FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a water level detecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the water level detecting apparatus is applied to a sweeping robot, and the sweeping robot is provided with a water tank, a drain pipe and a water passing box; the drain pipe is communicated with the water passing box and the water tank. The sweeping robot further comprises a shell, the shape of the shell can be designed to be circular, the shell is a main body of the sweeping robot, and the shell can provide installation and support for other parts of the sweeping robot. Usually, a mounting cavity is formed in the housing, and a driving assembly, an electric control assembly and the like of the sweeping robot can be mounted in the mounting cavity. The universal wheels, the cleaning structure and the floor mopping structure of the floor sweeping robot can be arranged at the bottom of the shell, so that the floor sweeping robot can mop the floor and clean the ground in the traveling process.
The water tank of the sweeping robot is mainly used for storing water, and in practical application, when the sweeping robot works, water in the water tank can be discharged onto a mop through the water discharge pipe and the water passing box so as to be used for mopping the floor. Because the water in the water tank needs to be discharged onto the mop through the drain pipe and the water passing box, when the water in the water tank is sufficient, the water passing through the water passing box is large, and when the water tank is lack of water, the water passing through the water passing box is little or even none.

Accordingly, in the present embodiment, the sensing component 10 can be used to detect the water passing amount of the water passing box and generate a sensing signal corresponding to the water passing amount, for example, generate a capacitance value corresponding to the water passing amount to the detection circuit 20.
The detection circuit 20 is configured to generate a corresponding detection signal according to the received sensing signal and feed the detection signal back to the controller 30, so that the controller 30 can determine how much water is left in the water tank of the floor-sweeping robot according to the received detection signal and execute a corresponding operation, for example, when the water tank is anhydrous, the controller 30 sends an alarm prompt through an alarm circuit; alternatively, the controller 30 displays the remaining amount of water in the water tank through a display circuit, and the controller 40 may be a microprocessor such as a single chip, a DSP, or an FPGA.
According to the technical scheme, the sensing part 10 is used for sensing the water passing amount of a water passing box of the sweeping robot, and corresponding sensing signals are generated to the detection circuit 20 according to the sensed water passing amount; the detection circuit 20 generates a detection signal for judging the residual water amount of the water tank to the controller 30 according to the received induction signal; the controller 30 can determine the amount of the remaining water in the water tank according to the detection signal fed back by the detection circuit 20, and perform corresponding operations to avoid water cut-off and water shortage in the water tank, thereby greatly improving the convenience of the user.
In one embodiment, the drain pipe of the sweeping robot is provided with a water outlet, the water passing box is internally provided with a water passing cavity, the water passing box is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet which are communicated with the water passing cavity, and the water inlet is communicated with the water outlet of the drain pipe. And the sensing part 10 of the water level detection device is arranged at the top of the water passing cavity of the water passing box.
