The invention provides multi-station welding equipment for precise aluminum castings, which comprises a welding equipment shell 1, wherein the lower end of the welding equipment shell 1 is provided with a joint plate 2, the welding equipment shell 1 is of a cylindrical shell structure, the lower end of the welding equipment shell 1 is provided with an opening, a lifting base plate 14 is movably arranged in the welding equipment shell 1, the lower end of the lifting base plate 14 is fixedly welded with a transmission unit 15, the end part of the transmission unit 15 is in transmission connection with a drill rod 9, the lower end of the drill rod 9 corresponds to an extending hole 10 on the surface of the joint plate 2, the welding equipment shell 1 is provided with an air pressure driving assembly for pushing the drill rod 9 to move out of the extending hole 10, the drill rod 9 is provided with a conveying channel 20 for cleaning water to enter and exit and discharging the liquid brazing filler metal, the conveying channel 20 is arranged in the drill rod 9 and penetrates through the bottom of the drill rod 9, one side of the welding equipment shell 1 is provided with a liquid brazing filler metal injection assembly and a cleaning water entering and exiting assembly, the bottom of the welding equipment housing 1 is provided with a tilt adjustment assembly.
The pneumatic driving assembly comprises a pressurizing unit 3 fixed on the outer side surface of the upper end of a welding equipment shell 1, a telescopic cavity 11 communicated with the pressurizing unit 3 is formed between the lifting substrate 14 and the inner portion of the upper end of the welding equipment shell 1, a rubber sealing ring 13 is fixedly arranged at the outer ring of the lifting substrate 14, the outer ring of the rubber sealing ring 13 is movably attached to the inner wall of the welding equipment shell 1, the rubber sealing ring 13 is sealed between the outer ring of the lifting substrate 14 and the inner wall of the welding equipment shell 1, and a high-strength spring 12 for pulling the lifting substrate 14 is fixedly welded at the top of the telescopic cavity 11.
In the embodiment, the drill rod 9 can be used for drilling holes on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47, the drill rod 9 is provided with a straight hole and a special-shaped hole 46, the inner wall of the straight hole or the special-shaped hole 46 is cleaned by water when the drill rod 9 is positioned in the straight hole or the special-shaped hole 46, the cleaned water and dirt are discharged, then the drill rod 9 is pushed to automatically retreat in the process of injecting liquid brazing filler metal into the straight hole or the special-shaped hole 46 after the drill rod 9 retreats, the liquid brazing filler metal is injected into the straight hole, the special-shaped hole 46 and a gap groove generated inside the precision aluminum casting 47 to complete the welding reinforcement of the precision aluminum casting 47, the novel injection type brazing mode is utilized to complete the welding of the precision aluminum casting 47, when two adjacent precision aluminum castings 47 are welded, the straight hole or the special-shaped hole 46 can be obliquely drilled at the contact position of the two precision aluminum castings 47 through the drill rod 9, so that the liquid brazing filler metal enters the straight hole or the special-shaped hole 46 to complete the internal welding mode of the precision aluminum casting 47, replaces the phenomenon of surface welding and low welding strength.
The cleaning water inlet and outlet assembly comprises a conveying mechanism 21 fixed on the surface of the attaching plate 2 and a water tank 25 arranged on the surface of the attaching plate 2, the water tank 25 is communicated with the conveying mechanism 21 through a second conveying pipeline 23, and the conveying mechanism 21 is connected with the conveying channel 20 through a switching assembly.
It should be noted that, when the transmission unit 15 drives the drill rod 9 to rotate, a hole is drilled on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47, when the hole is drilled, the pressurization unit 3 is started, the pressurization unit 3 compresses external air and inputs the compressed air into the telescopic chamber 11 to push the lifting base plate 14 to move inside the telescopic chamber 11, so that the transmission unit 15 in the telescopic chamber 11 descends, and a hole with a fixed length is drilled, the transmission unit 15 may use a servo motor or the like, and the pressurization unit 3 may use a heating pump or the like;
in the drilling process of the drill rod 9, air is conveyed to the air bag 8 corresponding to the bottom of the welding equipment shell 1 synchronously through the pressurizing unit 3, the air enables the air bag 8 corresponding to the position to incline, the welding equipment shell 1 can incline at the moment, the drill rod 9 inclines along with the welding equipment shell 1, the inclined in the drilling process of the drill rod 9 finally forms the special-shaped hole 46, the hole is drilled at one time, the width of the special-shaped hole 46 is increased, when the surface crack of the precise aluminum casting 47 is more, the hole with the larger diameter is drilled at one time in an inclined drilling mode, then liquid brazing filler metal is injected into the special-shaped hole 46, and the brazing fixation of the position is completed.
