Claims (10)

1. A method for installing a bearing gangboard, which is characterized in that the gangboard comprises a gangboard body and at least two hinges, the hinges comprise a first eye plate fixedly connected with the gangboard body, a second eye plate fixedly connected with a ship body and hinge original installation shafts rotatably arranged on the first eye plate and the second eye plate, and the method for installing the bearing gangboard comprises the following steps:
all the first eye plates are welded on the springboard body, and the first eye plates are bored to control the coaxiality of the shaft holes of the first eye plates;
after the first eye plate is subjected to boring processing, the second eye plate is hinged with the first eye plate;
and after the second eye plate is hinged with the first eye plate, welding the second eye plate with the ship body.
2. The installation method of claim 1, wherein prior to articulating the second eye plate with the first eye plate, a hull centerline is marked on the hull deck and marked for ocean thrust, and a diving board centerline is marked on the diving board body and marked for ocean thrust.
3. The method of installation of claim 1, wherein the second eye plate is machined on the inner site and installed on the shipway, the second eye plate having a margin;
after the boring process of the first eyeplate and before the articulating the second eyeplate with the first eyeplate, comprising:
welding positioning stay wire frames on two sides of a ship body, finding out the central line of a preset shaft hole of the hinge by using a laser theodolite, connecting a tow with stay wires of the positioning stay wire frames on the two sides, and arranging the tow at the central line position of the preset shaft hole;
the second eye plate is provided with a sample plate, the allowance to be cut in the length direction is determined according to the tows passing through the sample plate, the second eye plate is cut according to the allowance to be cut in the length direction, and a welding groove is machined in the second eye plate.
4. The method of installing as defined in claim 3, wherein prior to articulating the second eyeplate with the first eyeplate, further comprising:
arranging an installation pier and a jack arranged on the installation pier in the hull region, using a crane to drop the springboard body on the installation pier and perform coarse positioning, and adjusting the shaft hole of the first eye plate to be flush with the central line of the preset shaft hole;
after the tows are arranged at the position of the central line of the preset shaft hole, the tows penetrate through the shaft hole of the first eye plate and then are tensioned, a turnbuckle pull code is installed on the ship body, and the jack and the turnbuckle pull code are adjusted until the central line of the shaft hole of the first eye plate is coincided with the tows and the springboard is closed and then is attached to the ship body in a sealing mode.
5. The method of installing as claimed in claim 1 or 4, wherein said articulating said second eyeplate with said first eyeplate comprises:
the first eye plate and the second eye plate are hinged through an expansion mandrel tool, and the expansion mandrel tool comprises a mandrel body, an expansion sleeve, a base plate and a nut, wherein the expansion sleeve is arranged outside the mandrel body;
and after the second eye plate is welded with the ship body, the expansion mandrel tool is disassembled, and the original hinge shaft is replaced.
6. The method of installing according to claim 5, wherein after the first eye plate and the second eye plate are hinged by an expansion mandrel tool and the second eye plate is welded to the hull, the method further comprises:
setting a triangular plate, wherein the triangular plate is respectively in spot welding with the ship body and the second eye plate so as to ensure that the second eye plate is vertical to the ship body;
and after the triangular plate is arranged, welding the second eye plate and the ship body, checking whether a welding seam supported by the back of the deck of the ship body cracks or not during welding, checking whether the vertical angle between the second eye plate and the ship body changes or not, and correcting if the second eye plate cracks or changes.
7. The installation method of claim 5, wherein after said welding said second eye plate to said hull and before said removing said expansion mandrel fixture, further comprising:
stress is relieved by hammering;

flaw detection is carried out on the welding seam of the second eye plate;
after the hinge original installation shaft is replaced, the method further comprises the following steps:

The method of mounting of claim 1, wherein the first eye plate comprises a double eye plate, the second eye plate comprises a single eye plate, the double eye plate comprises two first plates with axial holes, the single eye plate is arranged between the two first plates, and the single eye plate and the double eye plate together form a mounting hole for the hinge original axis.
10. The method of installation according to claim 1 or 9 wherein the second eye plate is fixedly connected to the hull bow.
