Abstract
The present invention relates to a cam wire one-touch type locking device for a seal box, which fixes or releases a cover sleeve to or from a frame of the seal box by the operation of a cam wire in a one-touch type. It includes: a push rod arranged in the main body outside the cover sleeve and used for transferring up and down; a rod spring for elastically supporting the push rod upward; a locking buckle which is pushed by the push rod moving downwards to rotate and protrudes to the two sides of the main body so as to be hung and buckled on the connecting piece of the frame; and a cam wire that is fixed or released while being transferred along a transfer groove formed on one surface of the push rod according to the vertical transfer of the push rod.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cam wire one-touch type locking device for a seal box, which fixes or releases a cover sleeve to or from a frame of the seal box by the operation of a cam wire in a one-touch type.
Background
In general, films (optical films) having various functions, such as a polarizing film, a diffusion film, a light-reflecting film, and a prism film, are used for a display panel.
The film for a display panel is manufactured by a manufacturing process such as drawing, extrusion, surface lamination, cutting, etc. instead of a glass material, in order to prevent the film from being damaged by external impact and to reduce the weight, and is manufactured by a manufacturing process such as drawing, extrusion, surface lamination, cutting, etc. in order to provide the function.

However, since the conventional lock device has a saw-toothed structure in which the cam is locked or unlocked while rotating along a plurality of inclined surfaces, there is a problem that the operation is not performed properly due to abrasion of the inclined surfaces and the cam.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a highly durable lock device having a simple structure for facilitating the switching between the locked state and the unlocked state.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cam-wire one-touch type locking device for a seal box, which has a simple structure for locking and unlocking a locked state.

In order to achieve the above object, a cam wire one-touch type locking device for a seal box according to the present invention, that is, a cam wire one-touch type locking device for a seal box which fixes or releases a cover sleeve to or from a frame of a seal box, includes: a push rod arranged in the main body outside the cover sleeve and used for transferring up and down; a rod spring for elastically supporting the push rod upward; a locking buckle which is pushed by the push rod moving downwards to rotate and protrudes to the two sides of the main body so as to be hung and buckled on the connecting piece of the frame; and a cam wire that is fixed or released while being transferred along a transfer groove formed on one surface of the push rod according to the vertical transfer of the push rod.
In the cam wire one-touch type locking device for a seal cartridge according to the present invention, the cam wire is bent at a right angle at an upper end portion and a lower end portion thereof, the lower end portion is inserted into the body so as to be rotatable, and the upper end portion is inserted into a transfer groove formed in one surface of the push rod.
Further, the cam-wire one-touch type locking device for a seal cartridge according to the present invention, in which a transfer groove is formed on one surface of the push rod, includes: the first path is formed vertically to the lower end of the push rod, and the cam wire is hung and buckled on the first path in a state that the push rod is lifted; a hanging table disposed at an upper portion of the first path; a second path formed at one side of the hanging table for guiding the cam wire toward an upper portion of the hanging table when the push rod descends; and a third path along which the cam wire is moved so as to be hung on the hanging table, and when the push rod is lowered again and then ascends, the cam wire is guided from the hanging table to the first path by the third path.
In addition, the cam wire one-touch type locking device for a sealing case of the present invention further includes a rotation spring for rotating the locking buckle toward the inside of the body, thereby preventing the locking buckle from protruding.
In addition, the cam wire one-touch type locking device for the seal box, disclosed by the invention, further comprises guide rollers, wherein the guide rollers protrude towards two sides and enable the guide rollers to approach the locking buckles to rotate according to the action of the push rods.

As described above, according to the cam wire one-touch type locking device for a seal cartridge of the present invention, the cam wire is locked and unlocked while being transferred along the transfer groove formed on one surface of the push rod that is transferred up and down, with a simple structure.