The switching assembly comprises a conveying unit 16 and a guiding unit 17, the conveying unit 16 comprises two groups of limiting nuts 29 connected to the outer ring of the upper end of the drill rod 9 in a threaded fit manner, a rotating ring 28 movably sleeved at the outer ring of the drill rod 9 is arranged between the two groups of limiting nuts 29, the rotating ring 28 and the outer ring of the drill rod 9 are sealed, an annular cavity 27 is arranged inside the rotating ring 28, a conveying connecting hole 26 is arranged on the drill rod 9, the conveying connecting hole 26 is communicated between the annular cavity 27 and a conveying channel 20, a plurality of groups of conveying connecting holes 26 are arranged in an annular array manner, the guiding unit 17 comprises a conveying pipeline 19 fixed on one side of the rotating ring 28, one end of the conveying pipeline 19 is communicated with the annular cavity 27, the other end of the conveying pipeline is communicated with a conveying mechanism 21, an accommodating groove 38 for the guiding unit 17 to pass through is arranged on the inner wall of the welding equipment shell 1, and the accommodating grooves 38 are distributed along the height direction of the welding equipment shell 1, a plurality of groups of guide rings 39 distributed up and down are arranged in the accommodating groove 38, the conveying pipeline 19 passes through the middle parts of the guide rings 39, guide ring connecting plates 41 are fixedly welded on the side surfaces of the guide rings 39, and the guide ring connecting plates 41 adjacent up and down are fixedly welded through connecting springs 40.
Further, after drilling, the conveying mechanism 21 is started first, the electromagnetic valve on the second conveying pipeline 23 is opened, water in the water tank 25 sequentially passes through the second conveying pipeline 23, the conveying pipeline 19, the annular cavity 27, the conveying connecting hole 26 and the injecting hole of the conveying channel 20, the hole is cleaned, the conveying mechanism 21 sucks the water out after cleaning, the cleanness degree in the hole can be ensured after repeated cleaning, the phenomenon that deep holes are not easy to clean in the prior art is replaced, after the hole is inclined, the electromagnetic valve on the second conveying pipeline 23 is closed, the electromagnetic valve on the first conveying pipeline 22 is opened, liquid brazing filler metal stored in the liquid brazing filler metal storage box 24 sequentially passes through the first conveying pipeline 22, the conveying pipeline 19, the annular cavity 27, the conveying connecting hole 26 and the injecting hole of the conveying channel 20 through brazing fixation, the original crack on the surface or in the precision aluminum casting 47 and the crack to be generated soon can be enlarged by the drilling mode, therefore, liquid brazing filler metal is injected into the hole positions, the liquid brazing filler metal can be extruded into gaps in the inner layer structure of the precision aluminum casting 47 through high pressure for filling, and the welding effect is good.
The liquid brazing filler metal injection assembly comprises a liquid brazing filler metal storage box 24 arranged on the surface of the attaching plate 2, the liquid brazing filler metal storage box 24 is communicated with the conveying mechanism 21 through a first conveying pipeline 22, electromagnetic valves are arranged on the first conveying pipeline 22 and the second conveying pipeline 23, and a lower plugging assembly and a sealing unit 18 are arranged on the drill rod 9.
