3) starting grinding equipment to grind the blade 1, wherein in the grinding process, the rotating direction of a grinding wheel is opposite to that of a rotor on the gas turbine, and the rotor of the gas turbine rotates at a low speed of 6-8 r/min;
4) and moving the grinding equipment to grind all the blades 1 to be ground.
