本发明公开了吊艇装置重力下放控制系统,包括泵站,泵站与操纵台上的多路阀相连,操纵台旁设有吊艇装置,吊艇装置包括吊臂,吊臂上设有液压绞车、蓄能器与油缸,液压绞车上设有钢丝绳,钢丝绳穿过吊臂上的滑轮与吊艇相连;所述的多路阀上设有B1口,B1口与油缸的有杆腔、蓄能器均相连,B1口与蓄能器之间设有单向阀,蓄能器与泵站的油箱之间设有溢流阀,蓄能器与油缸的无杆腔之间设有截止阀Ⅲ,油缸的无杆腔与液压绞车之间设有截止阀Ⅰ,液压绞车上设有A口和B口,A口和B口分别控制液压绞车的正转与翻转,A口和B口通过节流阀相通,A口和B口之间还设有液动换向阀,液压绞车上设有制动器,制动器通过梭阀与蓄能器相连。

技术领域
本发明涉及吊艇装置重力下放控制系统。
背景技术
吊艇装置是一种安装在船舶上,用来收放小艇的设备。当船上需要释放小艇时,操作人员首先接通电源,启动液压泵站,然后通过操纵多路阀油缸手柄,将吊臂旋转出舷外,待油缸伸出到位后,再操纵多路阀液压绞车手柄,将小艇下放至水面,小艇的回收过程和释放过程刚好相反。
当船舶供电系统出现故障,同时需要释放小艇执行紧急任务时,传统的液压系统会配置手摇泵,通过操作人员上下压动手摇泵,为液压系统的动作提供持续的动力源。操作手摇泵需持续整个释放小艇过程,太费力,而且压动手摇泵的同时,需要另一个操作人员同时操作多路阀手柄,方可完成释放小艇的任务。因此,设计一种在船舶失电情况下释放小艇的方法,操作简单方便不费力,且只需一个操作人员即可完成小艇的降放。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供吊艇装置重力下放控制系统。
吊艇装置重力下放控制系统,包括泵站,泵站与操纵台上的多路阀相连,操纵台旁设有吊艇装置,吊艇装置包括吊臂,吊臂上设有液压绞车、蓄能器与油缸,液压绞车上设有钢丝绳,钢丝绳穿过吊臂上的滑轮与吊艇相连;
所述的多路阀上设有B1口,B1口与油缸的有杆腔、蓄能器均相连,B1口与蓄能器之间设有单向阀,蓄能器与泵站的油箱之间设有溢流阀,蓄能器与泵站的油箱之间设有截止阀Ⅱ,蓄能器与油缸的无杆腔之间设有截止阀Ⅲ,油缸的无杆腔与液压绞车之间设有截止阀Ⅰ,液压绞车上设有A口和B口,A口和B口分别控制液压绞车的正转与翻转,A口和B口通过节流阀相通,A口和B口之间还设有液动换向阀,液压绞车上设有制动器,制动器通过梭阀与蓄能器相连。
作为进一步改进,所述的蓄能器上设有压力表。
作为进一步改进,所述的蓄能器与泵站油箱之间设有截止阀Ⅱ。
作为进一步改进,所述的蓄能器与液压绞车之间设有减压阀。
作为进一步改进,所述的吊艇装置包括托架,托架的位置与吊艇装置在存放状态下吊艇的位置对应。

