Background
With the rise of 5G, autonomous driving, and internet of things concepts, edge computing devices are becoming more and more widely used. In the face of huge internet of things nodes and massive data total amount, the requirement of an intelligent era of internet of everything can be met only by improving the data calculation processing capacity of the edge computing equipment. The intelligent system is mainly composed of a sensing system, a decision-making system, a control system and an execution and feedback system. The edge computing device has a wide application range, and in order to ensure the computing capability of the edge computing device, protection devices in various aspects need to be designed for the edge computing device, such as low-temperature adaptation, dustproof design, various high-specification protection plans, and the like.
For the dustproof design of the edge computing device, a common design method at present is to add a dustproof net at the air inlet of the system to achieve the dustproof effect of the system, and as shown in fig. 1, the design method is a schematic structural diagram of the dustproof net.
However, this conventional design requires a lot of manpower to periodically check whether the dust screen needs to be replaced, which wastes time and manpower.

In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for monitoring a dustproof system, a computer device, and a storage medium, so as to solve the problem of wasting time and labor.
According to a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for monitoring a dust-proof system, which is applied to a processor in a computer device, where the computer device includes the dust-proof system, and the dust-proof system is disposed at an air inlet of the computer device, and the method includes: acquiring the current load condition of the computer equipment; acquiring a wind speed value of the air inlet; and judging whether the dustproof system is normal or not according to the current load condition and the wind speed value.
In the embodiment of the application, a processor acquires the current load condition of computer equipment; acquiring a wind speed value of the air inlet; and judging whether the dustproof system is normal or not according to the current load condition and the wind speed value. In the method, the current load condition of the computer equipment is obtained by the processor, so that the current load condition is considered when judging whether the dustproof system is normal, and the judgment result error caused by judging by using the same judgment condition under different load conditions is avoided. In addition, the processor acquires the wind speed value of the air inlet, and the wind speed value of the air inlet can represent the current dust accumulation condition of the dustproof system due to the fact that the air inlet is close to the dustproof system. When the dust accumulation of the dust prevention system is serious at present, the dust can influence the air speed of the air inlet, so that the air speed of the air inlet can be reduced. The processor judges whether the dustproof system is normal according to the current load condition and the wind speed value of the air inlet, so that the load condition of the computer equipment and the dust deposition condition of the dustproof system are considered, and whether the dustproof system is abnormal can be accurately judged. The working personnel is not required to periodically and regularly check the dustproof system, so that the efficiency of monitoring the dustproof system is improved, and the time is saved.

In the embodiment of the application, if at least one wind speed value is smaller than the standard wind speed value in each wind speed value, in order to ensure the accuracy of the judgment result, the processor acquires the temperature value of the computer equipment; comparing the temperature value with a preset temperature threshold value; and judging whether the dustproof system is normal or not according to the temperature comparison result. Instead of only judging the wind speed value, the abnormal judgment result caused by inaccurate detection of the wind speed value can be avoided. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that in the method for monitoring a dust-proof system provided in this embodiment of the present application, an execution main body of the method may be a device for monitoring a dust-proof system, and the device for monitoring a dust-proof system may be implemented as part or all of a computer device in a software, hardware, or a combination of software and hardware, where the computer device may be a server or a terminal, where the server in this embodiment of the present application may be one server or a server cluster composed of multiple servers, and the terminal in this embodiment of the present application may be another intelligent hardware device such as a smart phone, a personal computer, a tablet computer, a wearable device, and an intelligent robot. In the following method embodiments, the execution subject is a computer device as an example.
In an embodiment of the present application, a method for monitoring a dust-proof system is provided, as shown in fig. 2, which is described by taking a processor in a computer device as an example, where the computer device includes the dust-proof system, and the dust-proof system is disposed at an air inlet of the computer device, including the following steps:
and 201, acquiring the current load condition of the computer equipment.
Specifically, the processor may obtain a current CPU occupancy of the computer device, and determine a current load condition of the computer device according to a relationship between the current CPU occupancy and the current load condition.
In an alternative embodiment, the relationship between the current CPU occupancy and the current load condition may be: if the current CPU occupancy rate of the computer equipment is 0-30%, the current load condition of the computer equipment is light load; if the current CPU occupancy rate of the computer equipment is 30-80%, the current load condition of the computer equipment is a normal load; and if the current CPU occupancy rate of the computer equipment is more than 80%, the current load condition of the computer equipment is a heavy load.
