The charging limit current detection method, apparatus, system and storage medium of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
The charging limiting current detection method can be executed by a charging limiting current detection device, the charging limiting current detection device can comprise a processor with a logic operation function, the charging limiting current detection device can be electrically connected with charging equipment, the charging equipment can charge a battery to be detected, the charging limiting current detection device can also comprise a sensor, the sensor can be electrically connected with the battery to be detected, and the sensor can detect the battery capacity parameter and the battery state parameter of the battery to be detected.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a charge limit current detection method, which includes the following steps 110 to 130.
Step 110, controlling the charging device to charge the battery to be detected with a plurality of target charging currents respectively under the condition that the battery to be detected is in the target electric quantity stage, wherein the target charging current is greater than the rated charging current of the battery to be detected.
It can be understood that the battery to be detected may be a lithium battery, a plurality of batteries to be detected of the same type may be prepared, a battery capacity parameter of the battery to be detected may be identified, the battery capacity parameter is a size of a charge that the battery can bear, the battery capacity parameter is one of important performance indexes for measuring battery performance, and it represents an electric quantity discharged by the battery under conditions of a certain discharge rate, temperature, end voltage, and the like, and the battery capacity parameter may be in units of ampere-hour (a · H for short, 1A · H = 3600C).
In the process of charging the battery to be detected, the electric quantity of the battery to be detected can be gradually increased, the electric quantity of the battery can also be represented by a state of charge (SOC), and then the charging stage of the battery to be detected can be divided into a plurality of target electric quantity stages according to the electric quantity increasing stage of the battery, for example, as shown in table 1, the target electric quantity stages can be divided into 0-20% SOC, 20-40% SOC, 40-60% SOC, 60-80% SOC and 80-100% SOC.
Table 1: schematic table of multiple target electric quantity phases of charging limiting current detection method
Figure 320533DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
The battery to be detected can be charged through the charging equipment, and when the battery to be detected is in a target electric quantity stage, the battery to be detected can be charged through a plurality of target charging currents respectively, for example, a plurality of batteries to be detected can be prepared simultaneously, each battery to be detected is charged through one target charging current, and different target charging currents are given to different batteries to be detected.
The plurality of target charging currents are all larger than the rated charging current, that is, the target charging current exceeding the rated charging current is used for charging the battery to be detected.
For example, the target electric quantity stage may be 20% SOC to 40% SOC, a plurality of batteries to be detected may be prepared, when the state of charge parameters of the plurality of batteries to be detected all reach 20% SOC, different charging currents may be given to different batteries to be detected at this time, the batteries to be detected may be charged until the state of charge parameters of the batteries to be detected reach 40% SOC, for example, the target charging current of the first battery to be detected 1A, the target charging current of the second battery to be detected 2A, and the target charging current of the third battery to be detected 3A may be given, and the rated charging current of the batteries to be detected may be 0.8A.
And step 120, acquiring battery state parameters corresponding to the battery to be detected after the battery is charged under the plurality of target charging currents.
It can be understood that, after the batteries to be detected are charged by utilizing a plurality of target charging currents respectively, the influences caused by the batteries to be detected are different, the plurality of target charging currents are not applied to the same batteries to be detected, but the batteries to be detected of the same type are charged, at the moment, battery state parameters of different batteries to be detected, which are charged by applying different target charging currents, are obtained, for example, the lithium precipitation condition of a negative pole piece of the battery can be shot by a camera, when the negative pole piece does not precipitate lithium, the battery state parameters are considered to be normal, that is, the batteries to be detected are not damaged, and when the negative pole piece precipitates lithium, the battery state parameters are considered to be abnormal, that is, the batteries to be detected are damaged.
Step 130, determining the maximum target charging current corresponding to the undamaged state of the battery state parameter as the charging limit current of the target electric quantity stage.
It can be understood that different target charging currents are used for charging the battery to be detected, the obtained battery state parameters of the battery to be detected are different, the battery state parameter of the battery to be detected may be in a damaged state or in an undamaged state, at this time, the target charging currents corresponding to the battery state parameters obtained in step 120 that are in the undamaged state are compared, and the maximum target charging current is selected from the target charging currents as the charging limit current of the battery to be detected in the target electric quantity stage.
By the mode, the battery to be detected is tried by utilizing the target charging currents, the maximum target charging current which cannot cause the damage of the battery to be detected is used as the charging limit current of the battery to be detected in the target electric quantity stage, and therefore the charging limit current of the battery to be detected in the target electric quantity stage can be conveniently and quickly tested.
