Abstract

According to the requirement, the chain 6 can be closed loop, the lower side of the movable trolley is fixedly connected with the peripheral surface of the chain 6, the chain 6 can also be open type, and two ends of the chain 6 are respectively and fixedly connected with the left side of the lower part and the right side of the lower part of the movable trolley.
In the use process, the trolley power device drives the movable trolley to move left and right in the slideway 1 through the chain 6.

According to the requirement, the chain 6 can be a closed loop, and the lower side of the trolley is fixedly connected with the peripheral surface of the chain 6; the chain 6 can also be open, and the both ends of chain 6 are fixed connection with left baffle 19 left side and right baffle 20 right side respectively. The pipe rod pad 16 can be made of nylon, the nylon has good comprehensive properties including mechanical properties, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and self-lubricating property, has low friction coefficient, certain flame retardance, is easy to process, has no toxicity, light weight, excellent mechanical strength, abrasion resistance and good corrosion resistance, the height of the pipe rod pad 16 is lower than that of the right baffle 20 and higher than that of the left baffle 19, and the arc-shaped clamping grooves are matched with the pipe rod.
In use, the arcuate clamping groove on the upper side of the tube bar pad 16 prevents the tube bar from rolling forward or backward, the right baffle 20 is used to resist the right end of the tube bar when the tube bar is received, the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is saved, the strip-shaped holes 18 on the tube bar pad 16 are used to leak fluid, reduce the contamination on the tube bar pad 16, and maintain good friction between the tube bar pad 16 and the tube bar.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mobile trolley further comprises a magnet 15, and the magnet 15 is fixed in the trolley 14 corresponding to the position below the pipe rod pad 16.
In the use process, the magnet 15 can absorb the pipe rod through the pipe rod pad 16, so that the trolley 14 can conveniently drag the pipe rod right after receiving the pipe rod from the well platform, and manual intervention is not needed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the device also comprises a second double-guide rail 21, wherein the second double-guide rail 21 is arranged in the slideway 1 corresponding to the position between the chain 6 and the bottom of the mobile trolley.
The second double guide 21 includes two guide rails and the distance between the two guide rails is smaller than the outer diameter of the pipe rod according to the need.
During use, the second double guide rail 21 further prevents the pipe rod from falling into the slideway 1 to crush the chain 6.
The technical characteristics form the invention, have stronger adaptability and optimal implementation effect, and can increase or decrease unnecessary technical characteristics according to actual needs so as to meet the requirements of different situations.
