Abstract

本发明公开了一种双屏电话手表的智能防护系统及方法，利用双屏电话手表的双屏特点，通过设置快速、隐蔽性强的保护模式触发方式，可以使得用户快速、隐蔽地触发电话手表的保护模式，在保护模式下，电话手表自动执行预设的保护措施，保护用户的财产和隐私安全。

本发明涉及电话手表技术领域，具体涉及一种双屏电话手表的智能防护系统及方法。
背景技术
移动终端作为个人日常必备的信息交流，资料存储的计算设备，储存了很多个人的保密和隐私数据。当移动终端持有者被胁迫解锁终端设备并进行转账或者胁迫获取隐私数据，且在紧急情况下无法报警且无法有足够的时间将自身财产或隐私数据进行有效保护时，从而可能导致用户的财产和/或隐私受到侵犯。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明旨在提供一种双屏电话手表的智能防护系统及方法。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种双屏电话手表的智能防护系统，所述双屏电话手表包括主屏、副屏和主控，主控分别和主屏、副屏电性连接；所述智能防护系统运行在所述主控中，其包括监听模块和保护模块；
监听模块：用于当用户将主屏或副屏中的一个作为解锁屏触发解锁事件时，监听在非解锁屏上是否有触发保护模式事件；
保护模块：用于在监听模块监听到非解锁屏上有触发保护模式事件时，启动保护模式；用于在保护模式下执行预设的保护措施，所述保护措施包括如下一种或几种：当检测到支付类应用进入支付页面时将其跳转至预设的拦截界面进行拦截；自动隐藏用户预先指定的隐私数据；自动触发拍照、录音、录制视频、定位中的一种或多种并将采集的数据上报到预设的紧急联系人。
进一步地，保护模式事件的触发方式包括手势滑动和长按中的一种或两种；对于手势滑动的方式，监听模块用于监听非解锁屏上是否发生滑动出预设的图案的动作，对于长按的方式，监听模块用于监听非解锁屏上是否发生按压到达预设时长的动作。
进一步地，隐私数据包括相册中指定的隐私文件夹、指定隐私联系人聊天记录、指定的隐私视频文件夹和音频文件夹、隐私短信、通话记录、隐私联系人信息、通讯录信息中的一种或多种。
进一步地，所述保护措施还包括将用户关联到本机设备的财产转移到预先设定的安全账户下。
进一步地，所述保护措施还包括向预设的紧急联系人进行安全报警，和/或拨打预设的公安机关电话进行安全报警。
进一步地，用户可预设多个手势滑动的图案对应不同的安全等级，不同的安全等级对应不同的保护措施，当监听模块监听到非解锁屏上发生滑动某个图案时，保护模块启动对应等级的保护措施。
本发明还提供一种利用上述系统的方法，具体过程为：
当用户遇到危险情况需要启动电话手表的保护模式时，先用主屏或副屏中的一个作为解锁屏触发解锁事件，然后用另一个非解锁屏触发保护模式事件；
监听模块在监听到解锁屏上的触发解锁事件且监听到非解锁屏上的触发保护模式事件时，保护模块启动保护模式，并且执行预设的保护措施，所述保护措施包括如下一种或几种：当检测到支付类应用进入支付页面时将其跳转至预设的拦截界面进行拦截；自动隐藏用户预先指定的隐私数据；自动触发拍照、录音、录制视频、定位中的一种或多种并将采集的数据上报到预设的紧急联系人。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明利用双屏电话手表的双屏特点，通过设置快速、隐蔽性强的保护模式触发方式，可以使得用户快速、隐蔽地触发电话手表的保护模式，在保护模式下，电话手表自动执行预设的保护措施，保护用户的财产和隐私安全。