作为进一步改进,所述的重力下放控制系统动力源为蓄能器。

有益效果:
本发明设计巧妙,采用蓄能方式,解决了失电情况下,吊艇装置释放小艇的问题;释放小艇操作简单方便不费力,只需一个操作人员,小艇释放时间短,效率高,可靠性好。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1~2所示,吊艇装置重力下放控制系统,包括泵站1、多路阀2、操纵台3、液压绞车4、蓄能器5、油缸6、托架7、绑扎装置8、压力表9、截止阀Ⅲ10、截止阀Ⅱ11、溢流阀12、单向阀13、截止阀Ⅰ14、制动器15、液动换向阀16、节流阀17、梭阀18和减压阀19。
泵站1为吊艇装置的液压绞车4收放、蓄能器5充压、油缸6伸缩提供动力源。两个动作的方向由安装在操纵台3上的多路阀2通过液压手柄方向控制,两个动作的速度由多路阀2液压手柄开口大小控制。吊艇装置在初始存放状态时,小艇存放在吊艇装置托架7上,并用绑扎装置8将其固定住,以防船舶运行时小艇出现碰擦损坏。此时,油缸6活塞杆在缩回位置,液压绞车4钢丝绳也处于卸载状态。当需要释放小艇时,先打开绑扎装置8,移去一切障碍物,然后接通电源,启动液压泵站1,泵站1向液压系统提供具有一定压力和流量的液压油。然后向前推安装于操纵台3上的多路阀2油缸6手柄,油缸6活塞杆伸出,将连接有小艇的吊艇装置转出舷外。再向前推安装于操纵台3上的多路阀2液压绞车4手柄,液压绞车4反转,将小艇降放至水面,至此小艇释放过程完成。每次使用吊艇装置时,都要检查蓄能器5内液压油的压力是否处于要求范围内,为紧急情况下使用蓄能器5重力下放小艇做好准备。如果蓄能器5内液压油的压力低于要求值,则要给蓄能器5补充液压油(以下简称充压),即启动液压泵站1,向后拉动多路阀2油缸6手柄,给蓄能器5充压。当船舶处于失电的紧急情况下,事先已经充好液压油的蓄能器5作为动力源,蓄能器5内液压油先进入油缸6的无杆腔,将连接有小艇的吊艇装置转出舷外,然后进入液压绞车4内,将液压绞车4的制动器15打开,此时液压绞车4处于浮动状态,液压绞车4在小艇的自重下反转,小艇下落至水面。
蓄能器5需要充压时,首先接通电源,启动液压泵站1,然后向后拉多路阀2油缸6手柄,液压油从B1口进入油缸6有杆腔的同时,经过单向阀13进入蓄能器5。进入油缸6有杆腔的液压油使油缸6的活塞杆缩回,当活塞杆缩回到位后,液压油全部流入蓄能器5,给蓄能器5充压。单向阀13只允许液压油进入蓄能器5,反向截止,防止蓄能器5内液压油回流,为蓄能器5保压。蓄能器5内液压油的压力可以通过安装于蓄能器5上的压力表9进行查看,当出现蓄能器5内液压油的压力达到要求值,而操作人员继续充压的误操作时,此时溢流阀12将多余的液压油溢流回油箱,以防高压损坏液压系统。溢流阀12的设定值可根据蓄能器5充压的具体值进行调节,一般设定为蓄能器5充压压力+1。如果需要检修蓄能器5,切记要先将内部的压力油排出,切不可带压检修,截止阀Ⅱ11就是蓄能器5检修放油截止阀。
在失电情况下,先将截止阀Ⅲ10打开,然后向前推安装在操纵台3上多路阀2油缸6手柄,蓄能器5内液压油进入油缸6的无杆腔,油缸6活塞杆伸出,带动连接有小艇的吊艇装置转出舷外。再打开截止阀Ⅰ14,蓄能器5内液压油进入液压绞车4。液压油作用于液动换向阀16,液动换向阀16换向,使液压绞车4AB口通过节流阀17相通,同时液压油经过梭阀18将制动器15打开,此时液压绞车4处于浮动状态,在小艇自重的作用下,液压绞车4反转下放小艇。此时液压绞车4内部液压油,经过B口、节流阀17、液动换向阀16、A口,重新流入液压绞车4,实现循环。但由于液压绞车4存在泄漏,循环的液压油越来越少,需要蓄能器5给液压绞车4补油。蓄能器5通过减压阀19给液压绞车4补油,防止液压绞车4吸空而损坏。液压绞车4重力下放小艇时,节流阀17起背压作用,防止小艇释放速度过大,造成危险。

1.吊艇装置重力下放控制系统,其特征在于,包括泵站,泵站与操纵台上的多路阀相连,操纵台旁设有吊艇装置,吊艇装置包括吊臂,吊臂上设有液压绞车、蓄能器与油缸,液压绞车上设有钢丝绳,钢丝绳穿过吊臂上的滑轮与吊艇相连;
所述的多路阀上设有B1口,B1口与油缸的有杆腔、蓄能器均相连,B1口与蓄能器之间设有单向阀,蓄能器与泵站的油箱之间设有溢流阀,蓄能器与泵站的油箱之间设有截止阀Ⅱ,蓄能器与油缸的无杆腔之间设有截止阀Ⅲ,油缸的无杆腔与液压绞车之间设有截止阀Ⅰ,液压绞车上设有A口和B口,A口和B口分别控制液压绞车的正转与翻转,A口和B口通过节流阀相通,A口和B口之间还设有液动换向阀,液压绞车上设有制动器,制动器通过梭阀与蓄能器相连。