202, acquiring the wind speed value of the air inlet.
Specifically, a wind speed detector is arranged at a position, close to a system heat dissipation air inlet, of the computer equipment, the wind speed detector can detect a wind speed value of the air inlet and send the wind speed value of the air inlet to a processor, and the processor receives the wind speed value of the air inlet.
For example, the installation position of the wind speed detector may be as shown in fig. 3. The BMC in fig. 3 corresponds to a processor in the present application.
And 203, judging whether the dustproof system is normal or not according to the current load condition and the wind speed value.
Specifically, after the processor obtains the current load condition of the computer device and the wind speed value of the air inlet, the processor may determine a target determination method corresponding to the current load condition according to the current load condition of the computer device, and then determine whether the dustproof system is normal according to the wind speed value and the target determination method.
For example, if the current load condition of the computer device is light load, the corresponding target judgment method is to judge whether the wind speed value is within a first preset wind speed value range, and judge whether the dustproof system is normal according to the judgment result; when the current load condition of the computer equipment is normal load, judging whether the wind speed value is within a second preset wind speed value range by using a corresponding target judgment method, and judging whether the dustproof system is normal according to a judgment result; when the current load condition of the computer equipment is heavy load, the corresponding target judgment method is to judge whether the wind speed value is within a third preset wind speed value range, and judge whether the dustproof system is normal according to the judgment result. Wherein, the first preset wind speed value range can be 10% -40% of the highest wind speed value; the second preset wind speed value range may be 40% -60% of the maximum wind speed value; the third predetermined wind speed value range may be 60% -80% of the maximum wind speed value. The above is only an example of the first preset wind speed value range, the second preset wind speed value range and the third preset wind speed value range, and the first preset wind speed value range, the second preset wind speed value range and the third preset wind speed value range are not specifically limited.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the step 203 of "determining whether the dustproof system is normal according to the current load condition and the wind speed value" may include the following steps:
401, a standard wind speed value corresponding to the current load condition is obtained.
Specifically, since the current load conditions of the computer devices are different, the corresponding standard wind speed values are different. Therefore, after the processor acquires the current load condition, the standard wind speed value corresponding to the current load condition can be determined according to the relationship between the current load condition and the standard wind speed value.
For example, if the current load condition is light load, the standard wind speed value is 70% of the normal wind speed value, where the normal wind speed value may be the wind speed value at the normal rotation speed of the fan, and the normal wind speed value may also be measured by the wind speed detector. Specifically, when a fan in the computer device is regulated to a normal speed, the wind speed value is read, and the current wind speed value is the normal wind speed value.
If the current load condition is a normal load, the standard wind speed value is 90% of the normal wind speed value, wherein the normal wind speed value can be a wind speed value when the fan rotates normally, and the normal wind speed value can also be measured by a wind speed detector.
If the current load condition is a heavy load, the standard wind speed value is 70% of the maximum wind speed value, wherein the maximum wind speed value may be a wind speed value when the fan speed reaches 100%. The maximum wind speed value may also be measured by a wind speed detector. Specifically, when a fan in the computer device is regulated to the highest speed, the wind speed value is read, and the current wind speed value is the maximum wind speed value.
The wind speed value is compared 402 to a standard wind speed value.
Specifically, the processor may compare the acquired current wind speed value of the air inlet with the standard wind speed value.
And 403, judging whether the dustproof system is normal or not according to the wind speed comparison result.
Specifically, after the obtained current wind speed value of the air inlet is compared with the standard wind speed value corresponding to the current load condition, the processor can judge whether the dustproof system is normal or not according to the wind speed comparison result.
In the embodiment of the application, a processor acquires a standard wind speed value corresponding to the current load condition; comparing the wind speed value with a standard wind speed value; and judging whether the dustproof system is normal or not according to the wind speed comparison result. Therefore, the accuracy of the obtained comparison result can be ensured, and the accuracy of judging whether the dustproof system is normal or not is further ensured.
In an embodiment of the present application, the "determining whether the dustproof system is normal according to the wind speed comparison result" in 403 may include the following cases:
in one case, if the wind speed value is larger than or equal to the standard wind speed value, the dust-proof system is determined to be normal.
Specifically, if the processor compares the acquired current wind speed value of the air inlet with the standard wind speed value, and the result is that the wind speed value is greater than or equal to the standard wind speed value, the processor determines that the dust in the dustproof system does not affect the wind speed of the air inlet, so that the current dust deposition state of the dustproof system is not serious, and the dustproof system is determined to be normal.
