In this step, the server may directly input the item information of the plurality of items to the item identification model for the item information of any of the plurality of items in the item information library, or may specify the item information of a plurality of groups of items from the item information of the plurality of items and input the item information of one group of items to the item identification model each time. In the embodiment of the present application, the number of articles in each group is not particularly limited, and may be two, three, five, or the like.
In the embodiment of the application, the server determines the similar item information in the item information of the plurality of items in the item information base through the item identification model, the step of manually determining the similar item information is replaced, the server actively identifies the potential similar items in the item information base, and the efficiency of determining the similar item information is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, the server matches two items in the item information base, and determines similar items in the items. Correspondingly, the method comprises the following steps: the server inputs the article information of any two articles in the article information base into the article identification model and outputs an identification result, wherein the identification result is used for indicating whether the two articles are similar articles or not.
In the embodiment of the application, the server matches the article information of the articles in the article information base pairwise through the article identification model, so that the omission of similar articles in the articles is avoided, and the accuracy and the integrity of the determined similar article information are improved.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 5, the article information base includes article information of articles in different logistics operation links. In a possible implementation manner, the step of the service acquiring the article information base is as follows: the method comprises the steps that a server determines at least one logistics link included in logistics operation, wherein the at least one logistics link comprises a processing link, a storage link and a delivery link; determining a plurality of articles related to each logistics link; determining item information for a plurality of items; and forming an article information base by the article information of the plurality of articles.
In one possible implementation, the item information includes at least one of name information, brand information, specification information, volume information, classification information, and number information of the item. Correspondingly, the step of determining the item information of the plurality of items by the server is as follows: the server acquires at least one item of name information, brand information, specification information, volume information, classification information and number information of each item; at least one of name information, brand information, specification information, volume information, classification information, and number information of the article is determined as article information of the article.
In the embodiment of the application, because the article information is information which is easy to be confused, such as name information, brand information, specification information, volume information, classification information, number information and the like, the article information base formed based on the article information is convenient for the server to accurately search the similar article information, and the efficiency of determining the mutually similar articles is improved.
404. The server stores item information of a group of similar items associated with item information of the plurality of items in a second similar item library when the identification result indicates that the plurality of items are similar items.
In a possible implementation manner, the server directly inputs the item information of the plurality of items into the item identification model, and accordingly, the step is as follows: and the server associates the article information of the plurality of articles into article information of a group of similar articles and stores the article information into the second similar article library to obtain the second similar article library under the condition that the identification result shows that the plurality of articles are similar articles.

The first article is an article which needs to be subjected to logistics operation in any logistics link. For example, articles that need warehousing; if the article needs to be taken out of the warehouse; further, for example, an article to be distributed is required. In the embodiment of the application, the similar product library not only comprises the article information of the similar products identified by the article identification model, but also comprises the article information of the similar products identified by the staff in the logistics operation process, so that the quantity of the article information in the similar product library is increased, and the accuracy of searching for the second product which is similar to the first article is improved.
In one possible implementation manner, the process of determining the second similarity library by the server is as follows: the server trains to obtain an article identification model based on the first similar article library; inputting the article information of a plurality of articles into an article identification model and outputting an identification result for the article information of any plurality of articles in the article information base, wherein the identification result is used for indicating whether the plurality of articles are similar articles or not; and when the identification result shows that the plurality of articles are similar articles, associating the article information of the plurality of articles into article information of a group of similar articles and storing the article information into a second similar article library.
It should be noted that the server can also update the second similarity library. Correspondingly, the step of updating the second similar product library by the server is as follows: an update button is arranged in a display interface of the terminal, and a user triggers the update button; and the terminal responds to the triggering of the update button and sends an update instruction to the server. And the server receives the updating instruction and determines a new second similarity library.
In the embodiment of the application, the server can update the second similar product library, so that the timeliness and the information integrity of the stored second similar product library are ensured, and the accuracy of searching for the second product which is similar to the first product based on the stored similar product library is improved.
