Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a flow chart of steps of a method for updating a medical knowledge graph provided by an embodiment of the present application, where an execution subject of the method may be any electronic device where a medical knowledge base sub-chain is located, for example, the method may be applied to a server or a terminal device having functions of information display, information transmission, and data processing, and the method includes:
step 101, receiving an update request sent by a decentralized application client, where the update request at least includes: medical knowledge information.
It should be noted that the medical knowledge base subchain is a block chain extended from the main chain based on medical knowledge, and the medical knowledge subchain may share data resources with the main chain, but maintain its own distributed account book, and is independent from the distributed account book of the main chain. The medical knowledge main chain and the medical knowledge subchain are decentralized databases constructed based on a plurality of electronic devices, for example, the medical knowledge main chain can adopt an alliance chain which is convenient to manage and maintain, and the medical knowledge subchain is an alliance subchain. Decentralized Application clients (DAPP) are clients of applications built based on blockchains. Medical knowledge information refers to data used to describe various knowledge contents in the medical field.
In the embodiment of the application, a user can log in the decentralized application client through a user account or a certificate, and the information in the medical knowledge base map is subjected to operations such as increasing, deleting, modifying, checking and the like through a display page. Specifically, basic operations such as adding, deleting, modifying, checking and the like can be realized in a way of realizing table by using functions such as struct, mapping, array and the like in the Solidity language.
Step 102, sending an authorization request for the medical knowledge information to each subchain committee node.
It should be noted that the subchain committee node refers to a block chain with management authority for a feature indicated in the medical knowledge base subchain, and it can be understood that, in consideration of the maintenance order of the medical knowledge base subchain, all nodes in the medical knowledge base subchain do not need to participate in a consensus mechanism, and only part of subchain committee nodes participate, which is also a main characteristic of the federation chain.
In the embodiment of the application, after the child chain node of the medical knowledge base receives the update request, the version number formed by the basic version number, the date, the version type and other information of the medical knowledge information is sent to each child chain committee node in an authorization request mode, the knowledge base manager of each child chain committee node performs auditing, and after the auditing is passed, the knowledge base manager can return signature information through the child chain committee node to check the table.
In practical application, different medical knowledge base subchains can be responsible for different departments of medical science branches, and subchain committee nodes can be allocated to managers of the departments in which the medical science branches are responsible for, so that the medical knowledge information of different medical science branches can be managed in a flattened mode, the situation that the medical knowledge information is updated every time and is audited one by a general manager of a medical knowledge map is not needed, and updating processes among all the medical science branch departments are independent from one another and cannot affect one another.
And 103, updating the medical knowledge information to the sub intelligent contracts of the medical knowledge base sub chains when signature information sent by each sub chain committee node according to the authorization request is received.
In this embodiment, the child intelligent contract is a data storage structure for medical knowledge information in a medical knowledge child chain, where the medical knowledge information may be stored in a form of Key-Value Key Value pairs, where Key is a uniform code, for example, Key name is Hash64Sha256(name + salt Value), and Value is knowledge base content, for example, "heart is happy, and pleasant expression is a pleasant expression. Impairment of heart qi can lead to the onset of disease due to over-preference, or emotional disturbance due to heart dysfunction, which leads to difficult self-control excitation, insomnia, poor concentration, asthenia, and palpitation. Emotional deviation is the excessive reaction of the body to the external environment, which has a certain impact on health.
In practical application, after the medical knowledge information is signed and authorized by each sublink committee node, the medical knowledge base sublinks can update the medical knowledge information to the sub-intelligent contracts in a key value mode, and version lists of the sub-intelligent contracts are also updated correspondingly.
And step 104, updating the updated version list of the sub intelligent contracts to the main intelligent contract of the main chain of the medical knowledge base.