According to the charging limiting current detection method provided by the invention, the battery to be detected is tried by a plurality of target charging currents, the maximum target charging current which cannot cause damage to the battery to be detected is used as the charging limiting current of the battery to be detected in the target electric quantity stage, the charging limiting current of the battery to be detected can be determined quickly and efficiently, the real charging capacity of the battery can be mastered conveniently, and the charging safety is improved.
In some embodiments, the full charge phase of the battery to be tested comprises a target charge phase and a reference charge phase.
That is to say, the state of charge parameters of the battery to be detected may include a target electric quantity stage and a reference electric quantity stage in the charging process from 0 to 100% SOC, where the reference electric quantity stage is other electric quantity stages except the target electric quantity stage in the complete charging stage of the battery, for example, the target electric quantity stage may be 0% to 20% SOC, and the reference electric quantity stage may be 20% to 100% SOC.
Controlling a charging device to charge a battery to be detected by a plurality of target charging currents respectively under the condition that the battery to be detected is in a target electric quantity stage, comprising: and controlling the charging equipment to charge the battery to be detected in a complete charging stage, wherein the battery to be detected is charged with a target charging current under the condition that the battery to be detected is in a target electric quantity stage, and the battery to be detected is charged with a rated charging current under the condition that the battery to be detected is in a reference electric quantity stage.
It can be understood that when a certain determined battery to be detected is charged, the charging process can be divided into two stages, one stage is a target electric quantity stage, and the other stage is a reference electric quantity stage, when the target electric quantity stage is adopted, the battery to be detected is charged with a target charging current, when the reference electric quantity stage is adopted, the battery to be detected is charged with a rated charging current, that is, when each battery to be detected is tested, a complete charging process is performed, that is, the state of charge parameter of the battery to be detected is charged from 0 to 100% SOC.
By carrying out a complete full charge process on the battery to be detected, a real battery charging scene can be ensured to be simulated, so that the measured charging limit current of the battery to be detected at a target electric quantity stage is more accurate.
In some embodiments, before controlling the charging device to charge the battery to be detected with a plurality of target charging currents respectively when the battery to be detected is in the target electric quantity stage, the method further includes: acquiring a battery capacity parameter of a battery to be detected; and dividing the battery to be detected into a plurality of target electric quantity stages based on the battery capacity parameter.
It can be understood that, in the process of charging the battery to be detected, the electric quantity of the battery to be detected can be gradually increased, the electric quantity of the battery can also be represented by a state of charge parameter (SOC), and then the charging stage of the battery to be detected can be divided into a plurality of target electric quantity stages according to the electric quantity increasing stage of the battery, for example, the target electric quantity stages can be divided into 0-20% SOC, 20% SOC-40% SOC, 40% SOC-60% SOC, 60% SOC-80% SOC and 80% SOC-100% SOC.
The charging limit current detection may be performed for different target electric quantity phases, which may correspond to different charging limit currents.
As shown in fig. 2, after the maximum target charging current corresponding to the undamaged battery state parameter is used as the charging limit current of the target electric quantity stage, the method further includes: and determining a charging limit current curve of the battery to be detected based on the charging limit currents of the plurality of target electric quantity stages.
It can be understood that after the charging limit currents of different target electric quantity stages are determined, the charging limit currents of different stages can be drawn in the same coordinate system, so that a charging limit current curve of the battery to be detected can be obtained, and the charging limit current curve of the battery to be detected can be a dynamically changing curve, so that the charging capability of the battery to be detected can be mastered.
In some embodiments, the sequence of the target electric quantity stages is arranged from small to large according to the electric quantity of the corresponding battery to be detected, and the target charging current corresponding to the next target electric quantity stage is smaller than the target charging current corresponding to the previous target electric quantity stage.
It can be understood that, as shown in table 1, during the process of charging the battery to be detected, the electric quantity of the battery to be detected is gradually increased, and the corresponding target electric quantity stage is also gradually advanced from front to back along with the increase of the electric quantity, for example, the first target electric quantity stage may be 0-20% SOC, the second target electric quantity stage may be 20% SOC-40% SOC, the third target electric quantity stage may be 40% SOC-60% SOC, the fourth target electric quantity stage may be 60% SOC-80% SOC, and the fifth target electric quantity stage may be 80% SOC-100% SOC, the target charging current corresponding to the next target electric quantity stage is smaller than the target charging current corresponding to the previous target electric quantity stage, for example, the target charging current at the fifth target electric quantity stage is smaller than the target charging current at the fourth target electric quantity stage, that is to say, in the process of charging the battery to be detected, along with the increase of electric quantity, the target charging current applied to the battery to be detected is gradually reduced.
