As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, the present application discloses a water-cooled smokeless stove 10. The water-cooled smokeless stove 10 comprises a compressor 120, an evaporator 110, a refrigerant pipe 130 and a cooling water tank 210, wherein the refrigerant pipe 130 is connected with an outlet of the compressor 120 and an inlet of the evaporator 110, the cooling water tank 210 is positioned below the evaporator 110 and used for collecting condensed water condensed by the evaporator 110, and the refrigerant pipe 130 penetrates through the cooling water tank 210.
As shown in connection with fig. 5-7, the smokeless stove 10 further includes a smoking air duct and a smoking fan 700. The evaporator 110 is located in the smoking air duct, as is the smoking air fan 700. The smoking fan 700 is used for sucking oil smoke from an inlet of the smoking air duct and then discharging the oil smoke from an outlet of the smoking air duct, the sucked gas passes through the evaporator 110, and the evaporator 110 cools the gas, so as to achieve the purpose of dehumidifying the gas. The refrigerant coming out of the compressor 120 has a high temperature, and after cooling, the system can achieve a good refrigeration effect, so that the evaporator 110 can perform a good dehumidification function. The technical scheme of this application, according to the scene of eating the chafing dish, can produce a large amount of steam, steam is inhaled to the smoking wind channel in, produces the comdenstion water through evaporimeter 110, and this comdenstion water flows into cooling water tank 210. The temperature of the condensed water is relatively low, the temperature of the refrigerant in the refrigerant pipe 130 after the condensed water comes out from the compressor 120 is high, and when the condensed water passes through the cooling water tank 210, the water in the cooling water tank 210 cools the refrigerant, so that the temperature of the refrigerant is reduced, and the dehumidification of the evaporator 110 is facilitated.
In this application, be equipped with a plurality of functional unit in the smoking wind channel of smokeless kitchen 10, the higher authority of evaporimeter 110 is equipped with the filter layer, and the filter layer is located drawer 400, is equipped with smoking fan 700 below the evaporimeter 110, and the air outlet department that has washed the wind channel is equipped with activated carbon filter 500. The communication part comprises a transit water tank 230, a water inlet of the transit water tank 230 is communicated with the cooling water tank 210, and a water outlet of the transit water tank 230 is communicated with the drainage water tank 220; wherein, a water inlet of the relay water tank 230 is lower than a water outlet of the relay water tank 230, or the water inlet and the water outlet of the relay water tank 230 are respectively located at both sides of the relay water tank 230. It should be noted that the communication tank is higher than the drain tank 220 and the cooling water tank 210, and the communication part is lower than the condensate tank. When the cooling water tank 210 is filled with water, the water may flow into the intermediate water tank 230 through a water pipe therebetween, and when the water in the intermediate water tank 230 reaches a predetermined level, the water may flow into the drain water tank 220. The water inlet of the transfer water tank 230 is lower than the water outlet of the transfer water tank 230, or the water inlet and the water outlet of the transfer water tank 230 are respectively located at two sides of the transfer water tank 230, so that the water full state in the cooling water tank 210 can be better ensured, and the cooling effect on the refrigerant pipe 130 is ensured.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
