two locking mechanism, two locking mechanism set up respectively in the both sides of position fixing cover, locking mechanism includes the arc latch segment, the arc latch segment is located the inside of the circular cover body and is located one side of rotating member, the centre of latch segment one side is rotated and is connected with and promotes the axle, promote the axle with fixation nut threaded connection, the one end that promotes the axle runs through the installation cover and extends to the outside of installation cover, the rectangular channel has been seted up to the inside that promotes the axle, the inside of rectangular channel is provided with the rectangular block, one side fixedly connected with connecting rod of rectangular block, the one end of connecting rod runs through and promotes the axle, the connecting rod is located the one end fixedly connected with rotation handle that promotes the axle.
