The invention discloses a multifunctional load transfer vehicle, which comprises a vehicle body, wherein a carriage is arranged on the vehicle body, a power generation chamber is arranged in the carriage, a diesel generator set is arranged in the power generation chamber, three paths of output ends are arranged in the carriage, wherein the output ends of the diesel generator set are electrically connected with two paths of high-voltage output ends through transformers arranged in the carriage, a low-voltage output end is connected between the output ends of the diesel generator set and the transformers through output lines, an electronic noise reduction device is arranged in the power generation chamber, an air inlet and an air outlet are arranged on the power generation chamber, sound insulation plates driven by a driving mechanism are respectively arranged on the air inlet and the air outlet, the driving mechanism is electrically connected with a controller in the power generation chamber, and the controller is electrically connected with the electronic noise reduction device and controls the driving mechanism to work; the high voltage output is also used as an input. Compared with the prior art, the output of multiple voltages is satisfied, and the working efficiency is improved.

In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the multifunctional load transfer vehicle comprises a vehicle body, wherein a carriage is arranged on the vehicle body, a power generation chamber is arranged in the carriage, a diesel generator set is arranged in the power generation chamber, three paths of output ends are arranged in the carriage, each three path of output ends comprises a 400V low-voltage output end and two paths of high-voltage output ends, the output ends of the diesel generator set are electrically connected with the two paths of high-voltage output ends through a transformer arranged in the carriage, the low-voltage output ends are connected between the output ends of the diesel generator set and the transformer through output lines, so that 400V low-voltage power is output through the low-voltage output ends, 10Kv and 20Kv high-voltage power is respectively output through the two paths of high-voltage output ends, an electronic noise reduction device is arranged in the power generation chamber, so as to monitor noise in the power generation chamber, an air inlet and an air outlet are arranged on the power generation chamber, sound insulation plates driven through a driving mechanism are respectively arranged on the air inlet and the air outlet, the driving mechanism is electrically connected with a controller in the power generation chamber, and the controller is electrically connected with the electronic noise reduction device so that when the noise exceeds a set value of the noise reduction electronic device, the controller controls the driving mechanism to work so that the sound insulation plates and/or the air inlet and/or the air outlet are closed; the high voltage output end is also used as an input end to realize that the high voltage of 20Kv is input into the transformer through the high voltage output end of 20Kv and is output through the high voltage output end of 10Kv after being reduced to 10Kv, or is output through the low voltage output end after being reduced to 400V low voltage through the transformer 5 when the two paths of high voltage output ends are used as input ends.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the invention discloses a multifunctional load transfer vehicle, which comprises a vehicle body 1, wherein a carriage 2 is arranged on the vehicle body 1, a power generation chamber 3 is arranged in the carriage 2, a diesel generator set 4 is arranged in the power generation chamber 3, three paths of output ends are arranged in the carriage 2, the three paths of output ends comprise a low-voltage output end 11 with 400V and two high-voltage output ends 12, wherein the output ends of the diesel generator set 4 and the two high-voltage output ends 12 are electrically connected through a transformer 5 arranged in the carriage 2, the low-voltage output end 11 is connected between the output end of the diesel generator set 4 and the transformer 5 through a line so as to output low-voltage electricity with 400V through the low-voltage output end 11, high-voltage electricity with 10Kv and 20Kv through the two high-voltage output ends 12 respectively, an electronic noise reduction device 6 is arranged in the power generation chamber 3 so as to monitor noise in the power generation chamber 3, an air inlet 7 and an air outlet 8 are respectively arranged on the power generation chamber 3, a sound insulation plate 9 through a driving mechanism is respectively arranged on the air inlet 7 and the air outlet 8, and a controller 10 in the driving mechanism is connected with the power generation chamber 3 through the driving mechanism 6 and the electronic noise reduction device, and the electronic noise reduction device is controlled by the controller 10 when the driving mechanism is connected with the air inlet and the electronic device 10, the electronic noise reduction device is closed, and the controller 10 is controlled, when the noise reduction device is controlled, and the noise is controlled; the high voltage output end 12 is also used as an input end to realize that the high voltage of 20Kv is input into the transformer 5 through the high voltage output end of 20Kv and then is output through the high voltage output end of 10Kv after being reduced to 10 Kv; or when two high-voltage output ends 12 are used as input ends, the voltage is reduced to 400V low-voltage power through the transformer 5 and then is output through the low-voltage output end 11.
