The pre-expanded double-layer drug perfusion balloon dilatation catheter as claimed in claims 1 and 2, wherein the outer layer 'chocolate' balloon mastoid and the decompression groove part are respectively provided with perfusion micropores, and the pore diameter of the perfusion micropores is 0.05 to 1.2 mm.
6. The pre-expanded double-layer drug-infused balloon dilatation catheter of claim 1 wherein the outer "chocolate" balloon surface port is coated with a drug to treat stenotic lesions.
7. The pre-expanded double-layer drug-infused balloon dilatation catheter of claim 1 wherein the spacing between adjacent infusion holes is 0.05-2.0 mm.
8. The pre-expanded double-layer drug-infused balloon dilation catheter of claim 1, wherein the infusion fluid is selected from the group consisting of diagnostic drugs, therapeutic drugs, arterial blood, and venous blood.
