The rapid waterfall film generator of claim 1, wherein: the second heat dissipation mechanism (4) comprises a water storage box (401), a heat dissipation pipeline (402), a fixing plate (403) and a second heat dissipation fan (404), the water storage box (401) is symmetrically provided with two sets of heat dissipation pipes, the water storage box (401) is connected with the heat dissipation pipeline (402), the fixing plate (403) is arranged on one side of the heat dissipation pipeline (402), and the second heat dissipation fan (404) is arranged on the fixing plate (403) at equal intervals.
