The profile trimming auxiliary apparatus 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a case of the thin-wall welding assembly 200 protruded from both sides of the mold 120, wherein the case of the thin-wall welding assembly 200 can be scribed according to the protrusions of both sides of the mold 120, and the case of the thin-wall welding assembly 200 can be corrected after finishing the trimming. After the tire 120 is removed, the size of the welded complete part can be directly compared by utilizing the parting plate, the inner height fixing piece 114 and the outer height fixing ring 116, and the positions of the repair lines and the effect of the degree of fit between the repair lines and the tire 120 can be visually distinguished, so that the operation is convenient, visual and reliable.

Claims (9)

1. Profile trimming aid applied to a thin-walled welding assembly (200), the thin-walled welding assembly (200) comprising a set of front-rear shells (210), a set of outer shells (220) and a set of inner shells (230), characterized in that the profile trimming aid (100) comprises:
a bottom plate (110);
a mold (120), the mold (120) being mated with an inner sidewall of the thin-walled welding assembly (200), the mold (120) being mounted to the base plate (110) by a mounting assembly (130); and
a parting mechanism (140), wherein the parting mechanism (140) is used for parting the molded tire (120) according to the shape of each shell of the thin-wall welding assembly (200);
the parting mechanism (140) comprises a first parting component (141), a second parting component (142) and a third parting component (143), wherein the first parting component (141) is used for parting a front-rear shell molded surface of the molded tire (120) and an inner shell molded surface of the molded tire (120), the second parting component (142) is used for parting the front-rear shell molded surface of the molded tire (120) and an outer shell molded surface of the molded tire (120), and the third parting component (143) is used for parting two inner shell molded surfaces of the molded tire (120).

The profile trimming auxiliary device according to claim 1, wherein the first parting assembly (141) comprises a first parting plate (144) and two first parting brackets (145), lower ends of the two first parting brackets (145) are respectively mounted on the bottom plates (110) on two opposite sides of the mold (120), a limit groove is formed in an upper end of the first parting bracket (145), and an end of the first parting plate (144) is inserted into and limited in the limit groove.

The profile trimming auxiliary device according to claim 2, wherein the bottom plate (110) is provided with a first sliding groove (111), the second parting assembly (142) comprises a second parting plate (146), a second parting base (147) and a first fixing member (148), the second parting plate (146) is mounted on the second parting base (147), the second parting base (147) is provided with a first sliding rail matched with the first sliding groove (111), the second parting plate (146) is matched with the first sliding groove (111) to adjust the position relative to the molded tire (120) through the first sliding rail, and the first fixing member (148) is used for fixing the second parting base (147) on the bottom plate (110).

A profile trimming aid according to claim 3, wherein the third parting assembly (143) comprises a third parting plate (150), a third parting base (151) and a second fixing member (152), the third parting plate (150) is mounted on the third parting base (151), a positioning plate (112) is mounted on the bottom plate (110), the positioning plate (112) is provided with a second sliding groove (113), the third parting base (151) is provided with a second sliding rail (153) matched with the second sliding groove (113), the third parting plate (150) is matched with the second sliding rail (153) and adjusts the position relative to the mold (120), and the second fixing member (152) is used for fixing the third parting base (151) on the positioning plate (112).

The profile trimming auxiliary device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting assembly (130) comprises a centering ring (131) and a mounting ring plate (132), the base plate (110) is provided with a positioning ring groove (115), the centering ring (131) is mounted in the positioning ring groove (115) through a mounting piece, the mounting ring plate (132) is sleeved on the outer side of the centering ring (131) and is mounted on the base plate (110) through a mounting piece, and the tyre (120) is mounted on the mounting ring plate (132) through a mounting piece.

The profile trimming aid according to claim 7, wherein the mounting assembly (130) further comprises a positioning key (133), wherein the lower surface of the mounting ring plate (132) and the upper surface of the base plate (110) are each provided with a positioning groove (117) radially cooperating with the positioning key (133), and wherein the positioning key (133) is limited in the positioning groove (117) to limit rotation of the mounting ring plate (132) relative to the base plate (110) about the centering ring (131).
