The invention also discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly stainless steel cleaning agent. The stainless steel cleaning agent is an aqueous cleaning agent, is prepared by compounding starch-based raw materials and a surfactant, is safe and environment-friendly, has stable performance, is high in cleaning speed of oil stains on the surface of stainless steel, and has an excellent oil stain cleaning effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of stainless steel cleaning agents, in particular to an environment-friendly stainless steel cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Stainless steel has excellent performance of resisting corrosion of medium such as atmosphere, steam, water and the like, has good mechanical property and low production cost, and along with the development of industrialization in China and the improvement of performance standards of civil life products, the demands on the stainless steel and the products thereof are continuously increased. During stainless steel processing, stainless steel parts, semi-finished products and articles often have some contaminants left behind on their surfaces, including mainly dust and oil stains, such as mineral oil, cutting fluids, waxes, etc. At present, stainless steel cleaning agents used for cleaning pollutants on the surface of stainless steel are mainly cleaning agents containing strong acid or strong alkaline substances, such as cleaning agents containing hydrofluoric acid, and the strong acid and the strong alkali not only can cause potential pollution to the environment and are difficult to discharge, but also can generate certain corrosion effect on a stainless steel substrate, and the application of the stainless steel cleaning agents is greatly limited. Therefore, the development of the stainless steel cleaning agent which is water-based, environment-friendly, stable in performance and excellent in oil stain cleaning effect is an important development direction at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an environment-friendly stainless steel cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an environment-friendly stainless steel cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-10% of cyclodextrin-oxidized starch compound, 15-20% of surfactant, 3-5% of dispersing agent, 0.5-1% of chelating agent, 0.05-0.2% of corrosion inhibitor, 1-2% of defoaming agent and the balance of water.
Preferably, the preparation method of the cyclodextrin-oxidized starch compound comprises the following steps: firstly, oxidizing starch with an oxidant under alkaline conditions to obtain oxidized starch; and then under the action of citric acid and stannous chloride, carrying out a crosslinking reaction on the oxidized starch and beta-cyclodextrin or derivatives thereof to obtain a cyclodextrin-oxidized starch compound.
Preferably, the preparation method of the cyclodextrin-oxidized starch compound comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding starch into water, mixing uniformly to obtain starch slurry with solid content of 10-20%, regulating pH of the slurry to 8.5-10 with sodium hydroxide, adding oxidant, stirring at 30-40deg.C for reaction for 4-6 hr, regulating pH to neutrality, filtering, and drying to obtain oxidized starch;
(2) Adding the oxidized starch and the beta-cyclodextrin or the derivative thereof into a proper amount of water to be uniformly dispersed, then adding citric acid and stannous chloride, stirring and reacting for 2-5 hours at 50-80 ℃, and then filtering and drying to obtain the cyclodextrin-oxidized starch compound.
Preferably, the oxidant is used in an amount of 0.5-2% by weight of the starch; the oxidant is one or a mixture of more of potassium permanganate, sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the oxidized starch to the beta-cyclodextrin or the derivative thereof is 100: (10-20); the starch is one or more of corn starch, wheat starch and tapioca starch; the derivative of the beta-cyclodextrin is one or a mixture of more of hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin and methyl-beta-cyclodextrin.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the oxidized starch to the citric acid to the stannous chloride is 100: (5-10): (0.1-0.2).
Preferably, the surfactant is prepared from sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, triethanolamine oleate and tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether according to a weight ratio of 1: (1-2): (0.2-0.5).
Preferably, the dispersant is polyaspartic acid; the chelating agent is sodium citrate, disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate or a mixture thereof; the corrosion inhibitor is benzotriazole; the defoaming agent is an organosilicon defoaming agent.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly stainless steel cleaning agent comprises the following steps:
