If a single vehicle stops driving without warning, or the vehicle runs in the reverse direction, or the vehicle runs at too low speed, traffic accidents may occur.
Old or incorrect traffic information may be troublesome for various reasons, and therefore alternative traffic routes that may be less convenient are selected, wasting fuel creates environmental issues, causing drivers to be late and causing congestion on the road.
Therefore, if the real-time road condition information can be provided for the driver or the driving control center or the media, the driver or the driving control center or the media can be informed of the sudden traffic condition, and the driver can be guided to avoid the congested road section, so that the driver can be assisted to effectively drive to the destination, and meanwhile, the energy is saved and the environmental pollution is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an intelligent real-time road condition analysis and report system, which comprises a positioning information receiving module, a positioning information transmitting module and a positioning information receiving module, wherein the positioning information receiving module is used for receiving positioning information transmitted by a positioning information transceiver in a driving vehicle; a positioning big data center for continuously storing the positioning information of the driving vehicles; a road condition intelligent calculation module for capturing the positioning information of the positioning big data center and carrying out artificial intelligent processing, thereby generating real-time road condition information of the road driven by the driving vehicles, including traffic events such as congestion, accidents, non-early-warning stop, reverse driving and lower than legal driving speed; and a network information generating module for converting the real-time traffic information into a format capable of being transmitted over a network or a satellite and reporting it to a user, which may be a traffic information broadcasting device, a driving control center, an autonomous vehicle or a medium.
In the present invention, the positioning information transceiver of the driving vehicle receives the positioning information transmitted by the positioning system, which is a satellite positioning system or a base station positioning system. In the invention, the road condition information broadcasting device is a driving recorder, a vehicle-mounted navigation device or a mobile device such as a mobile phone.
In the invention, the road condition information broadcasting device comprises a real-time road condition information program which is used for broadcasting real-time road condition information in a text or voice mode; and an intelligent voice response unit for receiving the voice question and driving the real-time road condition information program to voice broadcast the road condition in front of the driving vehicle.
In the invention, the road condition intelligent calculation module comprises an automatic tracing unit used for calculating the driving directions of the driving vehicles; and an artificial intelligence calculation unit for continuously performing artificial intelligence calculation on the positioning data of the driving vehicles to generate the real-time road condition information.
In addition, the artificial intelligence calculating unit can continuously perform artificial intelligence calculation on the positioning information of the driving vehicles to generate whether the following situations occur on the road where the driving vehicles travel: the system comprises a traffic jam event, a traffic accident event, a stop without early warning, reverse driving and too low driving speed, and the driving direction of a driving vehicle is calculated to be east-west direction or south-north direction according to an automatic tracing unit.

The following detailed description of the exemplary embodiments is made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings: referring to fig. 1 to 2, the intelligent real-time traffic analysis and notification system of the present invention is mainly applied to traffic notification and event warning on a driving route. When a vehicle 11X (generally referring to fig. 2, the vehicle 111, the motorcycle 112, and the autonomous vehicle 113) travels on the expressway 700, a positioning information transceiver (not shown) in the vehicle transmits positioning information to an intelligent real-time traffic analysis reporting system 200 for processing, and receives positioning information of the vehicle 11X from a satellite 15 or a base station 14.
In the present invention, the positioning information transceiver can be implemented by a car navigation device (e.g. papago navigation device or garmin navigation device), a handheld device application (e.g. google navigation system, hundredth navigation system), or a vehicle speed detection Application (APP). The positioning information is received by a positioning information receiving module 201 and transmitted to a positioning big data center 202 for storage.

In this embodiment, the real-time traffic information includes: traffic congestion events 204A, traffic accident events 204B, and other traffic events 204C (e.g., no-warning stop, reverse drive, below legal drive speed). The traffic congestion event 204A, the traffic accident event 204B, and the other traffic events 204C are determined by the artificial intelligence calculation unit 404 according to the positioning time and the position of all the driving vehicles 11X.
The intelligent real-time traffic status analyzing and reporting system further comprises a network information generating module 205, which converts the real-time traffic status information into a transmission format required by the network or satellite 210, and reports the converted real-time traffic status information to a user through the network or satellite 210, wherein the user can be a vehicle control center 301, a medium 302, a vehicle communication device 3031 of an automatic driving vehicle 303, and a traffic status information broadcasting device 300. Therefore, the real-time road condition information on the relevant roads can be rapidly known, and the purposes of improving the driving safety, saving the driving time and saving the energy consumption are achieved. In this embodiment, the traffic information broadcasting device 300 may be a mobile device, such as a mobile phone, a dash recorder (dash recorder), or an on-board navigation device (not shown).

a road condition intelligent calculation module for capturing the positioning information of the positioning big data center and carrying out artificial intelligent processing, thereby generating the real-time road condition information of the road driven by the driving vehicles; and
a network information generation module for converting the real-time traffic information into the transmission format required by the network or satellite and reporting it to a user through a network or satellite.