Specifically, when water enters the hole through the conveying passage 20, the water pushes the magnetic attraction ring 31 to descend through the conveying passage 20 to stretch the extension spring 30, the magnetic attraction ring 31 descends in the conveying passage 20, the stainless steel ring body 32 is driven by the magnetic attraction ring 31 to descend synchronously due to attraction between the magnetic attraction ring 31 and the stainless steel ring body 32, at this time, the adhesive layer 37 at the bottom of the stainless steel ring body 32 can be attached and fixed on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47 to seal the upper end of the hole, and the magnetic attraction ring 31 moves rapidly along with the impact of high-pressure water, so that the force of the stainless steel ring body 32 falling on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47 is large, the stainless steel ring body 32 can be stably adhered on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47 through the adhesive layer 37, when the periphery of the hole on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47 is blocked, the bottom of the hole can be cleaned through water tightness, and the liquid brazing filler metal in the injection hole can also be injected into the high-pressure injection hole, when the pressure of the injected liquid brazing filler metal reaches a certain degree, the drill rod 9 is pushed to ascend integrally and the upper part of the telescopic cavity 11 is compressed, so that the liquid brazing filler metal is easily injected into the gap inside the precision aluminum casting 47 when being pressurized, and the liquid brazing filler metal is completely injected into and filled in the hole through a high-pressure injection mode from the bottom of the hole, and the closed brazing is completed.
The sealing unit 18 comprises a stainless steel ring body 32 movably sleeved at the outer ring of the drill rod 9, an adhesive layer 37 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the stainless steel ring body 32, an extension spring 30 is fixedly welded on the inner wall of the upper end of the conveying channel 20, a magnetic attraction ring 31 is fixedly welded at the bottom of the extension spring 30, the outer ring of the magnetic attraction ring 31 is movably attached to the inner wall of the conveying channel 20, the magnetic attraction ring 31 and the stainless steel ring body 32 are attracted and fixed, a storage groove 33 for storing a release agent is arranged inside one side of the stainless steel ring body 32, an elastic lifting spring 35 is fixedly welded at the end part of the storage groove 33, a sealing plate 34 is arranged at the end part of the elastic lifting spring 35, an extending groove 36 which penetrates through to the inner ring of the storage groove 33 is arranged on one side of the storage groove 33, which is close to the inner ring of the stainless steel ring body 32, the sealing plate 34 movably penetrates out of the extending groove 36, and the length of the sealing plate 34 is larger than the inner hole diameter of the stainless steel ring body 32, the hole inside the stainless steel ring body 32 is a rectangular hole, and the sealing plate 34 is a rectangular plate-shaped structure matched with the rectangular hole.
Wherein, high strength spring 12 can play the purpose of drawing and holding lift base plate 14 and reseing, when pressure unit 3 took the air in the flexible chamber 11 out, high strength spring 12 draws and holds lift base plate 14 and transmission unit 15 and reseed, when drilling rod 9 rotated, its outside swivel becket 28 was motionless, when in actual use, the upper end of transfer pipe 19 was the stereoplasm pipeline section, the upper end tip activity laminating of transfer pipe 19 was at the inner wall of welding equipment shell 1, and can not squint with restriction swivel becket 28, and the lower extreme of transfer pipe 19 was soft pipeline section, convenient flexible adaptation, and stop nut 29 played spacing effect at the both ends of swivel becket 28.
The lower plugging assembly comprises an outer ring groove 44 arranged at the outer ring of the lower end of the drill rod 9, an elastic sleeve 43 is movably arranged in the outer ring groove 44, a side surface pressurizing hole 42 communicated with the interior of the conveying channel 20 is formed in the bottom of the outer ring groove 44, the upper end of the elastic sleeve 43 is fixedly welded in the upper end of the outer ring groove 44, the outer ring of the elastic sleeve 43 and the outer ring of the drill rod 9 are kept parallel, and the elastic sleeve 43 is of a ring structure.
In the device, when the drilling rod 9 is moved out from the hole, the sealing plate 34 inside the storage tank 33 can stretch out from the stretching groove 36 through the elastic force action of the spring 35, thereby the hole is completely blocked above the hole, the liquid brazing filler metal injected into the hole at high pressure is difficult to flow out, a high-strength connecting structure is formed when the liquid brazing filler metal is solidified, when the sealing plate 34 is moved out from the stretching groove 36, the surface of the sealing plate is coated with the release agent stored in the storage tank 33, when the liquid brazing filler metal is solidified, the stainless steel ring body 32 and the sealing plate 34 are convenient to take away from the hole, and the use is convenient.
