Detailed Description
It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can propose various alternative structures and implementation ways without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as all of the present invention or as limitations or limitations on the technical aspects of the present invention.
The terms of orientation of up, down, left, right, front, back, top, bottom, and the like referred to or may be referred to in this specification are defined relative to the configuration shown in the drawings, and are relative terms, and thus may be changed correspondingly according to the position and the use state of the device. Therefore, these and other directional terms should not be construed as limiting terms. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used for descriptive and descriptive purposes only and not for purposes of indication or implication as to the relative importance of the respective components.
With reference to fig. 4 to 5 and 7, a schematic assembly of a wiper attachment 1 according to the invention with a metallic adapter 2 and a schematic assembly of a wiper attachment 1 according to the invention with a wiper arm 3 are shown, respectively.
a cut-out 15, said cut-out 15 being for clamping a shaft in the middle of said adapter 2;
a fault-proof mechanism configured to prevent the wiper attachment 1 from being mounted at the adapter 2 in the wrong orientation;
support ribs configured to be supported at and in face contact with an inner side of the wiper arm 3 when the wiper attachment 1 is connected with the wiper arm 3.
It should be noted that the meaning or application range of "wiper"/"windshield wiper" is a general term in the art, and should not be limited to only wiping/brushing rain and water, but can also be broadly understood to be removing, such as scraping, brushing, wiping water, moisture, condensation, snow, hail, dust, marks and the like, which may be attached to a surface to be cleaned, such as a windshield of a vehicle, for example, for improving visibility of a driver and improving driving safety. Furthermore, the wiper arm or wiper arm lever can be driven by a motor (e.g., an electric motor) to move the wiper strip of the wiper blade to perform the actual cleaning operation; the adapter can be used for mounting to a wiper attachment, which serves to fix the wiper strip and to connect the wiper attachment, which is an intermediate connection of the wiper arm and the adapter. The wiper attachment is used in a wiper since this makes it possible to achieve a smooth rotation and noiseless operation of the wiper arm and the adapter. Furthermore, the rotation of the wiper attachment 1 relative to the adapter 2 allows the wiper blade to adapt to surface curvatures of the glass, etc. In addition, the direction of the assembly path of the wiper attachment 1 and the wiper arm 3 is defined as a front-rear direction (i.e., a longitudinal direction of the wiper attachment 1), the directions of the top and bottom sides of the wiper attachment 1 are vertical directions, and the remaining two directions are horizontal directions.
As shown, the cut-out 15 is configured as a combination of a through-hole and a recess for the shaft 22 in the middle of the adapter 2 to pass through, and the through-hole is ultimately responsible for accommodating the shaft 22. The adapter 2 is formed by a base 23 and an adapter part arranged on the base 23, which adapter part, in addition to the aforementioned shaft 22, has a pair of side walls 21 sandwiching the shaft 22, which side walls 21 have a plurality of openings and recesses as can be seen in the figure, and the shaft 22 penetrates through the openings of the pair of side walls 21. The side walls 21 are located on both sides of the body of the wiper accessory 1 and are surrounded by the engagement limiting portions 18 when the wiper accessory 1 is mounted to the adapter 2. Since the adapter 2 is not the focus of the present invention, it will not be described in more detail.
With regard to the body, a main part of the wiper attachment 1 can be understood, in particular the remaining part, apart from the engagement-limiting part 18 (and the part connected to the engagement-limiting part 18), whereby the wiper attachment 1 and the adapter 2 are arranged in sandwich fashion. Furthermore, being located between the side walls 21 merely means that the body of the wiper attachment 1 is located between the side walls 21, seen in the left-right direction, and does not necessarily mean that the body must also be covered by the side walls 21, seen in the front-rear direction.