In one possible implementation, with continued reference to fig. 5, before the server stores the item information of a plurality of items in association with the item information of a group of similar items in the second similar item library, the worker verifies the item information of the similar items output by the item identification model. Optionally, the step of the staff verifying the output result based on the terminal is: the server transmits item information of a plurality of items to the terminal. The terminal receives article information of a plurality of articles sent by the server; and displaying a similar product confirmation interface, wherein the similar product confirmation interface comprises the article information of a plurality of articles. And the staff confirms that the article information of the articles are similar to each other actually through the physical object, and triggers a confirmation operation based on a similar article confirmation interface. And the terminal responds to the confirmation operation triggered based on the similarity confirmation interface and sends confirmation information to the server. In the embodiment of the application, the staff member rechecks the similar product information determined by the article identification model, so that the accuracy of the similar product information is ensured, and the accuracy of the second similar product library obtained based on the reconfirmed similar product information is further improved.
In a possible implementation manner, with continued reference to fig. 5, the worker confirms that an article which is not a similar article exists in the plurality of articles through a physical object, and can also trigger a denial operation based on a similar article confirmation interface; the terminal responds to a denial operation triggered based on the similar item confirmation interface, a similar item modification interface is displayed, and the item information of a plurality of items is displayed in the similar item modification interface; and the staff triggers the modification operation based on the similarity modification interface. The terminal responds to modification operation triggered based on the similar item modification interface, modifies the item information of the plurality of items to obtain modified information, and the modification operation is used for deleting the item information which is not similar to other items in the plurality of items; alternatively, the modifying operation is for adding item information that is similar to the plurality of items. The terminal sends the modification information to the server. The server responds to the received modification information sent by the terminal; modifying the article information of the plurality of articles according to the modification information to obtain modified article information of the plurality of articles; and storing the modified item information of the plurality of items into a first similar item library by associating the item information of the group of similar items.
In the embodiment of the application, because the similar articles which do not conform to reality are modified by the staff, on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the similar articles obtained after modification, the data volume of the first similar article library is increased, and the accuracy of the article identification model obtained based on the training of the first similar article library is further improved.
408. And under the condition that the server finds the second article, determining first logistics operation information of the first article, wherein the first logistics operation information is different from the second logistics operation information of the second article.
In one possible implementation, the first logistics operation information includes at least one of logistics processing information, logistics storage information and logistics distribution information. the acquisition module 601 is configured to acquire sample article information of a plurality of similar articles included in a first similar article library, where the first similar article library is obtained by storing article information of similar articles identified by a worker in a logistics operation process;
the training module 602 is configured to train to obtain an article identification model based on sample article information of a plurality of similar articles;
an output module 603, configured to input the item information of the plurality of items into the item identification model for the item information of any plurality of items in the item information base, and output an identification result, where the identification result is used to indicate whether the plurality of items are similar items;
the associating module 604 is configured to, in a case that the identification result indicates that the plurality of items are similar items, associate the item information of the plurality of items with item information of a group of similar items and store the associated item information in the second similar item library;
the logistics operation module 605 is configured to perform logistics operation on the first article to be operated based on the first similar product library and the second similar product library.
In a possible implementation manner, the logistics operation module 605 is configured to receive a logistics operation request of a terminal, where the logistics operation request carries first item information of a first item; searching a second article which is similar to the first article based on the first article information and the stored first similar article library and second similar article library; under the condition that the second article is found, determining first logistics operation information of the first article, wherein the first logistics operation information is different from the second logistics operation information of the second article; and sending the first logistics information to a terminal, wherein the terminal is used for displaying the first logistics information so as to remind a target user of carrying out logistics operation on the first article based on the first logistics information, and the target user is a user using the terminal to carry out logistics operation.
In another possible implementation manner, the logistics operation module 605 is configured to determine at least one of first logistics processing information, first logistics warehousing information, and first logistics distribution information; and determining at least one of the first logistics processing information, the first logistics storage information and the first logistics distribution information as first logistics operation information.
In another possible implementation, the first logistics processing information includes a first processing time and a first processing location of the first article; a logistics operation module 605 for determining a second processing time and a second processing location of the second item; respectively determining a first processing time and a first processing position based on the second processing time and the second processing position; the time interval between the first processing time and the second processing time is greater than a first preset time, and the distance interval between the first processing position and the second processing position is greater than a first preset distance.
