1. A portable oral care instrument, comprising a brush body and a pump body;
a water spraying pipeline and a water sucking pipeline are arranged in the brush body, and a switch for controlling the on-off of the water sucking pipeline is arranged on the brush body;
the pump body is internally provided with a high-pressure cavity and a negative-pressure cavity which are not communicated with each other, the water spraying pipeline is communicated with the high-pressure cavity through a pipe fitting, the water suction pipeline is communicated with the negative-pressure cavity through a pipe fitting, and the negative-pressure cavity is provided with a pressure valve for enabling outside air to flow in.

The portable oral care device of claim 1, wherein the brush body comprises a brush head and a brush handle, the water spraying pipeline and the water absorbing pipeline are both located in the brush handle, the brush head comprises a brush bristle surface, a tongue cleaning surface opposite to the brush bristle surface, and a lateral edge surface located between the brush bristle surface and the tongue cleaning surface, the brush bristle surface is uniformly provided with a plurality of first water spraying holes communicated with the water spraying pipeline of the brush handle, the tongue cleaning surface is provided with a plurality of second water spraying holes communicated with the water spraying pipeline, the aperture of the second water spraying holes is smaller than that of the first water spraying holes, and the lateral edge surface is provided with water absorbing holes communicated with the water absorbing pipeline.

The portable oral care instrument as claimed in claim 2, wherein the brush head is detachably connected to the brush handle, a slot is formed at one end of the brush head close to the brush handle, a locking protrusion is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the slot, a protrusion corresponding to the slot is formed on the brush handle, an L-shaped fixing slot is formed on an outer wall of the protrusion, and a sealing ring is sleeved on an outer side of the protrusion.

The portable oral care instrument of claim 1, wherein the pump body includes a housing, a motor, a first gear set and a second gear set, the motor is fixedly connected to the outside of the housing, a first working chamber and a second working chamber are provided inside the housing, the first gear set is connected to a power output shaft of the motor and is located in the first working chamber, the second gear set is connected to the first gear set and is located in the second working chamber, two sides of the first gear set in the first working chamber are respectively a first high pressure side and a first low pressure side, the negative pressure chamber is communicated with a first low pressure side of the first working chamber, two sides of the second gear set in the second working chamber are respectively a second high pressure side and a second low pressure side, and the high pressure chamber is communicated with a second high pressure side of the second working chamber.

The portable oral care instrument according to claim 5 wherein the high pressure chamber comprises a large diameter end and a small diameter end, the high pressure chamber having a cross-sectional area that decreases linearly from the large diameter end to the small diameter end, the large diameter end being connected to the second high pressure side, and the small diameter end being connected to the water spray line by a tube.

The portable oral care instrument of claim 5, wherein the pump body further comprises a transmission assembly, the housing further defines a transmission cavity between the first working cavity and the second working cavity, the transmission assembly is connected to the transmission cavity, and the second gear set is connected to the first gear assembly through the transmission assembly.

The portable oral care instrument of claim 1, wherein the tube includes a flexible tube, a first connection portion fixedly connected to an end of the flexible tube, and a second connection portion fixedly connected to the brush body or the pump body, the first connection portion and the second connection portion being threadably coupled via threads.

The portable oral care instrument of claim 1, further comprising a clean water cartridge and a dirty water cartridge removably connected to the pump body, the clean water cartridge communicating with the high pressure chamber through the pump body and the dirty water cartridge communicating with the negative pressure chamber through the pump body.
10. The portable oral care instrument of claim 9, further comprising a controller and a display screen electrically connected thereto, wherein a first sensor is disposed in the clean water tank, a second sensor is disposed in the dirty water tank, the first and second sensors are electrically connected to the controller, respectively, and the controller is further electrically connected to a power source of the pump body.
