本发明公开了一种三通螺纹接头改进结构,对内‑内‑外型通用三通螺纹接头进行结构改进,在原通用接头的第一内螺纹和第二内螺纹的基础上增加密封凸台,在凸台上加装第一垫片和第二垫片与其他外螺纹接头平面贴牢进行有效密封。本发明从安装便利、安装可靠的方面着想,在不改变通用接口、外形的条件下改进常用的三通接头结构,增加有效的密封环节,使操作便捷、安装可靠,经久耐用。

本发明涉及民生通用应用领域,具体通过改进一种三通接头改进结构,使安装可靠、便捷。
背景技术
三通又称管件三通或者三通管件、三通接头等,是人们生活中常见的一种零配件,主要用于与管件对接,按流体方向用在主管道要分支管处,增加分流支路。三通接头在各种管道连接工程中,尤其是水暖制冷等行业中应用的尤为频繁,而且由于水暖制冷的需要,存在冷热流体交变的工作条件,在安装和使用过程中不允许有任何漏水、渗水现象出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:本发明是针对应用于水暖管件的市场上常见的一种铜质三通接头,由于本身结构特征原因,存在安装不可靠的缺点。通过实践安装发现,该型三通螺纹接头的连接密封是依靠螺纹咬合实现的,管内流体会从相应的配合螺纹之间泄漏,为了阻止流体泄漏在日常安装时常用的办法是依赖多次、大量缠绕生料带聚四氟乙烯薄膜,这就给生活中的现场施工造成不便,尤其是处在狭小空间场景时,安装一个三通螺纹接头会耗费大量的时间与精力,且不能保证长期密封可靠。
为了解决上述安装不可靠的缺陷而提供一种三通螺纹接头改进结构。
一种三通螺纹接头改进结构,对内-内-外型通用三通螺纹接头进行结构改进,在原通用接头的第一内螺纹和第二内螺纹的基础上增加密封凸台,在凸台上加装第一垫片和第二垫片与其他外螺纹接头平面贴牢进行有效密封。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:
本发明从安装便利、安装可靠的方面着想,在不改变通用接口、外形的条件下改进常用的三通接头结构,增加有效的密封环节,使操作便捷、安装可靠,经久耐用。
