The drying device 100 includes a box 10, a carrier 20, a fan 30, a heat generating component 40, and a power supply component 50, wherein the heat generating component 40, the fan 30, and the power supply component 50 are fixedly disposed in the box 10, the power supply component 50 is configured to provide power for the heat generating component 40 and the fan 30, and the fan 30 is configured to direct heat generated by the heat generating component 40 to an article located in the carrier 20, so as to dry the article.
The case 10 is hollow inside. The case 10 includes a top cover 12, a side wall 14, a first fixing portion 15 and a second fixing portion 16, so that the side wall 14 surrounds the periphery of the top cover 12 to form an accommodating space 18, the first fixing portion 15 and the second fixing portion 16 are both fixedly disposed on the case 10 and located in the accommodating space 18, the first fixing portion 15 is used for fixing the fan 30, and the second fixing portion 16 is used for fixing the heat generating component 40. The case 10 is used for accommodating and fixing the fan 30 and the heat generating member 40, and can prevent the fan 30 and the heat generating member 40 from being damaged by external force; in addition, the heat-generating member 40 has a heat-insulating effect, so that the heat generated by the heat-generating member 40 can be dissipated in a specific direction, for example, toward a wet object.
The first fixing portion 15 is located between the top cover 12 and the second fixing portion 16, the top cover 12, the first fixing portion 15 and the second fixing portion 16 are disposed at intervals, the heat generating member 40 is disposed on one side of the fan 30 along a first direction L1, and the first direction L1 is a wind path direction of the fan 30, so that the fan 30 blows heat generated by the heat generating member 40 to a wet object quickly.
It is understood that the first fixing portion 15 and the second fixing portion 16 may be fixed to the top cover 12 or the side wall 14, provided that the heat generating member 40 is located in the wind path direction of the fan 30.
Further, the top cover 12 defines a first opening 122, the first fixing portion 15 defines a second opening 152, and the second fixing portion 16 defines a third opening 162. The first opening 122, the second opening 152 and the third opening 162 are used for ensuring air circulation in the box body 10, which is beneficial to timely transferring heat emitted by the heat generating member 40 to the surface of a wet object and also beneficial to enabling the heated and volatilized moisture of the object to enter the air, thereby being beneficial to quickly discharging the wet air out of the box body 10.
It is understood that the positions and sizes of the first opening 122, the second opening 152 and the third opening 162 may be set arbitrarily, provided that certain heat preservation performance and air circulation performance are satisfied. In the present embodiment, the first opening 122, the second opening 152 and the third opening 162 are disposed correspondingly, that is, the projections of the first opening 122, the second opening 152 and the third opening 162 in the first direction L1 at least partially overlap with each other, so as to improve the air flow performance.
The drying device 100 further comprises a power supply bin 52, wherein the power supply bin 52 is detachably fixed on the box body 10, and the power supply bin 52 is used for accommodating and fixing the power supply assembly 50.
The power supply unit 50 may be a detachable or integrated battery, or may be a rechargeable power supply.
The number of the power supply components 50 may be one or more, the number of the power supply bins 52 may be one or more, the power supply components 50 are electrically connected to the fan 30 and the heat generating component 40 through wires (not shown), respectively, the fan 30 and the heat generating component 40 may share one power supply component 50, or may be connected to one power supply component 50, respectively. The power supply module 50 is further connected to a power switch 54, and the power switch 54 functions to turn on or off the output current of the power supply module 50, thereby controlling the operating states of the fan 30 and the heat generating component 40.
In the present embodiment, the number of the power supply assemblies 50 and the number of the power supply bins 52 are two, each power supply assembly 50 is accommodated in each power supply bin 52, the fan 30 and the heating element 40 are respectively connected to one power supply assembly 50, and each power supply assembly 50 is connected to one power switch 54.
The heating element 40 is a coil which can generate heat after being electrified, and the coil can be made of nickel-chromium alloy.
The drying device 100 further includes a supporting member 42, the supporting member 42 is fixed to the second fixing portion 16 and connected to the heat generating member 40, and the supporting member 42 is used for supporting the heat generating member 40 and preventing the heat generating member 40 from being deformed due to the influence of gravity.