以下将对本发明作进一步的描述，需要说明的是，本实施例以本技术方案为前提，给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程，但本发明的保护范围并不限于本实施例。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种双屏电话手表的智能防护系统，所述双屏电话手表包括主屏、副屏和主控，主控分别和主屏、副屏电性连接；所述智能防护系统运行在所述主控中，其包括监听模块和保护模块；
监听模块：用于当用户将主屏或副屏中的一个作为解锁屏触发解锁事件(例如密码解锁、人脸解锁、指纹解锁、虹膜解锁、声纹解锁等解锁事件)时，监听在非解锁屏上是否有触发保护模式事件；
保护模块：用于在监听模块监听到非解锁屏上有触发保护模式事件时，启动保护模式；用于在保护模式下执行预设的保护措施，所述保护措施包括如下一种或几种：当检测到支付类应用进入支付页面时将其跳转至预设的拦截界面进行拦截；自动隐藏用户预先指定的隐私数据；自动触发拍照、录音、录制视频、定位中的一种或多种并将采集的数据上报到预设的紧急联系人。
进一步地，保护模式事件的触发方式包括手势滑动和长按中的一种或两种；对于手势滑动的方式，监听模块用于监听非解锁屏上是否发生滑动出预设的图案的动作(例如滑出图案“C”)，对于长按的方式，监听模块用于监听非解锁屏上是否发生按压到达预设时长的动作。
进一步地，所述预设的拦截界面可以是显示余额不足、账户金额为0等的界面。
进一步地，隐私数据包括相册中指定的隐私文件夹、指定隐私联系人聊天记录、指定的隐私视频文件夹和音频文件夹、隐私短信、通话记录、隐私联系人信息、通讯录信息中的一种或多种。
进一步地，所述保护措施还包括将用户关联到本机设备的财产转移到预先设定的安全账户下。所述安全账户可以是用户自身但非关联到本机设备的银行卡号，也可以是父母的银行卡号等。
进一步地，所述保护措施还包括向预设的紧急联系人进行安全报警，和/或拨打预设的公安机关电话进行安全报警。
进一步地，用户可预设多个手势滑动的图案对应不同的安全等级，当监听模块监听到非解锁屏上发生滑动某个图案时，保护模块启动对应等级的保护措施。例如，可以设置画“C”时表示执行所有安全保护措施，画“S”时表示仅隐藏隐私数据等。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种利用实施例1所述系统的方法，具体过程为：
当用户遇到危险情况需要启动电话手表的保护模式时，先用主屏或副屏中的一个作为解锁屏触发解锁事件，然后用另一个非解锁屏触发保护模式事件；
监听模块在监听到解锁屏上的触发解锁事件且监听到非解锁屏上的触发保护模式事件时，保护模块启动保护模式，并且执行预设的保护措施，所述保护措施包括如下一种或几种：当检测到支付类应用进入支付页面时将其跳转至预设的拦截界面进行拦截；自动隐藏用户预先指定的隐私数据；自动触发拍照、录音、录制视频、定位中的一种或多种并将采集的数据上报到预设的紧急联系人。
对于本领域的技术人员来说，可以根据以上的技术方案和构思，给出各种相应的改变和变形，而所有的这些改变和变形，都应该包括在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种双屏电话手表的智能防护系统，所述双屏电话手表包括主屏、副屏和主控，主控分别和主屏、副屏电性连接；其特征在于，所述智能防护系统运行在所述主控中，其包括监听模块和保护模块；
监听模块：用于当用户将主屏或副屏中的一个作为解锁屏触发解锁事件时，监听在非解锁屏上是否有触发保护模式事件；
保护模块：用于在监听模块监听到非解锁屏上有触发保护模式事件时，启动保护模式；用于在保护模式下执行预设的保护措施，所述保护措施包括如下一种或几种：当检测到支付类应用进入支付页面时将其跳转至预设的拦截界面进行拦截；自动隐藏用户预先指定的隐私数据；自动触发拍照、录音、录制视频、定位中的一种或多种并将采集的数据上报到预设的紧急联系人。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双屏电话手表的智能防护系统，其特征在于，保护模式事件的触发方式包括手势滑动和长按中的一种或两种；对于手势滑动的方式，监听模块用于监听非解锁屏上是否发生滑动出预设的图案的动作，对于长按的方式，监听模块用于监听非解锁屏上是否发生按压到达预设时长的动作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双屏电话手表的智能防护系统，其特征在于，隐私数据包括相册中指定的隐私文件夹、指定隐私联系人聊天记录、指定的隐私视频文件夹和音频文件夹、隐私短信、通话记录、隐私联系人信息、通讯录信息中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双屏电话手表的智能防护系统，其特征在于，所述保护措施还包括将用户关联到本机设备的财产转移到预先设定的安全账户下。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双屏电话手表的智能防护系统，其特征在于，所述保护措施还包括向预设的紧急联系人进行安全报警，和/或拨打预设的公安机关电话进行安全报警。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双屏电话手表的智能防护系统，其特征在于，用户可预设多个手势滑动的图案对应不同的安全等级，不同的安全等级对应不同的保护措施，当监听模块监听到非解锁屏上发生滑动某个图案时，保护模块启动对应等级的保护措施。
7.一种利用权利要求1-6任一所述系统的方法，其特征在于，具体过程为：
当用户遇到危险情况需要启动电话手表的保护模式时，先用主屏或副屏中的一个作为解锁屏触发解锁事件，然后用另一个非解锁屏触发保护模式事件；
