Abstract

In the case of an arthroscopic reconstructive posterior cruciate ligament operation, the ligament is generally pulled from the tibial tunnel to the femoral tunnel by a pull wire, so that the pull wire needs to pass through the entire tunnel before the ligament enters the bone tunnel.
It is common practice to drive a suture from the femoral tunnel and the tibial tunnel to the middle of the femoral and tibial joints, out of the body through a passage near the femoral and tibial joints, tie a knot in the body, and then pull one of the sutures to pass the other suture through the tunnel. For example, if the suture is pulled within the tibial tunnel, the suture is pulled within the femoral tunnel into the tibial tunnel.
However, in the above operation process, a doctor needs to apply a certain force to reposition the soft tissue, and at present, the doctor mainly relies on his own technique, when the traction force is small, the soft tissue cannot be repositioned, and when the traction force is too large, the soft tissue is injured, and the traditional thread passing device has a single function. Preferably, the bottom surface of the tail end of the guide handle is provided with a limiting groove, the position of the bottom surface of the head end of the guide handle, which is opposite to the limiting groove, is provided with a positioning hole, the screw penetrates through the positioning hole to contact with the inner wall of the limiting groove, and the screw is in threaded connection with the positioning hole.
Preferably, a wire pushing groove is formed in the position, close to the head end, of the top surface of the guide handle, and the bottom surface of the wire pushing groove is communicated with the wire passing channel through two through holes.

Preferably, the head end of the handle is of a conical structure, the tail end of the handle is of a cylindrical structure, and a plurality of grooves are formed in the cylindrical structure at equal intervals.