As shown in fig. 1, according to the cam wire one touch type locking device 103 for a sealing case of the present invention, for fixing or releasing the cover 101 to or from the frame of the sealing case 100 composed of the frame 102 and the cover 101, the cam wire one touch type locking device 103 for a sealing case performs a locking operation by being hooked on the connecting member 104 provided on the frame 102 by the locking buckles 4 provided on the outer side of the cover 101 and protruding to both sides of the body 1.
The locking and unlocking operations of the cam wire one-touch type locking device 103 for a capsule according to the present invention are performed in such a manner that the locking buttons 4 are protruded to both sides of the body 1 or inserted into the body 1 by the vertical movement of the push rod 2 as shown in fig. 2.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the cam wire one-touch type locking device for a seal box of the present invention comprises: a push rod 2 disposed inside the main body 1 for moving up and down; a rod spring 3 for elastically supporting the push rod upward 2; a locking buckle 4 which is pushed by the push rod 2 moving downwards to rotate and protrudes to both sides of the main body 1 so as to be hung on the connecting piece of the frame; and a cam wire 5 that is fixed or released while being transferred along a transfer groove 10 formed on one surface of the push rod 2 according to the vertical transfer of the push rod 2.
In addition, a rotation spring 6 may be further included to rotate the locker 4 toward the inside of the body 1 when the push rod 2 is raised, thereby preventing the locker 4 from protruding.
Further, it is preferable that the push rod 2 is provided with guide rollers 7 protruding and rotating toward both sides, and when the push rod 2 is moved up and down, the guide rollers 7 rotate close to the locking buckle 4, thereby preventing a problem of poor operation due to friction between the locking buckle 4 and the push rod 2.
The cam wire 5 has an upper end portion and a lower end portion bent at a right angle, the lower end portion inserted into the main body 1 so as to be rotatable, and the upper end portion inserted into a transfer groove 10 formed in one surface of the push rod 2.
As shown in fig. 6, the transfer groove 10 formed on one surface of the push rod 2 includes: a first path 11 formed vertically with the lower end of the push rod, in which the cam wire 5 is hooked in a state where the push rod 2 is raised; a hanging table 14 provided above the first path 11; a second path 12 formed at one side of the hanging table 14 for guiding the cam wire 5 toward an upper portion of the hanging table 14 when the push rod 2 descends; and a third path 13 which guides the cam wire 5 from the mount 14 to the first path 11 when the push rod 2 is lowered again and then raised, the cam wire 5 being moved along the second path 12 and being mounted on the mount 14.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 6, in a state where the push rod 2 is lifted and then unlocked, when the push rod 2 is pressed and transferred downward as shown in fig. 7, the cam wire 5 is transferred from the first path 11 along the second path 12, and at this time, the push rod 2 pushes the locker 4 to protrude toward both sides of the body 1.
Thereafter, when the pressing of the push rod 2 is released, the push rod 2 is lifted upward by the upward elastic support of the rod spring, so that the cam wire 5 is caught on the catch table 14 as shown in fig. 8, thereby completing the locking action.
Further, the unlocking operation of the cam wire one-touch type locking device for a seal cartridge according to the present invention is performed by releasing the pressing force after the push rod 2 is pressed again.
More specifically, when the push rod 2 is pressed again, as shown in fig. 9, the cam wire 5 rotates to the other side along an inclined surface formed at an upper portion of the third path 13.
When the pressing of the plunger 2 is released, the plunger 2 is lifted up by the lever spring, so that the cam wire 5 is transferred to the first path 11 along the third path 13, thereby completing the unlocking operation.

Various modifications will be apparent to those skilled in the art from the foregoing without departing from the scope of the invention. The scope of the invention is therefore intended to be construed in accordance with the appended claims so as to include within their scope such modifications.
Claims (5)
1. A cam wire one-touch type locking device for a seal box, which is used for fixing a cover sleeve on a frame of the seal box or releasing the fixation of the cover sleeve, and is characterized by comprising:
a push rod arranged in the main body outside the cover sleeve and used for transferring up and down;
a rod spring for elastically supporting the push rod upward;
a locking buckle which is pushed by the push rod moving downwards to rotate and protrudes to the two sides of the main body so as to be hung and buckled on the connecting piece of the frame;
and a cam wire that is fixed or released while being transferred along a transfer groove formed on one surface of the push rod according to the vertical transfer of the push rod.
2. The cam-wire one-touch locking device for a seal box according to claim 1,
the cam wire has upper and lower ends bent at a right angle, the lower end inserted into the body so as to be rotatable, and the upper end inserted into a transfer groove formed on one surface of the push rod.
3. The cam-wire one-touch locking device for a seal box according to claim 1, wherein a transfer groove is formed on one surface of the push rod, and the transfer groove includes:
the first path is formed vertically to the lower end of the push rod, and the cam wire is hung and buckled on the first path in a state that the push rod is lifted;
a hanging table disposed at an upper portion of the first path;
a second path formed at one side of the hanging table for guiding the cam wire toward an upper portion of the hanging table when the push rod descends;
and a third path along which the cam wire is moved so as to be hung on the hanging table, and when the push rod is lowered again and then ascends, the cam wire is guided from the hanging table to the first path by the third path.
4. The cam-wire one-touch locking device for a seal box according to claim 1,
the locking buckle further includes a rotation spring to rotate the locking buckle toward the inside of the body when the push rod is raised, thereby preventing the locking buckle from protruding.
5. The cam-wire one-touch locking device for a seal box according to claim 1,
the push rod further comprises guide rollers which protrude towards two sides and enable the guide rollers to rotate close to the locking buckles according to the action of the push rod.