In the embodiment of the application, after the sub intelligent contract is updated, the version list recorded with the corresponding relationship between the knowledge identification and the version of each piece of medical knowledge information in the sub intelligent contract is also updated in response, so that the version list is updated to the main intelligent contract of the main chain of the medical knowledge base, the main chain of the medical knowledge base can query the required medical knowledge according to the updated version list, and the medical knowledge information in the sub chain of the medical knowledge base can be published on the main chain of the medical knowledge base for other nodes accessed on the main chain of the medical knowledge base to query and use.
For example, referring to fig. 2, in which participants may perform update operations such as adding and deleting changes to medical knowledge information in the public knowledge base by updating different sub-intelligent contracts 1, 2, 3 in the medical knowledge base sub-chains 1, 2, 3, respectively, each medical knowledge base sub-chain may update the version list in the main intelligent contract by updating the sub-intelligent contracts, so that an accessor may query the public knowledge base in each sub-intelligent contract by accessing the medical knowledge base main chain.
According to the embodiment of the application, the hierarchical block chain architecture comprising the medical knowledge base main chain and the plurality of medical knowledge base subchains is constructed, so that users of different medical science branches can issue the medical knowledge information in charge in the medical knowledge base main chain after the respective medical knowledge base subchains audit and issue the medical knowledge information, the updating process of the medical knowledge map can be realized, the mutual interference of medical knowledge updating among the medical branches is avoided, and the updating efficiency of the medical knowledge map is improved.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flow chart of steps of another medical knowledge graph updating method provided by an embodiment of the present application, applied to a medical knowledge base subchain, the method further including:
step 201, receiving an update request sent by a decentralized application client, where the update request at least includes: medical knowledge information.
This step can refer to the detailed description of step 101, which is not repeated herein.
Step 202, recording the updating process information corresponding to the updating request in the distributed account book.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the update request, the sub-chain of the medical knowledge base writes the request into the distributed account book of the sub-chain and records the request in the block, so as to ensure the traceability of data.
And 203, decrypting the query request according to the private key information, and extracting the knowledge identification and the user account.
In the embodiment of the present application, the private key information is a symmetric key used for encrypting and decrypting data. After the decentralized application client receives the query input of a user, the centralized application client requests to perform request routing through a main chain of the medical knowledge base, the request routing is performed to the appointed medical knowledge sub-chain according to the knowledge identification hash (key), the medical knowledge sub-chain uses a private key of the medical knowledge sub-chain, and the sub-chain sub-intelligent contract is called on the appointed sub-chain, so that the safety of data in the medical knowledge base is guaranteed.
Step 204, sending an authorization request for the medical knowledge information to each subchain committee node.
This step can refer to the detailed description of step 102, which is not repeated here.
And step 205, updating the medical knowledge information to the sub intelligent contracts of the medical knowledge base sub-chains when signature information sent by each sub-chain committee node according to the authorization request is received.
This step can refer to the detailed description of step 103, which is not repeated herein.
And step 206, updating the updated version list of the sub intelligent contracts into the main intelligent contract of the main chain of the medical knowledge base.
This step can refer to the detailed description of step 104, which is not repeated here.
And step 207, distributing a contribution value corresponding to the knowledge updating process to the account number logged in by the decentralized application client in the contribution intelligent contract.
In an embodiment of the present application, a contribution intelligent contract may be a contribution value assignment rule that is specified by a common negotiation between a maintenance person and an administrator in the medical knowledge base sub-chain. After the medical knowledge information is used as open content, contribution flow of the medical knowledge information can be carried out by calling a contribution intelligent contract, and the knowledge content enters a public knowledge base and is called in a limited way. Specifically, different contribution values can be set as rewards according to the type of the updated medical knowledge information, the number of times of being called, the duration and the like, and the contributions are distributed to an account number logged by a centralized application client for updating the medical knowledge information so as to stimulate the user to update.
Step 208, receiving a query request sent by the medical knowledge base main chain, wherein the query request at least comprises: knowledge identification and a user account.
In the embodiment of the application, the knowledge identification is unique identification information used for indicating medical knowledge information, and may be a code based on a hash value, or other information having an identification function. The user account is used for logging in identity authentication information accessed to the main chain and the sub chain of the medical knowledge base and is used for authenticating and managing the operation authority of the user.