In another possible implementation, the first logistics storage information includes a first storage operation position and a first storage operation time of the first article; a logistics operation module 605, configured to determine a second warehousing operation location and a second warehousing operation time of the second item; respectively determining a first warehousing operation position and first warehousing operation time based on the second warehousing operation position and the second warehousing operation time; the distance interval between the first warehousing operation position and the second warehousing operation position is greater than a second preset distance, and the time interval between the first warehousing operation time and the second warehousing operation time is greater than a second preset duration.
In another possible implementation, the first logistics distribution information includes car information of a first distribution car of the first item; a logistics operation module 605 for determining compartment information of a second delivery compartment for a second item; determining compartment information of a first delivery compartment based on compartment information of a second delivery compartment; the first distribution compartment and the second distribution compartment are compartments of two different vehicles or different compartments of the same vehicle.
In another possible implementation, referring to fig. 7, the apparatus further includes:
a second sending module 606, configured to send item information of the plurality of items to the terminal;
the second receiving module 607 is configured to, in response to receiving the confirmation information sent by the terminal, associate the item information of the plurality of items with item information of a group of similar items and store the associated item information in the second similar item library.
In another possible implementation manner, the second receiving module 607 is further configured to respond to receiving modification information sent by the terminal, where the modification information includes at least one of deletion information and addition information, the deletion information is used to indicate that item information that is not similar to other items in the plurality of items is deleted, and the addition information is used to indicate that item information that is similar to the plurality of items is added; modifying the article information of the plurality of articles according to the modification information to obtain modified article information of the plurality of articles; and storing the modified item information of the plurality of items into a first similar item library by associating the item information of the group of similar items.
In another possible implementation manner, the apparatus further includes: a determining module 608, configured to determine at least one logistics link included in the logistics operation, where the at least one logistics link includes a processing link, a warehousing link, and a delivery link; determining a plurality of articles related to each logistics link; determining item information for a plurality of items; and forming an article information base by the article information of the plurality of articles.
In another possible implementation manner, the determining module 608 is further configured to obtain, for each article, at least one of name information, brand information, specification information, volume information, classification information, and number information of the article; at least one of name information, brand information, specification information, volume information, classification information, and number information of the article is determined as article information of the article.
The embodiment of the application provides a logistics operation method, and the similar product library corresponding to the article information library is determined through the trained article identification model, so that when logistics operation is performed on an article, the similar product corresponding to the article can be determined according to the determined similar product library, the situation that the similar product is mixed up in the logistics operation process is further avoided, and the accuracy of the logistics operation is improved.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a logistics operation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 8, the apparatus includes:
a first sending module 801, configured to send a logistics operation request to a server, where the logistics operation request carries first article information of a first article;
a first receiving module 802, configured to receive first logistics operation information of a first article sent by a server, where the first logistics operation information is determined when the server finds a second article in a first similar article library and a second similar article library that are already stored, the first article and the second article are similar to each other, and the first logistics operation information of the first article is different from the second logistics operation information of the second article;
the display module 803 is configured to display the first logistics information to remind a target user of performing logistics operation on the first article based on the first logistics information, where the target user is a user using the terminal to perform logistics operation.
In a possible implementation manner, the first receiving module 802 is further configured to receive item information of a plurality of items sent by a server; the display module 803 is further configured to display a similar product confirmation interface, where the similar product confirmation interface includes article information of a plurality of articles; the first sending module 801 is further configured to send confirmation information to the server in response to a confirmation operation triggered based on the similarity confirmation interface.
In another possible implementation manner, the first sending module 801 is further configured to modify, in response to a denial operation triggered based on the similar product confirmation interface, the item information of the multiple items based on the modification operation to obtain modification information, where the modification operation is used to delete item information of the multiple items that is not similar to other items; or, the modifying operation is to add item information that is similar to the plurality of items; and sending the modification information to the server.
