The processor 1 is connected with a clock module 2, the clock module 2 can be used for setting a period for periodically waking up the processor 1 to send a collection instruction to the ammeter 3 through a communication module, and the collection period is preferably 3-5 minutes. A memory module 16 is also connected to the processor 1. The storage module 16 is used for storing the self-checking state information collected by the processor 1.
The processor 1 is also connected with a power module 10 for providing working voltage for the acquisition terminal.
The power module 10 comprises a storage battery 11 connected with the processor 1, a charging circuit 12 and an electric quantity feedback circuit 13 which are respectively connected with the storage battery 11, wherein the charging circuit 12 and the electric quantity feedback circuit 13 are both connected with the processor 1, and the charging circuit 12 is connected with a current transformer 15 through a switch module 14. The current transformer 15 senses the current on the power line and supplies the current to the charging circuit 12, and the charging circuit 12 converts the current into a voltage required for charging. The electric quantity feedback circuit 13 is configured to measure a current electric quantity of the storage battery 11, and if the electric quantity of the storage battery 11 is above a set threshold, the processor 1 controls the switch module 14 to be turned off, so that the current transformer 15 is not connected to the charging circuit 12, and the charging circuit 12 does not charge the storage battery 11. When the charge is lower than the set threshold, the processor 1 controls the switch module 14 to close to connect the current transformer 15 with the charging circuit 12, and the charging circuit 12 operates under the control of the processor 1 to charge the storage battery 11.
The remote communication module 4 may be an ethernet module, or may also be a wireless module such as a 3G module or a 4G module. The processor 1 controls the remote communication module 4 to send self-test status information to the server 5. So as to periodically report the running state of the electric meter 3 to the server 5.

The self-test status information includes a unique identification of the electricity meter 3 and operation status information.
In step 4, when the self-checking state information collected by the processor 1 is normal, the time interval for packing and sending the collected self-checking state information to the server 5 is preferably half a day or one day.