The gradient adjusting assembly comprises a peripheral limiting ring 7 fixedly arranged at the outer ring of the bottom of a welding equipment shell 1, an air bag 8 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the peripheral limiting ring 7, the bottom of the air bag 8 is fixed to the upper surface of a binding plate 2, the air bag 8 is distributed with multiple groups in a circular array mode along the track of the peripheral limiting ring 7, a connecting rod body 45 is arranged between the lower surface of the inner ring of the peripheral limiting ring 7 and the upper surface of the binding plate 2, the upper end of the connecting rod body 45 is movably hinged to a hinged seat at the lower surface of the peripheral limiting ring 7, the lower end of the connecting rod body 45 is movably hinged to a hinged plate at the upper surface of the binding plate 2, and the connecting rod body 45 is distributed with multiple groups in a circular array mode between the peripheral limiting ring 7 and the binding plate 2.
In this embodiment, the telescopic chamber 11 and the airbag 8 use a set of pressurizing units 3, when the pressurizing units 3 pressurize the corresponding airbag 8, the welding equipment shell 1 is wholly inclined, the inclination angle and the direction are controlled according to the inflation or inflation quantity to the corresponding airbag 8, the special-shaped holes 46 with different sizes and shapes can be drilled on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47, the mode that only straight holes can be drilled in the prior art is replaced, and the practicability is high.
One side of the pressurizing unit 3 is provided with a pressurizing main pipeline 4, the lower end of the pressurizing main pipeline 4 is communicated with an annular hollow pipeline 5, the annular hollow pipeline 5 is distributed in a ring structure at the outer ring position of the welding equipment shell 1, the lower end of the annular hollow pipeline 5 is communicated with a pressurizing branch pipeline 6, the pressurizing branch pipeline 6 is provided with a plurality of groups, and the lower ends of the groups of pressurizing branch pipelines 6 are communicated with air bags 8 at corresponding positions.
It should be noted that, when the water or the liquid solder in the conveying channel 20 is injected into the bottom of the hole, a part of the water or the liquid solder is discharged from the side pressurizing hole 42 at a high pressure, so as to push the lower end of the elastic sleeve 43 capable of elastically deforming to be outwards spread, and seal the upper end of the bottom of the hole, so that the liquid solder is not discharged from the gap between the drill rod 9 and the hole in advance, and according to the difference of the position of the hole and the diameter of the hole when the drill rod 9 moves to the position of the hole, the high-pressure liquid solder can spread the elastic sleeve 43 to seal the gap between the drill rod 9 and the hole in real time, and the melting point of the material in the elastic sleeve 43, the drill rod 9 and the device, which is in contact with the liquid solder, is lower than that of the solder, so that the device can be used for injecting the liquid solder into the hole at a high pressure.
The diameter of the extension hole 10 is the same as the diameter of the inner ring of the welding device housing 1, and the diameter of the drill rod 9 is one fifth of the diameter of the extension hole 10.
Furthermore, the welding equipment shell 1 and the attaching plate 2 are connected through a plurality of groups of connecting rod bodies 45, the welding equipment shell 1 can be inclined, the basic stability between the welding equipment shell 1 and the attaching plate 2 is kept, the welding equipment shell is not easy to fall off and the deviation is overlarge, each group of pressurizing branch pipelines 6 are provided with electromagnetic valves for controlling gas pressed in the pressurizing units 3 to be conveyed to the air bags 8 at different positions, and the conveying mechanism 21 can use devices such as a conveying pump and the like and can be used for conveying liquid brazing filler metal and water;

The working principle is as follows: the drill rod 9 can be used for drilling holes on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47, is provided with a straight hole and a special-shaped hole 46, the inner wall of the straight hole or the special-shaped hole 46 is cleaned by water when the drill rod 9 is positioned in the straight hole or the special-shaped hole 46, water and dirt after cleaning are discharged, then the drill rod 9 is pushed to automatically retreat in the process of injecting liquid brazing filler metal into the straight hole or the special-shaped hole 46, the liquid brazing filler metal is injected into the straight hole, the special-shaped hole 46 and a gap groove generated in the precision aluminum casting 47 after the drill rod 9 retreats, the welding reinforcement of the precision aluminum casting 47 is completed, the novel injection type brazing mode is utilized to complete the welding of the precision aluminum casting 47, when the two adjacent precision aluminum castings 47 are welded, the straight hole or the special-shaped hole 46 can be obliquely drilled at the contact position of the two precision aluminum castings 47 through the drill rod 9, so that the liquid brazing filler metal enters the straight hole or the special-shaped hole 46, and the welding mode from the inside of the precision aluminum casting 47 is completed, the phenomenon of low welding strength is substituted for surface welding;