Through the structure, the emergency power supply function and the load transfer function are realized, various operation requirements are met, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 2, a transformer room 24 is also provided in the vehicle cabin 2, and the transformer 5 is provided in the transformer room 24.
As shown in fig. 3, a disconnection switch 15 is provided at the output of the diesel-electric generator set 4, so that the diesel-electric generator set is disconnected from the transformer 5 and from the low-voltage output 11, and thus, when the high-voltage output 12 is used as an input, current is prevented from flowing to the diesel-electric generator set 4 and damaging it.
In the present invention, for convenience of operation, as shown in fig. 1, quick plug connectors 23 are provided on both the high voltage output terminal 12 and the low voltage output terminal 11 to achieve quick plug.
When the diesel generator set supplies power, the disconnection switch 15 is in a conducting state, so that the diesel generator set 4 outputs 400V low voltage power through the low voltage output end 11 and outputs 10Kv or 20Kv high voltage power after boosting through the transformer 5, and an emergency power supply function is realized.
When power is supplied through an external power supply, the disconnection switch 15 is in a disconnection state, so that the diesel generator set 4 is disconnected from the transformer 5 and the low-voltage output end 11, the two high-voltage output ends 12 are used as output ends, and the low-voltage power of 400V is output from the low-voltage output end for use after 20Kv or 10Kvde external power supply is reduced through the transformer 5, so that the function of load transfer is realized.
In the invention, the diesel generator set 4 adopts a German MTU Benz heavy-duty diesel engine (1000 kW), the transformer 5 adopts a 20Kv-1000kW dry-type transformer, and the transformer has a middle tap so as to realize two paths of high-voltage output.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, a smoke exhaust duct 13 is provided in the power generation chamber 3, a filter device 14 is provided in the smoke exhaust duct 13, the filter device 14 is filter cotton, an insertion opening 17 is provided on the smoke exhaust duct 13, a guide rail 18 is provided at the insertion opening 17 in the smoke exhaust duct 13, and the filter device 14 is guided by the guide rail 18 after being inserted into the filter device 14 through the insertion opening 17, so that the filter device is fixed in the smoke exhaust duct 13; specifically, the guide rails 18 are disposed at opposite ends of the smoke exhaust duct 13, the cross section of the guide rails 18 is C-shaped, the through grooves of the two wire rails 18 are open to each other and the guide rails 18 are communicated with the insertion opening 7, one end of the smoke exhaust duct 13 extends into the power generation chamber 3, and the insertion opening 17 is disposed at one end of the smoke exhaust duct 13 located in the power generation chamber 3.
As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, because the structures of the air inlet and the air outlet are the same, the air inlet is taken as an example for description, the driving mechanism adopts a lifting device and comprises a driving motor 19, a screw rod 20 connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 19 and a sliding block 21 arranged on the screw rod 20, a threaded through hole is arranged on the sliding block 21, the screw rod 20 is in threaded connection with the threaded through hole on the sliding block 21, the sound insulation plate 9 is fixed with the sliding block 21, the driving motor 19 is communicated with the controller 10, and the driving motor 19 is fixed on the compartment wall of the power generation chamber 3; specifically, the elevating device further includes a guide bar 22, the guide bar 22 being L-shaped, and a side of the soundproof plate 9 opposite to the slider 21 being provided in the guide bar 22 to be guided by the guide bar 22.
When the invention is used, the invention is selected from 400V, 10Kv and 20Kv according to the field requirement, and when an external power supply exists on the field, the invention can realize the load transfer function and can reduce the voltage of the external power supply to 400V for use.
The invention realizes temporary power supply through the diesel generator set or the external power supply by arranging the high-voltage output end which can be used as input and output and the low-voltage output end which can be used as output, and meets the output of various voltages, thereby improving the working efficiency.
