Background
The wound closure method commonly used in surgical operations at present is as follows: the needle is threaded with a suture needle and the suture is tied off. When in use, the suture line needs to be penetrated into the threading hole of the suture needle, and then the needle holder is used for clamping the suture needle for suturing. When the tissue of the part to be sutured is fragile, the suture can cause secondary tearing of the wound in the pulling process; when the wound is small and deep tissues need to be sutured, the operation range of the existing suture needle and the needle holder is small, and the suture difficulty is high; if the needle holder is not stably held, the suture needle is easy to fall into the body, and great extra risk is brought to the operation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a deep tissue suturing device, which solves the problems of secondary suturing operation caused by pulling of a suture line on a suturing part and falling of the suture line in the deep tissue suturing process, additional operation risks caused by falling of a suture needle in a body and the like.

drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the structure of the present invention in which a threading hole is engaged with a roller;
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of the roller of the present invention.
Detailed Description
First, it should be noted that, the directional terms such as up, down, front, rear, left, right, etc. described in the present invention are only described with reference to the accompanying drawings for understanding, and are not intended to limit the technical solution and the claimed scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the deep tissue suturing device according to the present invention includes a handle 1, a needle body 2, and a needle tip 3, wherein a thread hole 11 penetrating the handle 1 is formed in the handle 1 along a length direction, and a roller 4 is rotatably installed in the handle 1 such that one side of the roller 4 is exposed from the handle 1 and the other side is located in the thread hole 11. The needle body 2 is arranged at the lower end of the handle 1 and corresponds to the threading hole 11, and the needle point 3 is arranged at the lower end of the needle body 2. Wherein the needle body 2 and the needle point 3 are both hollow structures, and the roller 4 can send the suture thread entering the threading hole 11 to the needle point 3 and penetrate out.
When in actual sewing, firstly, the suture thread is folded in half, the folded end enters from the entrance of the threading hole 11, the suture thread is sent to the needle point 3 through the needle body 2 by using the roller 4, then the needle point 3 passes through the part to be sewn, the suture thread is sent out of the needle point 3 by using the roller 4 (the roller rotates anticlockwise during specific operation), then one suture thread at the entrance of the threading hole is pinched, the suture thread exposed from the needle point 3 is grabbed by using the grasper, the needle point 3 is withdrawn, and finally the suture thread is knotted to finish sewing. Through the arrangement, the deep tissue suturing device which is simple in structure, flexible in operation and capable of shortening the suturing time can be formed. The suture is sent to the position to be sutured through the needle point 3 in the suturing process, so that the problem that the suture pulls the suturing position in the suturing process is effectively solved; the suture is grabbed by the grasper in the withdrawing process of the needle tip 3, so that the secondary suture operation caused by the falling of the suture is prevented; the needle point 3 is arranged at the lower end of the needle body 2, so that extra operation risks caused by the fact that the needle point 3 falls into the body are avoided, the use is flexible, the suture operation difficulty can be reduced, and the suture time is shortened.
As an optimized solution, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in order to facilitate the arrangement of the suture thread in the threading hole 11, in the present embodiment, the upper half portion of the threading hole 11 is offset to the right (i.e., the upper half portion of the threading hole 11 is offset to the right with respect to the axis of the handle 1), and the middle portion of the threading hole 11 is provided as a C-shaped structure, the peripheral wall of the other side of the roller 4 is located in the C-shaped structure of the threading hole 11 (i.e., the C-shaped structure of the middle portion of the threading hole 11 is open, and the peripheral wall of the other side of the roller 4 is located at the open position), and the lower half portion of the threading hole 11 is offset to the left (i.e., the lower half portion of the threading hole 11 is offset to the left with respect to the axis of the handle 1). Through setting up above structure, when the stylolite got into its middle part by the first half of through wires hole, the end of a thread of stylolite just in time fell to the left position department directly over 4 arc surfaces of gyro wheel, stir the end of a thread left just in time when 4 anticlockwise rotations of gyro wheel like this, guide the stylolite to through wires hole 11 middle part C shape structure in, when the stylolite moved to its lower half from the middle part of through wires hole 11, because the lower half of through wires hole 11 is offset left, at this moment the stylolite can be in following the situation gets into the lower half of through wires hole 11.
As a further improvement, the axial section shape of the upper end of the upper half part of the threading hole 11 is designed to be an inverted trapezoid (namely, the aperture of the upper end of the upper half part of the threading hole 11 is gradually reduced from top to bottom) for rapidly penetrating the thread end of the suture thread into the threading hole 11. In order to be convenient for further arrange the stylolite in through wires hole 11, let the junction aperture at first gradual grow back of first half and middle part of through wires hole 11 diminish gradually, let the lower half of through wires hole 11 and the junction aperture at middle part diminish gradually after grow gradually earlier, through above setting, first half and the middle part of through wires hole 11, the inner wall of the junction at lower half and middle part just can form smooth curved surface, the stylolite is when getting into these two positions like this, the smooth curved surface of inner wall of through wires hole will play the guide effect to the stylolite, the stylolite of being convenient for more arranges, avoid the card line problem.
As an optimized scheme, as shown in fig. 3, the thickness of the roller 4 in the embodiment is greater than the aperture of the threading hole 11, the middle part of the outer peripheral wall of the roller 4 is provided with an annular protrusion 41, the width of the annular protrusion 41 is adapted to the aperture of the threading hole 11, the annular protrusion 41 is located in the threading hole 11, and the outer peripheral wall of the annular protrusion 41 is provided with corrugated notches along the circumferential direction, so that the friction force applied to the suture by the roller 4 is increased, and the suture is convenient to drive.
As an optimized scheme, as shown in fig. 1, the needle tip 3 of the present embodiment is connected with the needle body 2 through the adaptor 5, the adaptor 5 is a cylindrical structure, the adaptor 5 is fixed at the lower end of the needle body 2 in a threaded connection manner, one end (i.e., a non-puncturing end) of the needle tip 3 is fixed on the adaptor 5 in a threaded connection manner, and the needle tips with different lengths and different types can be replaced according to actual needs through the adaptor 5.
It should be noted that the needle tip 3 in the present invention is a hook-shaped structure, and the other end (i.e. the puncturing end) of the needle tip 3 is provided with a bevel incision 31, which is beneficial to puncturing the tissue to be sutured and reducing the damage to the tissue. The upper end of the handle 1 is provided with the dustproof plug 6 matched with the threading hole 11, the dustproof plug 6 is taken down when the dustproof plug is used, and the dustproof plug 6 is installed back to play a dustproof role after the dustproof plug is used. The grip 1 may be provided with the non-slip protrusions 12 on the outer circumferential wall thereof or the outer surface of the grip 1 may be roughened for easy gripping.
The above embodiments are merely descriptions of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the invention as claimed, and various modifications made by those skilled in the art according to the technical solutions of the present invention should fall within the scope of the invention defined by the claims without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
