Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a display case, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a partial section of the display case taken along line a-a, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a section of the display case taken along line a-a. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the showcase includes a machine room 1, a refrigerating room 2, a bottom chassis 3, and the like. The refrigerating chamber 2 is provided on the base frame 3, and includes a glass cabinet door 21, left and right side plates 22, a back plate 23, a top plate 24, and a bottom plate 25. The machine room 1 is provided above the refrigerating room 2. The machine room 1 may be mainly enclosed by a ceiling cover 11, a front baffle 12, a back cover 13, upward extending portions of both left and right side plates 22 of the refrigerating room 2, and a bottom plate 25 of the refrigerating room 2, wherein the ceiling cover 11 has an air suction opening 14, the back cover 13 has an air suction opening 15, and a lower portion 121 of the front baffle 12 has an air blowing opening 123.
As shown in fig. 2, a fan 4, a condenser 5, and a compressor 6 are provided in the machine room 1, wherein the compressor 6 is installed at a rear position of the machine room 1, that is, at a position close to the back plate cover 13, and the condenser 5 is installed between the fan 4 and the compressor 6. As shown in fig. 3, the fan 4 generates convection air, and the air is sucked from the air suction port 14 of the top plate cover 11 and the air suction port 15 of the back plate cover 13 in the direction indicated by arrows in fig. 3, heated by the condenser 5 and the compressor 6, and blown out from the air outlet 123.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the machine chamber 1 further includes a baffle 7. The baffle 7 may be disposed at a position where the blower 4 is located to divide the machine room 1 into an air duct 16 and a machine accommodating space 17. The baffle 7 has a mounting hole 18 capable of accommodating a blade of the fan 4, so that the hot air heated by the condenser 5 and the compressor 6 enters the air duct 16 through the mounting hole 18 and is blown out from the air outlet 123. Due to the function of the baffle 7, the hot air heated by the condenser 5 and the compressor 6 is prevented from returning to the mechanical accommodating space 17 due to the rebound of the front baffle 12, so that the force blown out by the air outlet 123 can be improved, the dew removing effect is improved, and the refrigerating effect can be improved.
In the above embodiment, it is preferable that the front baffle 12 includes an upper portion 124, a lower portion 121 and a connecting portion 122, wherein the lower portion 123 protrudes outward relative to the upper portion 124, so that the air outlet 123 is close to the outer surface of the glass cabinet door 21. The lower portion 123 and the upper portion 124 are connected to the upper portion 124 by the connecting portion 122. With the structure, the air outlet 123 of the lower part 121 can blow hot air along the outer surface of the glass cabinet door 21, so that the dew removing effect is improved. More preferably, the connecting portion 122 is a slope, so that the upper portion 124 and the lower portion 121 are in a transition connection with a slope, thereby blowing the hot air in the air duct 16 out of the air outlet 123 more smoothly, and further improving the anti-dew effect.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing a lower structure of a display case according to another embodiment, fig. 5 is a schematic view showing a bottom structure of a display case according to another embodiment, and fig. 6 is a schematic view showing a partial sectional structure of a display case according to another embodiment taken along line B-B. If the cabinet body of the display cabinet is large, the dew-removing mechanism arranged above the display cabinet may not be capable of effectively preventing dew on the position of the glass cabinet door 21 close to the bottom. Thus, the display case of the present invention may be provided with a dew-removing mechanism at the lower portion thereof in addition to the dew-removing mechanism of the glass cabinet door 21 at the upper portion thereof.