when the transmission unit 15 drives the drill rod 9 to rotate, the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47 is drilled, when the hole is drilled, the pressurizing unit 3 is started, the pressurizing unit 3 compresses external air and inputs the compressed air into the telescopic chamber 11 so as to push the lifting base plate 14 to move in the telescopic chamber 11, the transmission unit 15 in the telescopic chamber 11 descends, holes with fixed length are punched, the transmission unit 15 can use a servo motor and other devices, and the pressurizing unit 3 can use a heating pump and other devices;
in the drilling process of the drill rod 9, air is synchronously conveyed into the corresponding air bag 8 at the bottom of the welding equipment shell 1 through the pressurizing unit 3, the air enables the air bag 8 at the corresponding position to incline, at the moment, the welding equipment shell 1 can incline, the drill rod 9 inclines along with the welding equipment shell 1, the special-shaped hole 46 can be formed at last by inclining in the drilling process of the drill rod 9, the hole is drilled at one time to increase the width of the special-shaped hole 46, and when the surface of a precision aluminum casting 47 has more cracks, the hole with a larger diameter is drilled at one time in an inclined drilling mode, and then liquid brazing filler metal is injected into the special-shaped hole 46 to complete brazing and fixing at the position;
after drilling, the conveying mechanism 21 is started firstly, the electromagnetic valve on the second conveying pipeline 23 is opened, water in the water tank 25 sequentially passes through the second conveying pipeline 23, the conveying pipeline 19, the annular chamber 27, the conveying connecting hole 26 and the injection hole of the conveying channel 20, the hole is cleaned, the conveying mechanism 21 sucks the water out after cleaning, the cleanness degree in the hole can be ensured after repeated cleaning, the phenomenon that deep holes are difficult to clean in the prior art is replaced, after inclination, the electromagnetic valve on the second conveying pipeline 23 is closed, the electromagnetic valve on the first conveying pipeline 22 is opened, the liquid brazing filler metal stored in the liquid brazing filler metal storage box 24 sequentially passes through the first conveying pipeline 22, the conveying pipeline 19, the annular chamber 27, the conveying connecting hole 26 and the injection hole of the conveying channel 20, the brazing fixation of the hole is completed, and the original crack and the crack to be generated on the surface or inside of the precision aluminum casting 47 can be enlarged by the drilling mode, therefore, the liquid brazing filler metal is injected through the hole position, the liquid brazing filler metal can be extruded into a gap in the inner layer structure of the precision aluminum casting 47 through high pressure for filling, and the welding effect is good;
when water enters the hole through the conveying channel 20, the water pushes the magnetic attraction ring 31 to descend through the conveying channel 20 to stretch the extension spring 30, the magnetic attraction ring 31 descends in the conveying channel 20, the stainless steel ring body 32 is driven by the magnetic attraction ring 31 to descend synchronously due to attraction between the magnetic attraction ring 31 and the stainless steel ring body 32, at the moment, the bonding layer 37 at the bottom of the stainless steel ring body 32 can be attached and fixed on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47 to seal the upper end of the punching position, and the magnetic attraction ring 31 moves rapidly along with impact of high-pressure water, so that the force of the stainless steel ring body 32 falling on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47 is large, the stainless steel ring body 32 can be stably bonded on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47 through the bonding layer 37, when the periphery of the hole on the surface of the precision aluminum casting 47 is blocked, the bottom of the hole can be cleaned through water tightness, and the liquid brazing filler metal in the injection hole can also be injected into the high-pressure type injection hole, when the pressure of the injected liquid brazing filler metal reaches a certain degree, the drill rod 9 is pushed to ascend integrally and the upper part of the telescopic cavity 11 is compressed, so that the liquid brazing filler metal is easily injected into the gap inside the precision aluminum casting 47 when being pressurized, and the liquid brazing filler metal is completely injected into and filled in the hole through a high-pressure injection mode from the bottom of the hole, and the closed brazing is completed.

Claims (10)

1.