In some embodiments, the dividing the battery to be detected into a plurality of target electric quantity phases based on the battery capacity parameter includes: and (5) equally dividing the battery capacity parameters to obtain a plurality of target electric quantity stages.
It can be understood that the battery capacity parameters can be proportionally divided, for example, a target power stage can be divided every 20%, for example, the first target power stage can be 0-20% SOC, the second target power stage can be 20% SOC-40% SOC, the third target power stage can be 40% SOC-60% SOC, the fourth target power stage can be 60% SOC-80% SOC, and the fifth target power stage can be 80% SOC-100% SOC.
In some embodiments, the battery to be tested is obtained after a target number of full fill cycles for a new battery.
It will be appreciated that the new battery may be a new lithium battery or lead storage battery that has not been charged or discharged, or may be another type of battery, and that the new battery may be subjected to a plurality of full charge discharge cycles, where full charge refers to charging the battery from a state of charge parameter of 0 to a state of charge parameter of 100%, and full discharge refers to discharging the battery from a state of charge parameter of 100% to 0. The target number of times may be 10 to 30 times, for example, may be 20 times.
In a specific application scene, brand new lithium batteries with the same type and smaller errors can be taken and fully charged for 20 times. Carrying out capacity calibration on the batch of lithium batteries, wherein the capacity is marked as 1 SOC; the target electric quantity stage is divided into a plurality of stages, for example, the target electric quantity stage is divided into five stages, namely 0% to 20% SOC, 20% SOC to 40% SOC, 40% SOC to 60% SOC, 60% SOC to 80% SOC and 80% SOC to 100% SOC, and each target electric quantity stage is in a constant current charging mode. And a plurality of groups of constant current charging multiplying power are preliminarily set in the target electric quantity stage, the rest are the reference electric quantity stage, and a fixed constant current charging mode, namely, the rated charging current is adopted for charging in the reference electric quantity stage.
As shown in table 1, the target charge stage is 0% to 20% SOC, and 3 sets of target charging currents are set, that is: and C _ A1/C _ A2/C _ A3, wherein C _ A1 is more than C _ A2 is more than C _ A3 is more than C0, and charging is carried out on the reference electric quantity stage at 20% SOC-100% SOC according to the rated charging current C0.
The target electric quantity stage is 20% SOC ~40% SOC, sets up 3 groups of target charging current, promptly: c _ B1/C _ B2/C _ B3, wherein C _ B1 is larger than C _ B2 and larger than C _ B3 is larger than C0, and charging is carried out according to rated charging current C0 when reference electric quantity stage is 0% -20% SOC and 40% -100% SOC.
The target electric quantity stage is 40% SOC ~60% SOC, sets up 3 sets of target charging current, promptly: c _ C1/C _ C2/C _ C3, wherein C _ C1 is larger than C _ C2 and is larger than C _ C3 is larger than C0, and charging is carried out according to rated charging current C0 when reference electric quantity stage is 0% -40% SOC and 60% -100% SOC.
The target electric quantity stage is 60% SOC ~80% SOC, sets up 3 sets of target charging current, promptly: and C _ D1/C _ D2/C _ D3, wherein C _ D1 is more than C _ D2 is more than C _ D3 is more than C0, and charging is carried out according to rated charging current C0 when the reference electric quantity stage is 0% -60% SOC and 80% -100% SOC.
The target electric quantity stage is 80% SOC ~100% SOC, sets up 3 groups of target charging current, promptly: c _ E1/C _ E2/C _ E3, wherein C _ E1 is larger than C _ E2 and C _ E3 is larger than C0, and charging is carried out on the reference electric quantity stage at 0% -80% SOC according to the rated charging current C0.
The other SOC intervals are sequentially set. Based on the battery characteristics, the target charging current for the previous target charge stage is greater than the target charging current for the next target charge stage, i.e., C _ A1 > C _ A2 > C _ A3 > C _ B1 > C _ B2 > C _ B3 > C _ D1 > C _ D2 > C _ D3 > C _ E1 > C _ E2 > C _ E3 > C0.
As shown in fig. 2, after the battery to be detected is charged, the battery to be detected can be disassembled, the target charging current corresponding to the target electric quantity stage is determined by observing the lithium analysis condition of the negative electrode piece, and the limit charging capacity of the lithium battery can be obtained by fitting the limit charging current of each target electric quantity stage.
