Abstract
The invention discloses a plugging method of a damper part of an outer wall of a high-rise building, which comprises the following steps: step one, installing a damper and installing the damper on a damper support, wherein positions for installing an inner sealing plate and an outer sealing plate are reserved on two sides of the damper support; installing a sealing plate, namely installing an inner sealing plate on the side face of the damper support close to the inner side of the wall body, and installing an outer sealing plate on the side face of the damper support close to the outer side of the wall body; coating a waterproof layer on the outer side of the wall body; and fourthly, constructing an insulating layer. According to the invention, the sealing plates are respectively arranged on the walls at the two sides of the damper, so that the reserved hole of the damper is effectively sealed and blocked, and water leakage or water seepage of the reserved hole is prevented. The method has the advantages of simple construction, scientific and reasonable design and ingenious conception, is suitable for the condition that the damper is arranged in the outer wall, has strong tightness, effectively avoids the problems of water seepage, moisture regain and the like, and has wide popularization and application values.

Background

The invention provides a method for plugging a damper part of an outer wall of a high-rise building, which is shown in figure 1 and comprises the following steps:
step one, installing a damper
As shown in fig. 2, the damper 2 is mounted on the damper support 1, the position of the damper support 1 is adjusted, the position for mounting the inner sealing plate 5 is reserved on the side of the damper support 1 near the inner side of the wall 3, the distance from the inner side of the damper support 1 to the inner side of the wall 3 is preferably 75mm, the position for mounting the outer sealing plate 4 is reserved on the side of the damper support 1 near the outer side of the wall 3, and the distance from the outer side of the damper support 1 to the outer side of the wall 3 is preferably 25mm.
After the installation of the damper 2 is completed, the surface of the damper support 1 is cleaned, and the structural surfaces on two sides of the damper 2 are coated with interface agents.
Step two, installing a sealing plate
As shown in fig. 3, thick adhesive mortar with a thickness of 5mm is coated on two sides of the damper support 1, an inner sealing plate 5 is adhered on one side of the damper support 1 close to the inner side of the wall body 3, and the inner side of the inner sealing plate 5 is leveled with the inner side of the wall body 3. An outer sealing plate 4 is stuck on one side of the damper support 1 close to the outer side of the wall body 3, and the outer side of the outer sealing plate 4 is leveled with the outer side of the wall body 3. Preferably, the inner sealing plate 5 is an ALC strip. Preferably, the outer sealing plate 4 is a cement pressure plate. Preferably, the thickness of the inner sealing plate 5 is 70mm, and the thickness of the outer sealing plate 4 is 20mm.
Step three, coating a waterproof layer

The outer side of the first waterproof layer 7 is coated with a second waterproof layer 8, the second waterproof layer 8 is of a rectangular structure, the second waterproof layer 8 completely covers the outer sealing plate 4 and the joint position of the outer sealing plate 4 and the wall body 3, preferably, the coating of the second waterproof layer 8 is JS waterproof coating, the coating range of the second waterproof layer 8 exceeds the outer edge of the first waterproof layer 7, preferably, the distance from the outer edge of the second waterproof layer 8 to the outer edge of the first waterproof layer 7 is 100mm;
and after the paint of the second waterproof layer 8 meets the requirement, carrying out a water spraying test, wherein the water spraying time is not less than 1 hour, and ensuring that the leakage phenomenon at the outer sealing plate 4 and the joint is avoided.
Step four, construction of an insulating layer
The heat preservation layer 6 is arranged on the outer side of the wall body 3, and the positions of the heat preservation nails are adjusted to avoid the opening of the damper 2.
According to the method, the sealing plates are respectively arranged on the walls at the two sides of the damper, so that reserved holes of the damper are effectively sealed and blocked, and water leakage or water seepage of the reserved holes is prevented. The waterproof layer with a double-layer structure is coated on the outer side of the wall body, leakage of the joint of the sealing plate and the wall body is prevented, and the tightness of the building wall body is further improved. The first waterproof layer is of an annular structure, and is coated and sealed only at the joint of the outer wall and the sealing plate, so that the sealing performance is high, the construction cost is effectively reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. The first waterproof layer is of a rectangular annular structure, so that water seepage at the joint of the outer sealing plate and the wall body can be prevented, paint is saved, and cost is saved.