In practical application, a user can log in a decentralized application client through a user account to access a main chain of a medical knowledge base, a query request is sent to a main intelligent contract, the main intelligent contract calculates a hash value according to a key value of the request, the medical knowledge sub-chain of the knowledge base is quickly matched through a bloom filter, and the query request is forwarded to the medical knowledge sub-chain of the knowledge base.
And step 209, recording the query process information corresponding to the query request in the distributed ledger.
In the embodiment of the application, the request process is recorded in a distributed ledger of a main chain of a medical knowledge base as a certificate of supervision.
Step 210, sending the medical knowledge information indicated by the knowledge identification to a medical knowledge base main chain, so that the medical knowledge base main chain forwards the medical knowledge information to the decentralized application client logged in by the user account.
In the embodiment of the application, the medical knowledge subchain queries medical knowledge information corresponding to the knowledge identifier from the sub intelligent contract according to the query request, and returns the medical knowledge information to the medical knowledge subchain in a memory message form. For different sub-chain calls of the same request, in the form of transaction record sets, the records are recorded into a block, and the root of the mercker patricia charpy tree is calculated.
Step 211, deducting the contribution value corresponding to the knowledge inquiry process from the contribution value corresponding to the user account in the contribution intelligent contract.
In the embodiment of the application, after the user calls the medical knowledge information each time, the contribution value of the response is deducted from the contribution intelligent contract according to the information such as the query times, the duration and the like of the user, so that the enthusiasm of the user for updating the medical knowledge information is mobilized, and the ecological construction of a medical knowledge base is stimulated.
Optionally, the medical knowledge base sub-chain comprises: any one of the channel and collateral knowledge base subchain, the prescription knowledge base subchain, the acupuncture point health preservation knowledge base subchain, the mental balance knowledge base subchain and the diamond five-element knowledge base subchain.
In the embodiment of the application, 5 sub-federation chains can be set below a main chain of the medical knowledge base, so that sub-intelligent contracts of different sub-knowledge bases are deployed respectively: deploying a meridian knowledge base maintenance contract and a meridian knowledge base service contract on the meridian knowledge base subchain, and respectively storing the addresses of the two contracts into a main intelligent contract of a medical knowledge base node; deploying a prescription knowledge base maintenance contract and a prescription knowledge base service contract on the prescription knowledge base subchain, and respectively storing the addresses of the two contracts into a main intelligent contract of a medical knowledge base node; an acupuncture point health preserving knowledge base maintenance contract and an acupuncture point health preserving knowledge base service contract are deployed on the acupuncture point health preserving knowledge base subchain, and addresses of the two contracts are respectively stored in a main intelligent contract of a medical knowledge base node; deploying a mental balance knowledge base maintenance contract and a mental balance knowledge base service contract on the mental balance knowledge base subchain, and respectively storing the addresses of the two contracts into a main intelligent contract of a medical knowledge base node; and deploying a diamond five-element knowledge base maintenance contract and a diamond five-element knowledge base service contract on the diamond five-element knowledge base subchain, and respectively storing the addresses of the two contracts into a main intelligent contract of a medical knowledge base node. The maintenance contracts are all contracts for specifying rules for maintaining the knowledge bases in the sub-chains, and the service contracts are all contracts for specifying rules for providing various functional services such as adding, deleting, modifying, checking and the like provided by the knowledge bases in the sub-chains, and can be specifically set according to different actual requirements, which is not limited here.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and when the fault of the chain is detected, starting a standby sub-chain and synchronizing the sub-intelligent contracts to the standby sub-chain.
In the embodiment of the application, if a single point of failure occurs, the synchronization of data can be completed only by starting another node by the sub-chain of the medical knowledge base, and the knowledge base content can be acquired from the distributed account book of the sub-chain, so that the condition that the service of the whole medical knowledge map is affected by the error of the single sub-chain is avoided, and the stability of the service provided by the medical knowledge base map is improved.
