A portable cleaning device for stainless steel pipes comprises a processing table and is characterized in that a placing table is fixedly mounted at the top of the processing table, the top of the placing table is provided with an inclined slope, an inclined plate is fixedly mounted at the top of the placing table, a plurality of placing grooves are formed in the top of the inclined plate, the stainless steel pipes are placed in the placing grooves, limiting grooves are further formed in two sides of each placing groove and communicated with the placing grooves, a rotating ring with a rough surface is rotatably mounted in each limiting groove, a rubber pad is fixedly connected to the inner wall of each rotating ring, the inner diameter of each rubber pad is smaller than the outer diameter of each stainless steel pipe, a guide opening with a gradually reduced radius is formed in the opening of the front side of each rubber pad, the rubber pads are tightly pressed on the outer surface of the stainless steel pipes, friction wheels are in contact with the upper surfaces of the rotating rings, and mounting plates are arranged on two sides of the friction wheels, the inside of mounting panel has seted up the pivot hole, the inside fixed mounting of friction pulley has the axis of rotation, and the both sides of axis of rotation rotate respectively and install in the pivot hole, one side of axis of rotation runs through the pivot hole and fixed cover is equipped with first belt pulley, the outer fixed surface of mounting panel is connected with driving motor, fixedly connected with drive shaft on driving motor's the output, one side of drive shaft runs through two mounting panels respectively and fixed cover is equipped with the second belt pulley, first belt pulley and second belt pulley pass through belt transmission and connect, the both sides fixed mounting of processing platform has first L shape link, and two one side fixed mounting that first L shape link is close to each other has the closure plate, one side fixed connection of closure plate has a plurality of outside inlet tubes, and outside inlet tube is located the stainless steel pipe directly over, the bottom of outside inlet tube has seted up a plurality of shower mouths, the processing table is characterized in that a spray pipe is fixedly connected in the spray port, a spray head is fixedly installed at the bottom of the spray pipe, a limiting slide hole is formed in the top of the processing table, a slide baffle is slidably installed in the limiting slide hole, the bottom of the slide baffle penetrates through the limiting slide hole and is fixedly connected with a first connecting rod, the bottom of the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with a first connecting plate, springs are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of the first connecting plate, the top of each spring is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the processing table, second connecting plates are fixedly connected to the lower surfaces of the two first connecting plates, limiting plates are fixedly installed on the front side and the rear side of the processing table, a T-shaped limiting slide groove is formed in each limiting plate, a T-shaped limiting slide rod is slidably installed on the inner wall of the T-shaped limiting slide groove, a bottom plate is fixedly connected to the bottoms of the two T-shaped limiting slide rods, and a first baffle and a second baffle are fixedly installed at the top of the bottom plate, the bottom of bottom plate fixedly connected with L shape connecting plate, and the other end fixed connection of L shape connecting plate is in the bottom of second connecting plate.

The portable cleaning device for the stainless steel pipe according to claim 1, wherein a rectangular through hole is formed in the bottom plate, and the aperture length and the aperture width of the rectangular through hole are respectively smaller than the length and the width of the processing table.
3. The portable cleaning device for the stainless steel tube according to claim 1, wherein the first baffle is higher than the second baffle, and the second baffle is located right below the processing table.

The portable cleaning device for the stainless steel pipe according to claim 1, wherein the top of each of the two mounting plates is fixedly connected with a fixing plate, the two adjacent fixing plates are fixedly connected with each other through a third connecting plate, and the side, away from each other, of the two outermost fixing plates is connected with the upper surface of the processing table through a second L-shaped connecting frame.
5. The portable cleaning device for the stainless steel pipe according to claim 1, wherein a protective cover is sleeved on the outer side of the driving motor.
6. The portable cleaning device for the stainless steel pipe according to claim 1, wherein support legs are fixedly mounted on the periphery of the bottom of the processing table, and a cross rod is fixedly connected between every two adjacent support legs.
7. The portable cleaning device for the stainless steel pipe according to claim 1, wherein a third baffle is fixedly connected to the top of the T-shaped limiting slide rod.
