical scheme disclosed by the invention can be applied to the product research and development process, and can be used for realizing the automatic management of the project groups in the management scene of the research and development project groups in a mode of automatically realizing project information query and project analysis, thereby improving the management efficiency and the management effectiveness.
In the related art, in the product development process, in order to effectively manage the project, a project management program may be used to track the development task of the product. Currently, a more common project management program may include, for example: the JIRA (Jira) program can provide a project and transaction tracking tool, and is widely applied to the working fields of defect tracking, customer service, demand collection, process approval, task tracking, project tracking, agile management and the like. In the project management program, project transactions under the name of each project employee and the completion condition of each project transaction can be recorded. In order to acquire the working conditions of all the employees, the transaction arrangement is better facilitated, and the working efficiency is improved. Generally, information such as project completion rate of each employee can be counted, however, the existing project completion condition is generally completed manually, and the efficiency is low.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the inventor thinks that since the project management program stores the relevant work data of each employee and each project group, whether a project query interface can be set to provide the input of query information, the input query information acts as a filter, the execution information of each project group can be obtained, and then the execution information of each project group is analyzed, and the analysis of the project is automatically completed. Therefore, the automatic query of the execution information of the project group and the automatic analysis of the queried execution information are realized, and the high-efficiency and high-precision analysis is realized. The inventor proposes the technical scheme of the disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, first, in response to a management request for a target project group, project query information of the target project group may be determined, and the project query information may include a project group name and employee information of a project employee. Thereby querying project execution information of the project employee on the target project group based on the project query information. And realizing automatic query of project information. And then, according to the project execution information, the execution condition of the project staff on the target project can be analyzed to obtain an analysis result, so that the automatic analysis of the completion condition of the project group is realized. Therefore, automatic management of projects is realized through automatic query and automatic analysis, and the management efficiency is improved.
The technical solutions of the present disclosure and how to solve the above technical problems will be described in detail with specific embodiments below. Several of the following embodiments may be combined with each other and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
In order to improve the query efficiency, the item group of each query of the management user can comprise a plurality of items. In response to the management request for the target item group, determining item query information for the target item group may include: in response to a management request for a plurality of target item groups, item query information for each target item group is determined to query the information of the target item group using the related embodiments of steps 202-204 to obtain an analysis result for each target item group.
As an example, in the above embodiment, step 202: based on the project query information, the acquiring of the project execution information of the project employee on the target project group from the project management program may specifically include:
and inputting the project query information as input information into a project management program, and acquiring project execution information of project employees on the target project group through the project management program.
Alternatively, the project manager may be, for example, a jira manager. Based on the project query information, querying project execution information of the project employee on the target project group may include: a filter is generated based on the project group name of the project query information and the employee information of the project employee. And sending the filter to a project management program, and filtering data based on the filter through the project management program to obtain project execution information of the project staff on the target project group.
The filter may direct the project management program to perform data screening according to data matching the employee information of project employees that it configures to obtain the performance information of each project employee.
The electronic device may be configured with a project management program, and the project management program may monitor the completion of each project. In practical application, the project management program may provide a query interface to pull the execution information of each project employee on the target project group from the database or the data storage module when the filter corresponding to the project query information is obtained.
In this embodiment, after the project query information is input to the project management program as input information, the project execution information of the project staff on the target project group may be acquired through the project management program, so as to reuse the project management program, complete quick search and discrimination of data in the project management program, and implement real-time dynamic pulling of data, so as to implement automatic analysis and management of the project staff, and implement timeliness and effectiveness of data management.
Alternatively, the project execution information may be stored in the project file when the project execution information of each project employee is acquired. As shown in fig. 3, a third flowchart of a project management method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the method of the present embodiment may be applied to an electronic device, and the project management method may include:
301: in response to a management request for a target item group, item query information for the target item group is determined.
The item query information includes: project group name and employee information for project employees.
It should be noted that, some steps in this embodiment are the same as those in the foregoing embodiment, and for simplicity of description, detailed description is omitted here.
302: and inputting the item query information as input information into the item management program, reading each item transaction which accords with the item query information from an item document of the item management program, and storing the transaction information of each of a plurality of item transactions obtained by query into an item file.