The embodiment of the application provides a logistics operation method, and the method is characterized in that a second article which is similar to a first article is searched through article information of the first article and a stored similar article library, and then first logistics operation information which is different from second logistics operation information of the second article is determined, so that when the first article is subjected to logistics operation, the first article and the second article can be separately subjected to logistics operation through different logistics operation information, confusion of the first article and the second article which are similar to each other is effectively avoided, and the accuracy of the logistics operation is improved.
It should be noted that: in the logistics operation device provided in the above embodiment, only the division of the function modules is illustrated when the logistics operation is performed, and in practical applications, the function distribution may be completed by different function modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the server is divided into different function modules to complete all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the logistics operation device and the logistics operation method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a server provided in this embodiment of the present application, where the server 900 may generate relatively large differences due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 901 and one or more memories 902, where the memory 902 stores at least one program code, and the at least one program code is loaded and executed by the processors 901 to implement the logistics operation method provided in each method embodiment. Of course, the server may also have components such as a wired or wireless network interface, a keyboard, and an input/output interface, so as to perform input/output, and the server may also include other components for implementing the functions of the device, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 10 shows a block diagram of a terminal 1000 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The terminal 1000 can be: a smart phone, a tablet computer, an MP3 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 3), an MP4 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 4), a notebook computer, or a desktop computer. Terminal 1000 can also be referred to as user equipment, portable terminal, laptop terminal, desktop terminal, or the like by other names.
In general, terminal 1000 can include: a processor 1001 and a memory 1002.
Processor 1001 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and so forth. The processor 1001 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), and a PLA (Programmable Logic Array). The processor 1001 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for Processing data in an awake state, and is also referred to as a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 1001 may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content required to be displayed on the display screen. In some embodiments, the processor 1001 may further include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing a computing operation related to machine learning.
Memory 1002 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. The memory 1002 may also include high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in memory 1002 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by processor 1001 to implement the logistics operation method provided by the method embodiments herein.
In some embodiments, terminal 1000 can also optionally include: a peripheral interface 1003 and at least one peripheral. The processor 1001, memory 1002 and peripheral interface 1003 may be connected by a bus or signal line. Various peripheral devices may be connected to peripheral interface 1003 via a bus, signal line, or circuit board. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of radio frequency circuitry 1004, display screen 1005, camera 1006, audio circuitry 1007, positioning components 1008, and power supply 1009.
The peripheral interface 1003 may be used to connect at least one peripheral related to I/O (Input/Output) to the processor 1001 and the memory 1002. In some embodiments, processor 1001, memory 1002, and peripheral interface 1003 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, any one or two of the processor 1001, the memory 1002, and the peripheral interface 1003 may be implemented on separate chips or circuit boards, which are not limited by this embodiment.
The Radio Frequency circuit 1004 is used for receiving and transmitting RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also called electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuitry 1004 communicates with communication networks and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuit 1004 converts an electrical signal into an electromagnetic signal to transmit, or converts a received electromagnetic signal into an electrical signal. Optionally, the radio frequency circuit 1004 comprises: an antenna system, an RF transceiver, one or more amplifiers, a tuner, an oscillator, a digital signal processor, a codec chipset, a subscriber identity module card, and so forth. The radio frequency circuit 1004 may communicate with other terminals via at least one wireless communication protocol. The wireless communication protocols include, but are not limited to: metropolitan area networks, various generation mobile communication networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G), Wireless local area networks, and/or WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) networks. In some embodiments, the rf circuit 1004 may further include NFC (Near Field Communication) related circuits, which are not limited in this application.
The display screen 1005 is used to display a UI (user interface). The UI may include graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display screen 1005 is a touch display screen, the display screen 1005 also has the ability to capture touch signals on or over the surface of the display screen 1005. The touch signal may be input to the processor 1001 as a control signal for processing. At this point, the display screen 1005 may also be used to provide virtual buttons and/or a virtual keyboard, also referred to as soft buttons and/or a soft keyboard. In some embodiments, display screen 1005 can be one, providing a front panel of terminal 1000; in other embodiments, display 1005 can be at least two, respectively disposed on different surfaces of terminal 1000 or in a folded design; in still other embodiments, display 1005 can be a flexible display disposed on a curved surface or on a folded surface of terminal 1000. Even more, the display screen 1005 may be arranged in a non-rectangular irregular figure, i.e., a shaped screen. The Display screen 1005 may be made of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), and the like.