In particular, the cut-out 15 has a receptacle 151 for receiving the shaft 22 and a channel 152 which merges into the receptacle 151 and opens in the direction of the shaft 22, so that the shaft 22 is received in the receptacle 151 via the channel 152 when the wiper attachment 1 is mounted on the adapter 2. Alternatively, the shaft 22 may be sized slightly larger than the channel 152, such that the channel 152 elastically deforms to allow the shaft 22 to enter the accommodating portion 151, thereby serving as a limit to the shaft 22 when the channel 152 rebounds, preventing the shaft 22 from being undesirably removed.
An engagement-limiting part 18 is also formed on the wiper attachment 1, which engagement-limiting part 18 is intended to engage in a form-fitting manner in a corresponding recess 31 of the wiper arm 3 when the wiper attachment 1 is assembled with the wiper arm 3 and to prevent a displacement of the wiper arm 3 in the height direction, so that the wiper arm 3 can be limited in cooperation with a stop 16, which will be explained below. The engagement limiting portion 18 is in the figures exemplarily configured as an elongated strip having a rounded end at one end and transitioning to the end of the wiper attachment 1 at the other end and extending from the end of the wiper attachment 1 to the middle of the wiper attachment 1, for example to the cut-out 15 of the wiper attachment 1, and the engagement limiting portion 18 is configured on both longer sides of the wiper attachment 1. The shape, length, arrangement position, etc. of the engagement-limiting portions 18 can be determined depending on the respective characteristics of the corresponding recesses 31 of the wiper arm 3, thereby enabling the wiper attachment 1 to be adapted to different types of wiper arms 3.
A chamfer 19 is formed at one end of the wiper attachment 1 facing the wiper arm 3 during assembly with the wiper arm 3 (i.e. the right end in the figure), the angle of the chamfer 19 may be 45 degrees or some other degree, and the size of the chamfer may be larger, for example larger than the size of the end face of the end at which the chamfer 19 is located. By means of the provision of the chamfer 19, an easier and smoother mounting of the wiper arm 3 to the wiper attachment 1 can be facilitated, since the chamfer 19 serves as a transition and guide during mounting.
A stop 16 and a spring 17 are also formed on the wiper attachment 1, the stop 16 being arranged on the spring 17 of the wiper attachment and being formed higher than the spring 17, and the spring 17 being elastically deformable in the event of a force being applied to the stop 16, so that the stop 16 sinks. It should be understood that when the wiper arm 3 is mounted at the wiper attachment 1, during this process, the stopper 16 is sunk by the structure of the wiper arm 3 in the manner described above, and when the wiper arm 3 is mounted in place, the stopper 16 springs back into the corresponding opening of the wiper arm 3 to prevent the wiper arm 3 from being displaced in the front-rear (or longitudinal) and left-right directions, completing the fixing of the wiper arm 3 in conjunction with the engagement limiter 18. The stopper 16 may be alternatively configured as a block, for example, a square shape as shown in the drawings, although the embodiment of the present invention may not be limited thereto. The shape of the stop 16 can be designed to form fit with a corresponding region of the wiper arm 3 (i.e. the region of the wiper arm 3 which interacts with the stop 16, i.e. the opening mentioned above, in the case of complete assembly of the wiper arm 3 with the wiper attachment 1), as a result of which a better stop function can be achieved at the same time with the assistance of the disassembly (since, during disassembly, the stop 16 first sinks and then begins to remove the wiper arm 3, during which the stop 16 continuously exerts a force in the disassembly direction of the wiper arm 3 due to the spring action of the spring 17). In addition, the stop 16 is located at one end of the wiper attachment 1 in the mounting direction of the wiper arm 3 (i.e. to the right in the drawing), in order to be better suited for mounting from right to left and dismounting from left to right.
Furthermore, in the action of the error protection mechanism "the error protection mechanism is configured to prevent the wiper attachment 1 from being mounted in the adapter 2 in the wrong direction", the error protection function should be understood in a broad sense, which includes not only the function of preventing mounting errors by being physically (e.g., by interference), but also the function of prompting an operator in a prompting manner (e.g., visually prompting the operator) which mounting direction is the correct mounting direction. The possibility of a user mounting the wiper attachment 1 in the adapter 2 in the wrong direction is avoided by the arrangement of the error-proofing mechanism.
