Technical Field

At present, the working rotor blades of the gas turbine need to be replaced during repair, the most important is to grind the replaced rotor blades in a power plant, and the grinded blades meet the design requirements of through-flow gaps. The correcting and adjusting tool provided by the invention is used for fundamentally breaking the reality that the original blade repairing grinding in a gas turbine cannot realize field grinding in a power plant through field grinding equipment, and a rotor needs to be pulled back to a factory for grinding processing in special equipment. The invention realizes the on-site grinding processing of the turbine blade of the gas turbine rotor power plant and obtains good economic and social values.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a method and an adjustment tool for grinding a gas turbine blade, which are used for solving the problem that the prior grinding device in the prior art cannot directly grind the gas turbine blade.

In the process of positioning the grinding equipment, as shown in fig. 2, the measuring head 2 is in contact with the air inlet side 101/air outlet side 102 of the blade 1, the rotor of the gas turbine is rotated, the maximum reading of the dial indicator 4 in the rotating process is taken as the data value of the air inlet side 101/air outlet side 102, and the difference value between the data value of the air outlet side 102 and the data value of the air inlet side 101 is within 0.02mm, so that the positioning is completed.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an alignment tool for grinding a gas turbine blade includes: measuring head 2 and percentage table 4, measuring head 2 passes through threaded rod 3 fixed connection with percentage table 4, and the measuring end of measuring head 2 is arc, and the measuring surface of measuring head 2 need do the hardening process, increases measuring result's accuracy nature.
The method for calibrating and adjusting the angle of the grinding wheel on the grinding equipment by using the calibrating and adjusting tool in the embodiment comprises the following specific steps:

2) the method comprises the following steps of (1) fine positioning grinding equipment, mounting a correcting and adjusting tool on the grinding equipment, ensuring that a threaded rod 3 is perpendicular to the axis of a grinding wheel, moving the grinding equipment to enable a measuring head 2 to be in contact with an air inlet side 101 of a blade 1, rotating a rotor of a gas turbine, taking the maximum reading of a dial indicator 4 in the rotating process as the data value of the air inlet side 101, moving the grinding equipment again to enable the measuring head 2 to be in contact with an air outlet side 102 of the blade 1, rotating the rotor of the gas turbine, taking the maximum reading of the dial indicator 4 in the rotating process as the data value of the air outlet side 102, comparing the data value of the air inlet side 101 with the data value of the air outlet side 102, adjusting the grinding equipment according to the difference of the two data values until the difference between the data value of the air outlet side 102 and the data value of the air inlet side 101 is within 0.02mm, and finishing fine positioning;
3) starting grinding equipment to grind the blade 1, wherein in the grinding process, the rotating direction of a grinding wheel is opposite to that of a rotor on the gas turbine, and the rotor of the gas turbine rotates at a low speed of 6-8 r/min;
4) and moving the grinding equipment to grind all the blades 1 to be ground.
In summary, according to the method and the calibration tool for grinding the blades on the gas turbine, the calibration tool is used for measuring the air inlet side 101 and the air outlet side 102 of the blade 1 to obtain the data value of the air outlet side 102 and the data of the air inlet side 101, and the grinding equipment is adjusted according to the difference value between the data value of the air outlet side 102 and the data of the air inlet side 101 until the angle of the grinding wheel on the grinding equipment is consistent with the angle of the blade 1.
Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

2) and starting the grinding equipment to grind the blade (1).