The camera assembly 1006 is used to capture images or video. Optionally, the camera assembly 1006 includes a front camera and a rear camera. Generally, a front camera is disposed at a front panel of the terminal, and a rear camera is disposed at a rear surface of the terminal. In some embodiments, the number of the rear cameras is at least two, and each rear camera is any one of a main camera, a depth-of-field camera, a wide-angle camera and a telephoto camera, so that the main camera and the depth-of-field camera are fused to realize a background blurring function, and the main camera and the wide-angle camera are fused to realize panoramic shooting and VR (Virtual Reality) shooting functions or other fusion shooting functions. In some embodiments, camera assembly 1006 may also include a flash. The flash lamp can be a monochrome temperature flash lamp or a bicolor temperature flash lamp. The double-color-temperature flash lamp is a combination of a warm-light flash lamp and a cold-light flash lamp, and can be used for light compensation at different color temperatures.
The audio circuit 1007 may include a microphone and a speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of a user and the environment, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals to the processor 1001 for processing or inputting the electric signals to the radio frequency circuit 1004 for realizing voice communication. For stereo sound collection or noise reduction purposes, multiple microphones can be provided, each at a different location of terminal 1000. The microphone may also be an array microphone or an omni-directional pick-up microphone. The speaker is used to convert electrical signals from the processor 1001 or the radio frequency circuit 1004 into sound waves. The loudspeaker can be a traditional film loudspeaker or a piezoelectric ceramic loudspeaker. When the speaker is a piezoelectric ceramic speaker, the speaker can be used for purposes such as converting an electric signal into a sound wave audible to a human being, or converting an electric signal into a sound wave inaudible to a human being to measure a distance. In some embodiments, the audio circuit 1007 may also include a headphone jack.
A Location component 1008 is employed to locate a current geographic Location of terminal 1000 for purposes of navigation or LBS (Location Based Service). The Positioning component 1008 may be a Positioning component based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) in the united states, the beidou System in china, the graves System in russia, or the galileo System in the european union.
Power supply 1009 is used to supply power to various components in terminal 1000. The power source 1009 may be alternating current, direct current, disposable batteries, or rechargeable batteries. When the power source 1009 includes a rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery may support wired charging or wireless charging. The rechargeable battery may also be used to support fast charge technology.
In some embodiments, terminal 1000 can also include one or more sensors 1010. The one or more sensors 1010 include, but are not limited to: acceleration sensor 1011, gyro sensor 1012, pressure sensor 1013, fingerprint sensor 1014, optical sensor 1015, and proximity sensor 1016.
Acceleration sensor 1011 can detect acceleration magnitudes on three coordinate axes of a coordinate system established with terminal 1000. For example, the acceleration sensor 1011 may be used to detect components of the gravitational acceleration in three coordinate axes. The processor 1001 may control the display screen 1005 to display the user interface in a landscape view or a portrait view according to the gravitational acceleration signal collected by the acceleration sensor 1011. The acceleration sensor 1011 may also be used for acquisition of motion data of a game or a user.
The gyro sensor 1012 may detect a body direction and a rotation angle of the terminal 1000, and the gyro sensor 1012 and the acceleration sensor 1011 may cooperate to acquire a 3D motion of the user on the terminal 1000. From the data collected by the gyro sensor 1012, the processor 1001 may implement the following functions: motion sensing (such as changing the UI according to a user's tilting operation), image stabilization at the time of photographing, game control, and inertial navigation.
Pressure sensor 1013 can be disposed on a side frame of terminal 1000 and/or underneath display screen 1005. When pressure sensor 1013 is disposed on a side frame of terminal 1000, a user's grip signal on terminal 1000 can be detected, and processor 1001 performs left-right hand recognition or shortcut operation according to the grip signal collected by pressure sensor 1013. When the pressure sensor 1013 is disposed at a lower layer of the display screen 1005, the processor 1001 controls the operability control on the UI interface according to the pressure operation of the user on the display screen 1005. The operability control comprises at least one of a button control, a scroll bar control, an icon control and a menu control.
