Abstract
To greatly improve the solubility of a high-bulk-density granular detergent compsn. in cold water by compounding a specific &alpha -sulfo fatty acid ester and a specific fatty acid salt in a specified wt. ratio. This detergent compsn. contains a 12-18 &alpha -sulfo fatty acid ester salt (A) and a fatty acid ester (B) contg. lower than 35wt.% 14C, 16C, and 18C satd. fatty acid esters in an amt. of ingredient A of 5wt.% or higher, in an amt. of the sum of ingredients A and B of lower than 50wt.%, pref. 7-45wt.%, and in a wt. ratio of ingredient A to ingredient B of from 0.3 to lower than 3.0, pref. 0.37-2.7. The method for producing the compsn. is not specifically limited. For instance, both ingredients are slurried, spray-dried to give a dry power in the form of hollow beads having a bulk density of 0.2-0.5g/ml, and granulated by using, e.g. an agitating tumbling granulator, a high-speed agitating granulator, or a horizontal mixer to give the compsn. having a bulk density of 0.6-1.2g/ml.
Description
The present invention relates to a kind of detergent composition having high bulk density that contains alpha-sulfo fatty acid ester salt and soap, the present invention also is particularly related to a kind of alpha-sulfo fatty acid ester salt of designated ratio and detergent composition having high bulk density of soap high-dissolvability in water at low temperature of containing.
So-called tight type washing composition is to make by the density that increases detergent particles, is mainly used in washing clothes.On the other hand, also developed various laundry detergent anion surfactants, and be included in the commercially available washing composition.Alpha-sulfo fatty acid ester salt just is considered to a kind of such anion surfactant.Although alpha-sulfo fatty acid ester salt is the anion surfactant of high washability, their shortcoming is in being incorporated into the washing composition of high bulk density the time, and the solubleness of washing composition can reduce.For improving the solubleness of Gao Songmi washing composition, a technology of having reported is to mix a kind of water-soluble inorganic salt and a kind of polycarboxylate, polyoxyethylene glycol or other analogue as solubilizing agent in washing composition.But better is that tensio-active agent itself can improve solubleness under same washability.
The objective of the invention is to improve the solubleness of the high bulk density granulated detergent that contains alpha-sulfo fatty acid ester salt.
Detergent composition having high bulk density of the present invention is characterised in that and contains following component (A) and (B) and satisfy following condition (1) to (3):
(1) content of component (A) is at least 5% (weight);
(2) component (A) and total amount (B) are less than 50% (weight);
(3) component (A) and weight ratio (B) ((A)/(B)) are at least 0.3/1 and be lower than 30/1;
Component (A): the alpha-sulfo fatty acid ester salt that comprises the fatty acid part of 12 to 18 carbon atoms; With
Component (B): soap, wherein the amount of the saturated fatty acid residues of 14,16 and 18 carbon atoms is lower than 35% of total fatty acids residue weight.
The used preferred alpha-sulfo fatty acid ester salt of the present invention is represented with following general formula (I):

Prepare table 5,6,7 and 8 listed detergent composition with following preparation method A or B, measure solubleness and foam slag simultaneously and generate: preparation method A:
Making solid content with detergent component (not comprising nonionogenic tenside, a part of zeolite, enzyme and flavouring agent) is 60% detergent slurries.Water with slurry dilution to appropriate viscosity.Under 200 to 300 ℃ warm air slurry dried being become water-content with reverse-flow spray-drying tower is 5%, obtains the spraying drying product.
The desciccate that obtains is like this sent into (Ltd makes for KRC kneader #2, Kurimoto) in the kneader with nonionogenic tenside and water, obtains a closely uniform mixture.
Go out interruption-forming and obtain diameter 5mm and the cylindricality particle of length 10mm through kneader.
100 parts of (weight) above-mentioned particles and 200 parts of air that are chilled to 15 ° are sent into masher (Speed Mill ND-10; Okada Seiko.Co., Ltd. makes) in.In this step, be with the zeolite (water content: 10%) join in 100 parts of (weight) particles of 4 parts (weight) average basic particle diameter 1 μ m as grinding aid.
Have 4 to be fixed on a long cutting knife of the 15cm on the cross section in the masher, with the speed rotation of 3000r.p.m, screen cloth has mesoporous metal to constitute by 360 °.
Three mashers are continuous in proper order.The aperture of three screen clothes is respectively 3.5mm (first), 2mm (second) and 1.5mm (the 3rd).
Separate in the screen cloth that particle passes three mashers and the freezing air,, obtain loose density and be 0.6 to 1.2g/ml detergent composition to wherein adding enzyme and flavouring agent.Preparation method B:
(do not comprise nonionogenic tenside with detergent component, part zeolite, enzyme and flavouring agent) make the detergent slurries of solid content 60%, slurries are diluted to appropriate viscosity with tap water, under the warm air of 200 to 300 ℃ of temperature, washing composition is dried to water content 5% with reverse-flow spray-drying tower, obtains the spraying drying product.
The product that obtains like this is sent to-high-speed mixer (the mixing drum formula tablets press that a kind of Fukae Kogyo K.K makes) in, to wherein adding zeolite in small, broken bits, in the mixture that obtains, stir then and add nonionogenic tenside, form particle.The particle that obtains is removed coarse grain through the screen cloth of a 1mm eyelet, for guaranteeing mobile and preventing to solidify, enzyme and a small amount of zeolite powder is sneaked in the particle with the powder mixes method, obtains the high bulk density washing composition.
The measurement result that the solubleness of every kind of high bulk density washing composition and foam slag generate is shown in table 5,6,7 and 8.Table 5 and 6, table 7 and table 8 combine to illustrate and form and relevant data.
