The movement track of the side nozzle 8 is set in the control system in advance according to the television backboards of different specifications, after the television backboards enter the second spraying box 5, the side nozzle 8 can enter each punching hole of the back board profile, the punching holes and the inner wall of the groove are sprayed by rotation of the rotary holder, and the defect that the inner wall of the punching-level groove cannot be sufficiently sprayed in the prior art is effectively overcome.

Claims (8)
1. An automatic spraying process of a television backboard is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:

s3: drying for the first time, wherein the television backboard which is not sprayed enters a first drying box (3) along with a conveying device (1) to be dried;
s4: spraying for the first time, wherein the television backboard which is not sprayed enters a first spraying box (4) along with a conveying device (1) for surface spraying;
s5: the second spraying is carried out, the sprayed material enters a second spraying box (5) along with the conveying device (1) to be punched or sprayed on the side wall of the concave part;
s6: drying for the second time, wherein the television backboard after the second spraying enters a second drying box (6) along with the conveying device (1) to be dried to obtain a finished product;
s7: and (4) blanking, namely unloading the finished product from a rotary clamp (101) of the conveying device (1).

The automatic spraying process of the television back plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first drying box (3) and the second drying box (6) adopt electric heating air blowing drying boxes, the lengths of the first drying box (3) and the second drying box (6) are 3-5m, and the temperatures of the first drying box (3) and the second drying box (6) are controlled within a range of 200 ℃ at 180 DEG during drying.