The fingerprint sensor 1014 is used to collect a fingerprint of the user, and the processor 1001 identifies the user according to the fingerprint collected by the fingerprint sensor 1014, or the fingerprint sensor 1014 identifies the user according to the collected fingerprint. Upon identifying that the user's identity is a trusted identity, the processor 1001 authorizes the user to perform relevant sensitive operations including unlocking a screen, viewing encrypted information, downloading software, paying, and changing settings, etc. Fingerprint sensor 1014 can be disposed on the front, back, or side of terminal 1000. When a physical key or vendor Logo is provided on terminal 1000, fingerprint sensor 1014 can be integrated with the physical key or vendor Logo.
The optical sensor 1015 is used to collect the ambient light intensity. In one embodiment, the processor 1001 may control the display brightness of the display screen 1005 according to the ambient light intensity collected by the optical sensor 1015. Specifically, when the ambient light intensity is high, the display brightness of the display screen 1005 is increased; when the ambient light intensity is low, the display brightness of the display screen 1005 is turned down. In another embodiment, the processor 1001 may also dynamically adjust the shooting parameters of the camera assembly 1006 according to the intensity of the ambient light collected by the optical sensor 1015.
Proximity sensor 1016, also known as a distance sensor, is typically disposed on a front panel of terminal 1000. Proximity sensor 1016 is used to gather the distance between the user and the front face of terminal 1000. In one embodiment, when proximity sensor 1016 detects that the distance between the user and the front surface of terminal 1000 is gradually reduced, processor 1001 controls display screen 1005 to switch from a bright screen state to a dark screen state; when proximity sensor 1016 detects that the distance between the user and the front of terminal 1000 is gradually increased, display screen 1005 is controlled by processor 1001 to switch from a breath-screen state to a bright-screen state.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in FIG. 10 is not intended to be limiting and that terminal 1000 can include more or fewer components than shown, or some components can be combined, or a different arrangement of components can be employed.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a storage medium comprising instructions, such as a memory comprising instructions, executable by a processor of an apparatus to perform the above method. Alternatively, the storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which may be, for example, a ROM (Read-Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read-Only Memory), a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer program product, and when instructions in the computer program product are executed by a processor of a server, the server is enabled to execute the logistics operation method in the above method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a storage medium, and the storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, or the like.

Claims (15)

1. A method of logistics operations, the method comprising:
acquiring sample article information of a plurality of similar articles in a first similar article library, wherein the first similar article library is obtained by storing the article information of the similar articles identified by staff in the logistics operation process;
training to obtain an article identification model based on the sample article information of the similar articles;
inputting the article information of a plurality of articles into the article identification model and outputting an identification result for the article information of any plurality of articles in the article information base, wherein the identification result is used for indicating whether the plurality of articles are similar articles or not;
when the identification result shows that the plurality of items are similar items, the item information of the plurality of items is related to the item information of a group of similar items and stored in a second similar item library;
and carrying out logistics operation on the first article to be operated based on the first similar product library and the second similar product library.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the performing a logistics operation on a first article to be operated based on the first and second libraries of similar articles comprises:
receiving a logistics operation request of a terminal, wherein the logistics operation request carries first article information of the first article;
searching a second article which is similar to the first article based on the first article information and the stored first similar article library and the second similar article library;
determining first logistics operation information of the first article under the condition that the second article is found, wherein the first logistics operation information is different from the second logistics operation information of the second article;
and sending the first logistics information to the terminal, wherein the terminal is used for displaying the first logistics information so as to remind a target user of carrying out logistics operation on the first article based on the first logistics information, and the target user is a user using the terminal to carry out logistics operation.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said determining first logistics operational information of said first item comprises:
determining at least one of first logistics processing information, first logistics storage information and first logistics distribution information;
and determining at least one of the first logistics processing information, the first logistics storage information and the first logistics distribution information as the first logistics operation information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the first logistics process information includes a first process time and a first process location for the first item; a process for determining the first logistics operation information, comprising:
determining a second processing time and a second processing position of the second article;
determining the first processing time and the first processing position based on the second processing time and the second processing position, respectively;
the time interval between the first processing time and the second processing time is greater than a first preset time, and the distance interval between the first processing position and the second processing position is greater than a first preset distance.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the first logistics warehouse information comprises a first warehouse operation location and a first warehouse operation time of the first item; the process of determining the first logistics storage information comprises the following steps:
determining a second warehousing operation position and a second warehousing operation time of the second article;
respectively determining the first warehousing operation position and the first warehousing operation time based on the second warehousing operation position and the second warehousing operation time;
the distance interval between the first warehousing operation position and the second warehousing operation position is greater than a second preset distance, and the time interval between the first warehousing operation time and the second warehousing operation time is greater than a second preset duration.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the first logistics distribution information includes car information of a first distribution car of the first item; a process of determining the first logistics distribution information, comprising:
determining compartment information of a second delivery compartment for the second item;
determining compartment information of the first delivery compartment based on the compartment information of the second delivery compartment;
the first delivery compartment and the second delivery compartment are compartments of two different vehicles or different compartments of the same vehicle.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to storing the item information of the plurality of items associated as a set of similar items in a second similar item repository, the method further comprises:
transmitting article information of a plurality of articles to a terminal;
and in response to receiving the confirmation information sent by the terminal, executing the step of storing the item information of the plurality of items associated into a group of similar items in a second similar item library.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
in response to receiving modification information sent by the terminal, the modification information comprises at least one of deletion information and addition information, the deletion information is used for indicating that the item information which is not similar to other items in the plurality of items is deleted, and the addition information is used for indicating that the item information which is similar to the plurality of items is added;
modifying the article information of the plurality of articles according to the modification information to obtain modified article information of the plurality of articles;
and associating the modified item information of the plurality of items into item information of a group of similar items and storing the item information of the group of similar items in the first similar item library.
9. A method of logistics operations, the method comprising:
sending a logistics operation request to a server, wherein the logistics operation request carries first article information of the first article;
receiving first logistics operation information of a first article sent by the server, wherein the first logistics operation information is determined when the server finds a second article in a stored first similar article library and a stored second similar article library, the first article and the second article are mutually similar articles, and the first logistics operation information of the first article is different from the second logistics operation information of the second article;
and displaying the first logistics information to remind a target user of carrying out logistics operation on the first article based on the first logistics information, wherein the target user is a user using the terminal to carry out logistics operation.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
receiving article information of a plurality of articles sent by the server;
displaying a similar item confirmation interface, wherein the similar item confirmation interface comprises the item information of the plurality of items;
and sending confirmation information to the server in response to a confirmation operation triggered based on the similar product confirmation interface.
11. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
in response to a denial operation triggered on the basis of the similar item confirmation interface, modifying the item information of the plurality of items on the basis of a modification operation to obtain modified information, wherein the modification operation is used for deleting the item information which is not similar to other items in the plurality of items; or, the modifying operation is used for adding item information of similar items with the plurality of items;
and sending the modification information to the server.
12. A logistics apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring sample article information of a plurality of similar articles in a first similar article library, and the first similar article library is obtained by storing the article information of the similar articles identified by workers in the logistics operation process;
the training module is used for training to obtain an article identification model based on the sample article information of the similar articles;
the output module is used for inputting the article information of a plurality of articles into the article identification model and outputting an identification result for the article information of any plurality of articles in the article information base, wherein the identification result is used for indicating whether the plurality of articles are similar articles or not;
the association module is used for associating the item information of the plurality of items into item information of a group of similar items and storing the item information into a second similar item library under the condition that the identification result shows that the plurality of items are similar items;
and the logistics operation module is used for performing logistics operation on the first article to be operated based on the first similar product library and the second similar product library.
13. A logistics apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
the first sending module is used for sending a logistics operation request to a server, wherein the logistics operation request carries first article information of the first article;
the first receiving module is configured to receive first logistics operation information of a first article sent by the server, where the first logistics operation information is determined when the server finds a second article in a first similar article library and a second similar article library that are already stored, the first article and the second article are similar to each other, and the first logistics operation information of the first article is different from the second logistics operation information of the second article;