The project file may include a table file, such as an excel file, and the type of the project file is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The execution information of any project employee may be information of at least one project transaction of the project employee to the target project group where the project employee is located, and specifically may include respective transaction information of at least one project transaction named by the target employee. The transaction information may include: transaction status, status update time, key with problem (key), employee name, project name, version information to which the project belongs, project category, project ID, event ID, query time, transaction start time, expected completion time, employee account number, and the like.
The specific transaction attributes of the transaction information, such as transaction status, status update time, etc., may be used as keys (keys) in the table, and each project employee is keyed in different table elements. For example, when the value of the transaction state of the employee in project a is completed, the key value of the corresponding key of the transaction state of the row to which the employee in project a belongs is completed.
Optionally, the transaction state may include: executed, unexecuted, expired. The transaction status may be updated by the employee. Each employee can log in the project management program to update the transaction information of at least one project transaction under the name of the employee.
303: and determining at least one project transaction related to the project employee from the project file based on the employee information of any project employee, so as to obtain project execution information formed by the transaction information corresponding to the at least one project transaction related to each project employee.
The acquisition of the project file may be performed in advance, and the analysis process of the project file may be performed after the project file is acquired. That is, an offline manner may be adopted, in which the acquired project file is first stored, and then the acquired project file is utilized to determine at least one project transaction associated with each project employee for analysis. The reading and analysis separation of the project file is realized, and the reliability and the safety of the analysis are realized. Wherein, the acquisition of the project file and the analysis process can be synchronously executed. That is, an online analysis mode can be adopted, the information of the project file is stored, and meanwhile, the related information is read from the project file for analysis, so that the information reading and analysis are synchronous, and the analysis timeliness of the executed information is improved.
304: and analyzing the execution condition of the project staff in the target project group according to the project execution information to obtain an analysis result.
305: a plurality of associated users having output associations with the target set of items is determined.
306: and generating result prompt information of the associated users by combining the analysis results according to the position information of the associated users so as to obtain the respective result prompt information of the associated users.
307: and outputting corresponding result prompt information for a plurality of associated users respectively.
In this embodiment, when information of a project employee is acquired, a manner of inputting project query information as input information to a project management program is adopted, each project transaction conforming to the project query information is read from a project document of the project management program, and transaction information of a plurality of project transactions acquired through query is stored in a project file. By storing a plurality of project transactions obtained by query into the project file, at least one project transaction associated with the project staff is determined from the project file when the project file is used for online or offline data analysis, so that effective and rapid query of the project transaction is realized, and the acquisition efficiency of project execution information is improved.
As an embodiment, inputting the item query information as input information into the item management program, reading each item transaction conforming to the item query information from an item document of the item management program, and storing transaction information of each of a plurality of item transactions obtained by the query into the item file may include:
inputting the item query information as input information into an item management program, traversing item documents of the item management program, reading item transactions matched with the item query information from the item documents, and storing the transaction information of the item transactions into a cache;
and reading the transaction information of each project transaction from the cache so as to store each project transaction into the target document.
When the item query information is input into the item management program as input information, a multi-mode character string matching algorithm (Aho-Corasick) can be adopted to read item transactions matched with the item query information from the item document.
When a multi-mode character string matching algorithm is adopted, when a project transaction matched with project query information is read from a project document, each keyword in the project query information, namely information such as staff names of all project staff, needs to be matched, each pair of keywords needs to be matched, one query needs to be executed on the project document, and therefore query efficiency is low. In the embodiment, each item transaction is read from the item document and stored in the cache so as not to perform secondary query, and when information is read from the cache to the target document, the information in the cache is directly used for reading without new matching from the item document, so that the complexity of information reading is approximately linear.
