Compared with the prior art, the constant-voltage dimming power supply has the advantages that the constant-voltage dimming power supply can keep the consistent brightness of the constant-voltage lamp strip driven by the constant-voltage dimming power supply under the condition of long distance and high brightness, and the constant-current dimming power supply can drive the constant-current lamp strip to have good brightness consistency under the condition of low brightness.

Background
At present, LED lamp belts in the market can be divided into constant-voltage LED lamp belts and constant-current LED lamp belts according to a driving mode. The constant-voltage LED lamp strip is suitable for a constant-voltage dimming power supply, the specification of the lamp strip is DC12V, 24V, 36V, 48V and the like, and the output voltage of the power supply needs to be matched with the voltage of the lamp strip in advance; the constant current LED lamp area is adapted to a constant current type dimming power supply, and the power supply can be freely configured according to the current specification of the lamp area.
Because the lamp area is through the transmission line transmission current, no matter be the constant current or the constant voltage mode all has the line loss (the line loss is exactly the voltage loss on the circuit). The farther the transmission distance, the larger the transmission current and the larger the line loss.
The dimming scheme of the constant voltage type dimming power supply is as follows: the voltage amplitude of the rectangular wave output by the power supply port is unchanged, and the brightness is changed by adjusting the duty ratio of the rectangular wave. Line losses are present only when there is current on the line, i.e. when the square wave is high.

Because the line loss is related to the physical characteristics of the transmission line and the instantaneous current on the transmission line, the line loss of each LED is determined to be unchanged after the LED lamp strip is installed. When the lamp strip is output with high brightness, although the current amplitudes of the LEDs are different, human eyes are insensitive to the brightness difference between the LEDs under the high brightness; when the brightness is low, the duty ratio of the high level of the rectangular wave is reduced, although the current amplitude of each LED is the same as that of the LED with high brightness, the brightness difference between the LEDs on the lamp strip is very obvious because the sensitivity of human eyes to the low brightness is high. As shown in fig. 1. The maximum length of single-end power supply of a common LED lamp strip is only 10 meters (the maximum length of double-end power supply can be 20 meters).
The dimming scheme of the constant current type dimming power supply is as follows: dimming is performed by amplitude control of the output current. Similarly, the output current is large and the line loss is large at high brightness.

And when the brightness is low, because the power output is low pulsating direct current, the line loss is very small, the voltages of the LEDs on the lamp strip are almost equal, as long as the characteristics of the LED lamp beads are close, the currents of the LEDs are basically the same, the brightness difference is small, and a good dimming effect can be obtained, as shown in fig. 2.
Because the series resistance R of the constant voltage type lamp strip is far larger than the bead dynamic resistance R of the constant current type lamp strip, under the condition that the line loss of the long-distance high brightness is the same, the constant voltage lamp strip driven by the constant voltage type power supply has better current consistency than the constant current type lamp strip driven by the constant current type power supply, but human eyes are insensitive to the difference due to high brightness; and when the brightness is low, the line loss of the constant current type lamp strip is greatly reduced, and the brightness difference of the constant current type lamp strip driven by the constant current type power supply is far better than that of a long-distance constant voltage lamp strip driven by a constant voltage type power supply.
Therefore, how to keep the constant-voltage dimming power supply to drive the constant-voltage lamp strip to have consistent brightness under the condition of long distance and high brightness, and the constant-current dimming power supply to drive the constant-current lamp strip to have good brightness consistency under the condition of low brightness becomes the problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a constant voltage lamp strip driving device based on a constant current type power supply with configurable output current.

4) The time and labor cost for configuring the maximum output current of the constant current type power supply according to the current required by the constant voltage type lamp strip with different lengths are saved.
5) When the load is a long-distance constant-voltage lamp strip, the light is adjusted to low brightness, and the brightness consistency of each LED lamp bead on the lamp strip is good.

The driver is a configurable driver. The driver may be configured as a constant current type driver or a constant voltage type driver. The driver is provided with a voltage configuration circuit for the constant voltage lamp strip, and is used for configuring the voltage function of the constant voltage type lamp when the constant voltage lamp strip is selected to be driven.
The driver is provided with a feedback voltage acquisition circuit and an output current regulating circuit and is used for automatically regulating the maximum output current according to the feedback voltage when the constant voltage lamp strip is driven, so that the output load voltage and the set constant voltage lamp strip are always within a set error range.

2) And when the brightness is low, the constant current type power supply drives the long-distance lamp strip to have good brightness consistency.
The invention adopts the combination of the constant current type dimming power supply and the constant voltage type lamp strip, fully exerts the respective advantages and can obtain better dimming effect at high and low brightness. However, when the constant current type power supply is used to drive the constant voltage type light strips, the current required by each light strip needs to be known in advance, and the maximum output current output by the corresponding constant current type power supply is configured according to the required current, as shown in fig. 4. 1) the configuration function of driving the constant-current type or constant-voltage type lamp strip;
2) the voltage function of configuring a constant voltage type lamp when the constant voltage type lamp strip is selected to be driven is increased;
3) when the constant voltage type lamp strip is additionally driven, the function of automatically adjusting the maximum output current according to the feedback voltage is added, so that the output load voltage is always within the error range of +/-0.2V from the set constant voltage lamp strip voltage;

By adding the functions in the constant current type power supply, the constant current type power supply can drive any one of the constant voltage type or the constant current type lamp strip and can also drive all the constant voltage lamp strips within the load voltage range.