The support rib is used for supporting the wiper accessory 1 at the inner side of the wiper arm 3 when the wiper accessory 1 is connected with the wiper arm 3, and can effectively prevent the wiper arm 3 from undesired shaking when the wiper operates, so that the connection between the wiper accessory 1 and the wiper arm 3 is more stable. The wiper fitting 1 can be a separate component, whereby it can be flexibly adapted to different types or models of metal adapters 2 or wiper arms 3 and can be handled separately in the event of failure, simplifying maintenance time and costs, and furthermore facilitating mass production and reducing production costs. Further, the manner in which the support rib is in contact with the inner surface of the wiper arm 3 is more stable than the line contact manner of the related art.
As can also be seen from the figure, the error-proofing mechanism comprises:
a stopper 11, said stopper 11 being configured not to interfere with said adapter 2 when said wiper accessory 1 is to be mounted to said adapter 2 in the correct orientation and to interfere with said adapter 2 when said wiper accessory 1 is to be mounted to said adapter 2 in other orientations; and
a marking 12, said marking 12 indicating the correct mounting direction of the wiper attachment 1 onto the adapter 2.
It should be understood that the stop block 11 and the mark 12 can alternatively be configured, the former being physically error-proof, and the latter being prompted to be error-proof. With reference to fig. 6, a schematic view is shown of a wiper attachment 1 according to the invention mounted to a metallic adapter 2 in the wrong orientation. It follows that, when the wiper attachment 1 is to be mounted in another direction (i.e. different from the correct mounting direction) at the adapter 2, the stop 11 interferes with the adapter 2, thereby forcibly preventing the wiper attachment 1 from being mounted incorrectly at the adapter 2 in a physical manner.
The stop 11 is arranged, optionally in the middle of the wiper attachment 1, at the upper part of one side of the wiper attachment 1 and protrudes outwards. This can exhibit the error proofing property well. The reason for this embodiment can be that the adapter 2 is located in the middle of the wiper attachment 1 and closer to this middle, whereby in the event of a wrong mounting direction, the stop 11 can interfere with the corresponding part of the adapter 2 in a hanging or pushing manner more easily, and a fail-safe function is achieved.
Furthermore, the marking 12 (which is configured in the exemplary manner as a triangle and is arranged at one end of the wiper attachment 1) indicates the correct installation direction of the wiper attachment 1 onto the adapter 2, whereby the operator is also alerted in a prompting manner from another angle to the correct installation direction, which also serves the purpose of error protection. The triangular design of the marking 12 makes the orientation of the installation direction more pronounced and defined. Of course, the markers 12 can also be constructed in other shapes, as long as the operator is able to recognize the correct pointing direction through them. Similarly, the arrangement of the marking 12 at one end of the wiper attachment 1 can also make its direction-indicating function more obvious to the operator, but the marking 12 can also be constructed at other locations of the wiper attachment 1, depending on the actual situation and the objective requirements.
Referring also to fig. 7, an exemplary embodiment of a buttress according to the present invention is more clearly and clearly illustrated. The support rib includes:
support blocks 13, which support blocks 13 are arranged on both sides of the wiper attachment 1 in the upper part of the wiper attachment 1 near one end of the wiper attachment 1; and
a supporting strip 14, which supporting strip 14 is configured to be elongated in the height direction of the wiper attachment 1 and is arranged on both sides of the wiper attachment 1 at the other end of the wiper attachment 1.