When the project transaction matching the project query information is read from the project document, the project transaction matching the project query information may be read from the transaction information of each of the plurality of transactions of the project document. The transaction information for each of the plurality of transactions may include: the transaction information may include: transaction status, status update time, key with problem (key), employee name, project name, version information to which the project belongs, project category, project ID, event ID, query time, transaction start time, expected completion time, employee account number, and the like.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the transaction information of each project employee is accurately read and stored, the queried transaction information of each project transaction may be stored in the cache, so as to read the transaction information of each project transaction from the cache, and store the transaction information of each project transaction in the target document. By storing the information of the project transaction into the cache, the information can be effectively stored, and when the information is read from the cache to the target document, the new matching from the project document is not needed, so that the efficient and accurate storage of the project transaction is realized.
In one possible design, entering the item query information as input information into the item management program, traversing item documents of the item management program, reading item transactions matching the item query information from the item documents, and storing transaction information of the item transactions in a cache may include:
inputting the project query information as input information into a project management program, traversing project documents of the project management program, and judging whether the transaction information is matched with the project query information or not according to any transaction information in the project documents;
if yes, storing the transaction information into the target document;
if not, storing the transaction information into a failure document;
and outputting the target document when the traversal is finished.
When information query is performed, it can be determined whether the transaction information matches the item query information. It may be, to query whether the key value of each transaction information at different keys matches with the item query information. For example, whether the employee account number of each transaction information is matched with the employee account number included in the project query information or not is queried, and whether the employee name of each transaction information is matched with the employee name included in the query information or not is queried.
Specifically, for each information in the item query information, a graph of the item document is queried to perform character matching, when the character matching is successful, it is determined that the corresponding transaction information can be stored in the target document, and when the character matching is failed, it is determined that the corresponding transaction information can be stored in the failed document. At the end of the project document query, the target document may be output.
In the embodiment, information filtering is realized in a character matching mode, so that the information of the project transaction is stored in the cache, effective storage of the information can be realized, when the information is read from the cache to the target document, new matching from the project document is not needed, and efficient and accurate storage of the project transaction is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, a third flowchart of a project management method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the method of the present embodiment may be applied to an electronic device, and the project management method may include:
401: in response to a management request for a target item group, item query information for the target item group is determined.
The item query information includes: project group name and employee information for project employees.
402: and inputting the item query information as input information into the item management program, reading each item transaction which accords with the item query information from an item document of the item management program, and storing the transaction information of each of a plurality of item transactions obtained by query into an item file.
403: and determining at least one project transaction related to the project employee from the project file based on the employee information of any project employee, so as to obtain project execution information formed by the transaction information corresponding to the at least one project transaction related to each project employee.
Wherein at least one project transaction associated with any project employee; each project transaction corresponds to corresponding transaction information; project employees of the target project include at least one.
404: according to at least one project transaction related to any project employee, scoring the work of the project employee to obtain a project completion score of each project employee;
405: and generating a first analysis result according to the project completion score of each project employee.

407: and generating result prompt information of the associated users by combining the first analysis result according to the position information of the associated users so as to obtain the respective result prompt information of the associated users.
408: and outputting corresponding result prompt information for a plurality of associated users respectively.
In this embodiment, based on employee information of any project employee, at least one project transaction associated with the project employee is determined from the project file, after project execution information is formed by the transaction information corresponding to the at least one project transaction associated with each project employee, work of the project employee can be scored according to the at least one project transaction associated with any project employee, a project completion score of each project employee is obtained, completion scoring of the at least one project employee under a target project group is achieved, targeted analysis of each project employee is achieved, and an analysis effect is improved.
As a possible implementation manner, scoring the work of project employees according to at least one project transaction associated with any project employee to obtain a project completion score of each project employee, includes:
according to at least one project transaction associated with any project employee, scoring the execution condition of the project employee corresponding to the at least one project transaction respectively, and obtaining the transaction score of the project employee corresponding to the at least one project transaction respectively;
and weighting the transaction scores corresponding to the at least one project transaction respectively according to the weight corresponding to the at least one project transaction respectively to obtain the project completion score of the project employee so as to obtain the project completion score of each project employee.
In a possible design, scoring the execution condition of the project employee corresponding to each of the at least one project transaction, and obtaining the transaction score of the project employee corresponding to each of the at least one project transaction may further include:
and writing the transaction scores of the project employees corresponding to the at least one project transaction into the transaction information corresponding to the at least one project transaction.