The bearing member 20 is located on one side of the box body 10 away from the top cover 12, and the bearing member 20 is detachably connected to the box body 10, so that the drying device 100 is convenient to carry, and is suitable for various occasions, for example, when the drying device 100 is not used, the bearing member 20 is detached, and the volume of the drying device 100 is reduced.
The carrier 20 is provided with a through hole 22 penetrating through the carrier 20, and the through hole 22 is communicated with the accommodating space 18 so that heat can pass through the through hole 22.
The drying device 100 further comprises a fixing member 25, the fixing member 25 is located on the side far away from the top cover 12, and the fixing member 25 is used for fixing the carrier 20. The carrier 20 is further provided with an opening 24, the opening 24 extending through the carrier 20. The fixing member 25 detachably fixes the carrier 20 to the box 10 through the opening 24.
The bearing member 20 has a certain toughness, and the bearing member 20 is composed of a rigid material and an elastic material, wherein the elastic material is coated on the surface of the rigid material. In this embodiment, the rigid material is a steel sheet, and the elastic material is silicone.
The carrier 20 has a first state and a second state, and the carrier 20 can be switched between the first state and the second state under the action of external force and self toughness.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in particular, the supporting member 20 includes a first end 26 and a second end 27 connected to each other. In the first state, the carrier 20 is substantially in the shape of a sheet with an arc, the first end 26 and the second end 27 of the carrier 20 extend in opposite directions along a second direction L2 with the box body 10 as a through hole 22 as a center, and the second direction L2 is perpendicular to the first direction L1. The carrier 20 is bent toward the box 10 along the second direction L2, so that the carrier 20 can change its state by its own flexibility when being subjected to an external force.
Referring to fig. 1 again, in the second state, the first end 26 and the second end 27 of the supporting member 20 are respectively bent from the center of the supporting member 20 toward a direction away from the box 10, the box 10 can be supported by the bent supporting member 20, and the drying device 100 is placed on a supporting surface (such as a floor, a table, etc., not shown) through the bent supporting member 20; meanwhile, the bent bearing member 20 forms a supporting space 28, the article to be dried is placed in the supporting space 28, and the article is dried by the heat generated by the heat generating member 40 blown by the fan 30; further, the supporting space 28 formed by the bent bearing member 20 is an open structure, the supporting space 28 is not only communicated with the accommodating space 18 through the through hole 22, but also communicated with the outside along a third direction (not shown) perpendicular to the second direction L2 and the first direction L1, and the open supporting space 28 enables air to flow more smoothly, discharges moist air in time, improves drying efficiency, and is more sanitary.
It will be appreciated that in the second state, the first end 26 and the second end 27 may be in contact with each other or may be spaced apart.
According to the drying device 100 provided by the application, the fan 30 and the heating element 40 are arranged, so that heat can be blown to wet articles in time, and the drying efficiency is improved; in addition, the heat is dissipated in time, so that potential safety hazards caused by over-concentration of local heat are prevented, and the safety of the drying device 100 is improved; further, the carrier 20 may be provided as needed for convenience of use or the volume of the drying apparatus 100 may be reduced for portability; the open supporting space 28 can accelerate the air circulation to improve the drying efficiency and is more sanitary.

Claims (10)

1. A drying apparatus for drying articles, comprising:
a box body having an accommodating space;
the fan is positioned in the accommodating space and fixed on the box body;
the heating piece is positioned in the accommodating space and fixed on the box body, and the heating piece is arranged on one side of the fan along a first direction;
the power supply assembly is electrically connected with the fan and the heating assembly and provides electric energy for the fan and the heating assembly; and
the bearing piece is positioned on one side of the heating piece away from the fan along the first direction, and the bearing piece is detachably arranged on the box body;
wherein the bearing piece has a first state and a second state; when the bearing piece is in the first state, the bearing piece extends towards two ends along a second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; and in the second state, the two ends of the bearing part are bent towards the direction far away from the box body from the center of the bearing part respectively, the bent bearing part forms a supporting space, and the articles are arranged in the supporting space to be dried.
2. The drying apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carrier has a through hole communicating with the accommodating space.
3. The drying apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a fixing member fixed to the cabinet; the bearing part further comprises an opening, and the fixing part penetrates through the opening to detachably fix the bearing part.
4. The drying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the carrier is curved in the second direction toward the cabinet when the carrier is in the first state.