It should be noted that the support block 13 is a block-shaped support element, while the support strip 14 is a strip-shaped support element, the elongate design of which in the height direction of the wiper attachment 1 does not mean that it must be thin in the absolute sense in the height direction, but rather that the height value of the support strip 14 is considerably greater than the other dimensions (e.g. length, thickness) thereof. The shape and the arrangement of the support blocks 13 and the support strips 14 can also be modified as a function of the circumstances, even if only one of them is used, which can depend, for example, on the design space left by the wiper attachment 1 for the support ribs at the respective locations, as well as on the shape of the wiper arm 3 and the mounting distance to the wiper arm 3. The underlying purpose of this is to support the inside of the wiper arm 3 when the wiper attachment 1 is assembled with the wiper arm 3, and is therefore not limited to the embodiments shown in the text and the figures.
The arrangement of the support blocks 13 and the support strips 14 on both sides and at or near the ends of the wiper attachment 1 can provide a more uniform support of the wiper arms 3, so that the wiper arms 3 can be supported over a greater length of their extent, and the wiper arms 3 can be supported by the support ribs on the respective sides, irrespective of the direction in which they are driven by the drive, in order to prevent undesirable vibrations.
Furthermore, a plurality of the supporting strips 14 are arranged next to one another, as a result of which the supporting area for the wiper arm 3 can be increased while maintaining a comparatively low cost. If desired, the support bars 14 can also be arranged in other orientations than vertical, for example in an inclined arrangement, or even crossing each other.
In order to fully utilize the function of the support ribs, it is provided that the inner side of the wiper arm 3 is supported only by the support ribs when the wiper attachment 1 is connected to the wiper arm 3. This arrangement, in addition to a sufficient supporting effect, also has the effect of protecting other parts of the wiper attachment 1 and corresponding parts of the adapter 2 from rubbing against the wiper arm 3, thereby increasing the lifetime of these parts or components. And the supporting rib can be manufactured through a die and processed independently, so that the later maintenance or replacement is facilitated, the whole wiper accessory 1 does not need to be replaced, and the manufacturing and maintenance cost is reduced.
As for the material of the wiper attachment 1, the wiper attachment 1 is optionally made of plastic, which has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, easy molding, durability, water resistance, light weight, strong corrosion resistance, no reaction with acid or alkali, and the like. In particular, the wiper attachment 1 can be formed integrally from plastic. The integrated design has better safety, stability and strength and good impact resistance because the connecting means (namely no seam) of all the components of the integrated design is omitted, and in addition, the integrated design has the advantages of easy assembly and the like, and the plastic material is convenient to be applied to the integrated design.
With reference to fig. 8, a schematic view of the assembly of a wiper attachment 1 according to the invention with a wiper arm 3 and a metallic adapter 2 is shown. The structure of the wiper arm 3 is partially omitted in order to show the wiper attachment 1 in its interior.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the invention also relates to a wiper blade for a wiper system of a vehicle, said wiper blade comprising a wiper strip and a metallic adapter 2, wherein said wiper blade further comprises any of the above-mentioned wiper attachments 1, wherein said wiper attachment 1 is arranged at said adapter 2 on one side of said adapter 2 and said wiper strip is arranged at said adapter 2 on the other side of said adapter 2; the wiper blade may be mounted on a variety of vehicles, including gasoline vehicles, diesel vehicles, passenger cars, vans, passenger cars, electric vehicles, and the like. Wherein the vehicle comprises a windscreen, an electric drive and a wiper arm 3, wherein the vehicle further comprises the above wiper blade, wherein the wiper arm 3 is connected to the wiper attachment 1, and wherein the electric drive drives the wiper arm 3 to oscillate back and forth when energized and drives a wiper strip of the wiper blade to wipe the windscreen. The subject matter of the invention is therefore also intended to protect various vehicles equipped with the wiper blade of the invention.
In summary, the wiper attachment, the wiper blade and the vehicle according to the invention are suitable for metal adapters and have a measure of preventing incorrect mounting direction and can be connected to the wiper arm more stably.
It should be understood that all of the above preferred embodiments are exemplary and not restrictive, and that various modifications and changes in the specific embodiments described above, which would occur to persons skilled in the art upon consideration of the above teachings, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
