Step 802, the UE receives system information of a neighboring cell.
Step 803, the UE determines whether the neighboring cell is an SNPN dedicated cell according to the system information.
Step 804, if the neighboring cell is the SNPN private cell, the UE indicates that the neighboring cell is the SNPN private cell in the measurement report, but does not report the CGI information of the neighboring cell to the network.
Step 805, for the neighbor cell indicated as the SNPN dedicated cell in the measurement report by the UE, the network device does not establish a neighbor cell relationship with the neighbor cell.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the method includes the following steps:
step 901, the PLMN cell initiates an Xn interface establishment request to the target cell.
Step 902, if the neighboring cell is the SNPN private cell, the SNPN private cell rejects the establishment of the Xn interface with the PLMN cell according to the operator policy or the functional restriction, and meanwhile, the Xn interface establishment response message carries a failure reason, for example, indicating that the current cell is the SNPN private cell.
Step 903, the PLMN cell does not repeatedly initiate an Xn interface establishment request to the SNPN dedicated cell according to the SNPN dedicated cell indication contained in the interface establishment response message.
As can be seen from the above description, in the embodiment of the present invention, a method for indicating an SNPN dedicated cell is provided, so that a PLMN cell can optionally determine whether to establish a neighboring cell relationship with the SNPN dedicated cell, thereby saving signaling resources.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a flowchart of an information processing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and is applied to a network device, as shown in fig. 10, including the following steps:
step 1001, obtaining cell attribute information, where the cell attribute information is used to indicate whether a neighboring cell is an SNPN dedicated cell, and the UE currently resides in a PLMN cell.
Step 1002, determining whether to establish a neighboring cell relationship with the neighboring cell according to the cell attribute information.
Specifically, in step 1001, the cell attribute information may be obtained in the following three ways:
in a first mode, network equipment receives first indication information sent by UE, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating whether an adjacent cell is an SNPN private cell. That is, in this manner, the cell attribute information is obtained through the first indication information, and then, in the subsequent step, whether to establish the neighboring cell relationship with the neighboring cell is determined according to the first indication information.
Specifically, the network device may receive CGI information sent by the UE, where the CGI information includes the first indication information.
Optionally, before receiving the first indication information sent by the UE, the network device may further send first configuration information to the UE, where the first configuration information is used to indicate whether the information of the SNPN dedicated cell needs to be reported in the CGI information. Then, the network equipment receives CGI information sent by the UE, where the CGI information is sent by the UE when the first configuration information indicates that information of an SNPN dedicated cell needs to be reported in the CGI information.
Specifically, the network device may further receive a measurement report sent by the UE, where the measurement report includes the first indication information.
And in a second mode, the network equipment can send an interface establishment request to the adjacent cell and receive an interface establishment response sent by the adjacent cell, wherein the interface establishment response comprises second indication information, and the second indication information is used for indicating whether the adjacent cell is an SNPN special cell. That is, in this manner, the cell attribute information is obtained through the first indication information, and then, in the subsequent step, whether to establish the neighboring cell relationship with the neighboring cell is determined according to the first indication information.
And thirdly, the network equipment can acquire configuration information and determine whether the CGI information reported by the UE is received, wherein the configuration information indicates that the CGI information needs to be reported by the UE. Under the condition that the CGI information needing to be reported by the UE is configured, if the CGI information reported by the UE is not received, the network equipment can determine that the adjacent cell is the SNPN special cell. In the subsequent steps, if the CGI information reported by the UE is not received, the neighboring cell relationship is not established with the neighboring cell.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network equipment of the PLMN cell can distinguish whether the adjacent cell is a special SNPN cell, thereby determining whether to establish the adjacent cell relation with the adjacent cell. Therefore, the scheme of the embodiment of the invention can reduce the overhead of signaling resources.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an information processing device which is applied to the UE. Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Because the principle of solving the problem of the information processing device is similar to the information processing method in the embodiment of the invention, the implementation of the information processing device can refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated details are not repeated.

a first sending module, configured to send first indication information to a network device, where the first indication information is used to indicate whether a neighboring cell is an SNPN dedicated cell, and the UE currently resides in a PLMN cell.
13. An information processing apparatus applied to a network device, comprising:
a first obtaining module, configured to obtain cell attribute information, where the cell attribute information is used to indicate whether an adjacent cell is an SNPN dedicated cell, and a UE currently resides in a PLMN cell;
and the first determining module is used for determining whether to establish the neighbor cell relation with the neighbor cell according to the cell attribute information.
14. An information processing apparatus, applied to a UE, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the processor is used for reading the program in the memory and executing the following processes:
and sending first indication information to network equipment, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating whether a neighbor cell is an SNPN private cell or not, and the UE currently resides in a PLMN cell.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform the following:
and sending CGI-Info to the network equipment, wherein the CGI information comprises the first indication information.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform the following:
receiving first configuration information of the network equipment, wherein the first configuration information is used for indicating whether information of an SNPN private cell needs to be reported in CGI information;
and when the first configuration information indicates that the information of the SNPN private cell needs to be reported in the CGI, sending the CGI information to the network equipment, wherein the CGI information comprises the first indication information.
17. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform the following:
sending a measurement report to the network equipment, wherein the first indication information is included in the measurement report.
18. An information processing apparatus applied to a network apparatus, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the processor is used for reading the program in the memory and executing the following processes:
acquiring cell attribute information, wherein the cell attribute information is used for indicating whether an adjacent cell is a special SNPN cell or not, and UE currently resides in a PLMN cell;
and determining whether to establish a neighboring cell relation with the neighboring cell according to the cell attribute information.
19. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform the following:
receiving first indication information sent by UE, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating whether an adjacent cell is an SNPN private cell;
and determining whether to establish a neighboring cell relation with the neighboring cell according to the first indication information.
20. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform the following:
and receiving CGI information sent by the UE, wherein the CGI information comprises the first indication information.
21. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform the following:
sending first configuration information to the UE, wherein the first configuration information is used for indicating whether information of an SNPN private cell needs to be reported in CGI information;
and receiving CGI information sent by the UE, wherein the CGI information is sent by the UE when the first configuration information indicates that the information of the SNPN private cell needs to be reported in the CGI information.
22. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform the following:
receiving a measurement report sent by the UE, wherein the measurement report comprises the first indication information.
23. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform the following:
sending an interface establishment request to an adjacent cell;
receiving an interface establishment response sent by the adjacent cell, wherein the interface establishment response comprises second indication information which is used for indicating whether the adjacent cell is an SNPN special cell;
and determining whether to establish a neighboring cell relation with the neighboring cell according to the second indication information.
24. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform the following:
acquiring configuration information and determining whether CGI information reported by UE is received, wherein the configuration information indicates that the CGI information needs to be reported by the UE;
under the condition that CGI information needing to be reported by UE is configured, if the CGI information reported by the UE is not received, determining that an adjacent cell is a special SNPN cell;
and if the CGI information reported by the UE is not received, not establishing a neighboring cell relation with the neighboring cell.
25. A readable storage medium storing a program, wherein the program realizes the steps in the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 11 when executed by a processor.