And in the other situation, if the wind speed value is smaller than the standard wind speed value, determining that the dustproof system is abnormal, and sending alarm information.
Specifically, if the processor compares the acquired current wind speed value of the air inlet with the standard wind speed value, and the result is that the wind speed value is less than or equal to the standard wind speed value, the processor determines that the dust in the dustproof system affects the wind speed of the air inlet, so that the wind speed of the air inlet is reduced. Therefore, the current dust accumulation state of the dust prevention system is serious, and the abnormality of the dust prevention system is determined. And the processor sends alarm information under the condition that the dustproof system is determined to be abnormal.
In one of the cases, if the wind speed value is greater than or equal to the standard wind speed value, the dust-proof system is determined to be normal. And in the other situation, if the wind speed value is smaller than the standard wind speed value, determining that the dustproof system is abnormal, and sending alarm information. In the method, the processor determines whether the dustproof system is normal according to the result of comparison between the wind speed value and the standard wind speed value, so that the accuracy of the judgment result can be ensured. Under the condition that the dustproof system is abnormal, the processor sends alarm information, so that maintenance personnel can obtain the abnormal information of the dustproof system in time and maintain the dustproof system in time, and the computer equipment is prevented from being abnormal due to the abnormal dustproof system.
In an embodiment of the present application, the number of the wind speed values is at least two, as shown in fig. 5, the "determining whether the dustproof system is normal according to the wind speed comparison result" in 403 may further include the following steps:
502, if at least one wind speed value in the wind speed values is smaller than the standard wind speed value, acquiring a temperature value of the computer equipment.
In an alternative embodiment, at least two wind speed detectors are installed at the wind inlet of the computer equipment, each wind speed detector can detect one wind speed value, and at least two wind speed detectors can detect at least two wind speed values. The processor compares the acquired at least two wind speed values with the standard wind speed value, if at least one wind speed value is smaller than the standard wind speed value, the condition that at least one wind speed detector is abnormal may exist, and in order to ensure the accuracy of the judgment result, the processor needs to acquire the temperature value of the computer equipment.
In an alternative embodiment, the wind speed detector may obtain the wind speed value of the wind inlet at least twice within a preset time. For example, the wind speed detector may obtain the wind speed value of the wind inlet twice within 30 seconds, and the time interval between obtaining the wind speed value of the wind inlet twice is 15 seconds.
502, comparing the temperature value with a preset temperature threshold.
Specifically, after the processor acquires the temperature value of the computer device, the temperature value is compared with a preset temperature threshold value.
And 503, judging whether the dustproof system is normal or not according to the temperature comparison result.
Specifically, when the computer equipment normally works, air blown out from the heat dissipation system passes through the dustproof system and enters the computer equipment from the air inlet. Since the air blown out by the heat dissipation system cannot enter the computer device when the temperature of the computer device is too high, it is further explained that the air blown out by the dust prevention system cannot enter the computer device due to too much dust accumulation.
Therefore, the processor judges whether the dustproof system is normal or not according to the comparison result of the comparison between the temperature value and the preset temperature threshold value.
Therefore, the method can ensure that the result of judging whether the dustproof system is normal is accurate.
In an embodiment of the present application, the "determining whether the dustproof system is normal according to the temperature comparison result" at 503 may include the following cases:
in one case, if the temperature value is greater than or equal to the preset temperature threshold value, the dust prevention system is determined to be abnormal, and an alarm signal is sent.
Specifically, if the result of comparing the temperature value with the preset temperature threshold value by the processor is that the temperature value is greater than or equal to the preset temperature threshold value, the processor determines that the air blown out from the heat dissipation system cannot enter the computer device, and further determines that the air blown out from the heat dissipation system cannot enter the computer device due to too much dust deposition of the dust prevention system. Accordingly, the processor determines that the dust protection system is abnormal. And the processor sends alarm information under the condition that the dustproof system is determined to be abnormal.
In another case, if the temperature value is smaller than the preset temperature threshold value, the dust-proof system is determined to be normal.
Specifically, if the result of comparing the temperature value with the preset temperature threshold value by the processor is that the temperature value is smaller than the preset temperature threshold value, the processor determines that the temperature of the computer device is normal, and further determines that the dustproof system is normal.
In the embodiment of the application, if the temperature value is smaller than the preset temperature threshold value, the dust prevention system is determined to be normal, and the accuracy of the judgment result is ensured. And if the temperature value is greater than or equal to the preset temperature threshold value, determining that the dustproof system is abnormal, and sending an alarm signal. Therefore, maintenance personnel can obtain abnormal information of the dustproof system in time and maintain the dustproof system in time, and the computer equipment is prevented from being abnormal due to the abnormal dustproof system.
In an optional embodiment, if at least one of the wind speed values is smaller than the standard wind speed value, the processor periodically obtains a temperature value of the computer device, and determines whether the temperature value of the computer device continuously rises. The period for acquiring the temperature value of the computer device by the processor may be 2 minutes or 3 minutes, and the period for acquiring the temperature value of the computer device by the processor is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In one case, the processor compares the periodically acquired temperature values of the computer equipment, and determines that the temperature of the computer equipment does not continuously rise, and then the processor determines that the dustproof system is normal.
In another case, the processor compares the periodically acquired temperature values of the computer device, and determines that the temperature of the computer device continuously rises, and then the processor determines that the dustproof system is abnormal. And the processor sends alarm information under the condition that the dustproof system is determined to be abnormal.
In an embodiment of the present application, in order to ensure that the computer device operates normally, the above monitoring method for a dust prevention system may further include the following steps:
in the case where it is determined that the dust-proof system is abnormal, the data amount of the data processed by the CPU in the computer apparatus is reduced.
Specifically, under the abnormal condition of the dustproof system, the heat dissipation of the computer device may be affected, so that the temperature of the computer device is too high, and the CPU processing capability of the computer device is further affected.
Therefore, in the case where it is determined that the dust-proof system is abnormal, the processor needs to reduce the data amount of the CPU processing data in the computer apparatus.
In an alternative embodiment, if the current load condition of the computer device is a heavy load and the processor determines that the dustproof system is abnormal, the processor may activate the heavy load lock function to prohibit the CPU from executing the heavy load task.
In an optional implementation manner, if the current load condition of the computer device is a light load and the processor determines that the dustproof system is abnormal, the processor may start the load shedding function, so as to reduce the data volume of the CPU in the computer device for processing data.
In the embodiment of the present application, in the case where it is determined that the dust-proof system is abnormal, the data amount of the CPU processing data in the computer apparatus is reduced. Therefore, the temperature of the computer equipment can be prevented from being overhigh to influence the CPU processing capacity of the computer equipment, and the computer equipment is prevented from being abnormal and possibly being burnt down under the condition that the data volume processed by the CPU is large. Therefore, the method can ensure the safety of the computer equipment.
In order to better explain the monitoring method of the dust-proof system provided by the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the embodiment of the present application provides an overall flowchart of the monitoring method of the dust-proof system, which may include the following steps:
601, obtaining the current load condition of the computer equipment.
And 602, acquiring a wind speed value of the air inlet.
603, obtaining a standard wind speed value corresponding to the current load condition.
604, comparing the wind speed value with a standard wind speed value, and if the wind speed value is greater than or equal to the standard wind speed value, executing 605; if the wind speed value is less than the standard wind speed value, executing 606; if at least one of the wind speed values is less than the standard wind speed value, 608 is performed.
605, the dust protection system is determined to be normal.
And 606, determining that the dustproof system is abnormal and sending alarm information.
607, the data amount of the CPU processing data in the computer device is reduced.
A temperature value for the computer device is obtained 608.
609, comparing the temperature value with a preset temperature threshold value, and if the temperature value is greater than or equal to the preset temperature threshold value, executing 610; if the temperature value is less than the predetermined temperature threshold, 612 is performed.
And 610, determining that the dustproof system is abnormal, and sending an alarm signal.
611, reducing the data amount of the CPU processing data in the computer device.
612, the dust protection system is determined to be normal.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, in the above-mentioned method for monitoring a dust-proof system, before "obtaining a current load condition of a computer device" in step 201, the method further includes:
after the computer equipment is started, when the fan in the computer equipment needs to be regulated and controlled to the highest speed, the wind speed value is read, the current wind speed value is the maximum wind speed value and is expressed by Mm/s, and when the fan in the computer equipment is regulated and controlled to the normal speed, the wind speed value is read, the current wind speed value is the normal wind speed value and is expressed by Tm/s. The processor then determines the operating state of the computer device and determines whether the current load condition of the computer device is a heavy load or a light load.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 and 3-6 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
