As can be seen from the above description, the solution information determining method for a configuration problem of a network device according to the present invention performs a search operation in response to receiving a configuration problem corresponding to a faulty network device, where the search operation includes searching from an expert database corresponding to the search operation whether solution information corresponding to the configuration problem is stored; if not, the configuration problem is sent to at least one other repairing device, the other repairing device and the currently searched repairing device form an association relation, and the other repairing device executes the searching operation until the currently searched repairing device searches out corresponding solution information from an expert database corresponding to the other repairing device. The invention reduces the construction cost of the communication line and the central cloud service based on the distributed characteristics, realizes high automation, does not need manual intervention, and greatly shortens the time window of network recovery.
From a software aspect, the present application provides an embodiment of a solution information determining apparatus for executing a network device configuration problem of all or part of contents in a solution information determining method for a network device configuration problem, referring to fig. 4, where the solution information determining apparatus for a network device configuration problem specifically includes the following contents:
the solution searching module 1 is used for responding to the received configuration problem corresponding to the fault network equipment and executing searching operation, wherein the searching operation comprises searching whether solution information corresponding to the configuration problem is stored in an expert database corresponding to the searching operation;
and the configuration problem sending module 2 is used for sending the configuration problem to at least one other repairing device, wherein the other repairing device and the currently searched repairing device form an association relation, and the other repairing device executes the searching operation until the currently searched repairing device searches out corresponding solution information from an expert database corresponding to the other repairing device.

In a specific embodiment, the present application provides a method for determining solution information of a network device configuration problem, where each network device is correspondingly coupled to a repair device in a distributed network, each repair device stores a unique corresponding expert database, and each expert database stores solution information of at least one configuration problem; and the solution information determining device is executed by a repairing device corresponding to the fault network equipment and comprises:
the solution searching module 1 is used for responding to the received configuration problem corresponding to the fault network equipment and executing searching operation, wherein the searching operation comprises searching whether solution information corresponding to the configuration problem is stored in an expert database corresponding to the searching operation;
and the configuration problem sending module 2 is used for sending the configuration problem to at least one other repairing device, wherein the other repairing device and the currently searched repairing device form an association relation, and the other repairing device executes the searching operation until the currently searched repairing device searches out corresponding solution information from an expert database corresponding to the other repairing device.
In particular embodiments, the network devices include, but are not limited to, common network devices located at the edge of the network, such as two-layer switches, three-layer switches, routers, and wireless Access Points (APs) that provide network access and routing switching functions. Each network device is correspondingly coupled with a repairing device in the distributed network, each repairing device stores a unique corresponding expert database, and each expert database stores solution information of at least one configuration problem. The configuration problem refers to a problem that network equipment cannot be communicated due to non-configuration, configuration error or configuration loss, and the initial state of the network equipment just leaves the factory or is restored after the network equipment leaves the factory is not configured.
In a specific embodiment, for the repair device to which the failed network device is correspondingly coupled, the configuration problem of the failed network device needs to be determined according to the device information corresponding to the failed network device, so a configuration problem determining module needs to be further loaded, and the configuration problem determining module is further configured to collect the device information of the failed network device and determine the corresponding configuration problem, where the device information is various information used for analyzing the configuration problem, such as ip address information, default gateway, domain name and domain name server, port attribute, mac address table, and the like. The repair device, which is correspondingly coupled to the network device with the fault, determines the configuration problem of the current fault according to the collected device information, for example, the collected ip address information is 0.0.0.0, and then the configuration problem can be determined that the network device is the device just leaving the factory, and belongs to the non-configuration problem. In a specific embodiment, after determining a configuration problem corresponding to a faulty network device, invoking a solution searching module 1, executing a searching operation for a repair device coupled to the faulty network device corresponding to the configuration problem, and searching whether a solution corresponding to the configuration problem is stored in an expert database corresponding to the repair device. Solutions stored in, for example, expert libraries are as follows:
The problem is that the ip address of the switch is not configured; the solution is to query the ip address information of the switch by running cmd telnet, and write the queried ip address information into the corresponding network equipment;
the problem is that the mac address table of the switch is not configured; the solution is to turn on the mac address collector, add a whitelist group in the "group configuration" and configure in all mac addresses to be released.
From the above, the solutions corresponding to the ip address unconfigured solutions can be searched out from the stored solutions, so that the searched solutions are executed to repair the faulty network device. The repair device coupled to the failed network device also needs to have a configuration problem repair module to perform formatting of the solution one into a correction command and then writing the correction command to the network device to verify whether the solution one is valid.
In a specific embodiment, if no corresponding solution is searched in the expert database of the repair device to which the network device that has failed is correspondingly coupled, the configuration problem sending module 2 is invoked to send the configuration problem to at least one other repair device, where the other repair device and the currently searched repair device form an association relationship. As shown in fig. 2, if the network device a fails, and after the repair device A0 coupled to the network device a invokes the configuration problem determining module to determine the corresponding configuration problem, the solution searching module 1 is invoked, and as a result, no corresponding solution is searched, the repair device A0 sends the configuration problem to the repair device B0 and the repair device C0 associated with the configuration problem through the configuration problem sending module 2, so that the repair devices B0 and C0 respectively invoke the solution searching modules of the repair device a and the repair device C0 to execute searching the solution corresponding to the configuration problem in the knowledge base of the repair device a and the repair device C0. If neither of the repair devices B0 and C0 searches for a corresponding solution, the repair device B0 invokes its own configuration problem sending module to send the configuration problem to the repair devices B1 and B2 associated therewith, so that the repair devices B1 and B2 respectively invoke their own solution searching modules to search for a solution from their own expert libraries, the repair device C0 invokes its own configuration problem sending module to send the configuration problem to the repair devices C1 and D0 associated therewith, so that the C1 and D0 invoke their own solution searching modules to search their own expert libraries. On the other hand, in order that only the repair device associated with the repair device transmitting the configuration problem can receive the configuration problem, the configuration problem to be solved is encrypted in an asymmetric encryption manner. In any repairing device that forms an association relationship, the currently searched repairing device stores a preset public key, so the configuration problem sending module 2 further includes: a configuration problem encryption unit which encrypts the configuration problem by adopting the preset public key; and the configuration problem broadcasting unit broadcasts the encrypted configuration problem to the distributed network. And storing corresponding preset private keys in other repairing devices associated with the repairing device, decrypting the encrypted configuration problem by using the preset private keys, and finally obtaining a configuration problem plaintext. For example, as shown in fig. 2, assuming that the currently searched repair device is B0 and no solution is searched, B0 encrypts the configuration problem to be solved by using a preset public key to obtain a configuration problem ciphertext, the configuration problem ciphertext is broadcast to a distributed network, after the repair devices A0, C0, B1, B2, C1 and D0 in the distributed network receive the configuration problem ciphertext, the repair devices are decrypted by using preset private keys stored in the repair devices, and since the preset public key and the preset private keys are paired, the ciphertext can be decrypted only by using the preset private key corresponding to the encryption of B0, that is, only the preset private key stored in the repair devices A0, C0, B1 and B2 associated with B0 can decrypt the configuration problem ciphertext, and the preset private keys stored in C1 and D0 cannot decrypt the configuration problem ciphertext sent by B0. And so on, covering all repair devices in the entire distributed network until a solution is searched.
In a specific embodiment, if all repairing apparatuses do not search for solution information of a configuration problem corresponding to the faulty network device, a solution learning module is required to be called, the configuration problem is input into a preset machine learning model, and corresponding solution information is generated, wherein the machine learning model is established based on the historical configuration problem and the corresponding solution information. For example, a convolutional neural network model is employed to learn a convolutional neural network model of a configuration problem and corresponding solution. And taking the history configuration problem as an input parameter of the model, taking a corresponding solution as a target output parameter of the model, and training the convolutional neural network model according to the target output parameter to obtain the preset machine learning model.
In a specific embodiment, after a repairing device coupled to a fault network device learns a solution corresponding to a configuration problem by using a machine learning model, a solution transmission unit is called to transmit the solution information to other repairing devices associated with the solution, so that the other repairing devices receive the solution information and store the solution information in their own knowledge base. The self-learning result is backed up in multiple times, and after a certain device is disconnected, the self-learning result can be obtained by searching from expert libraries of other related repairing devices, so that the robustness of the whole distributed self-organizing network is ensured.
In a specific embodiment, after determining the solution information corresponding to the configuration problem, a repairing device coupled to the faulty network device invokes a configuration problem repairing module, repairs the configuration problem of the faulty network device according to the solution information, formats the solution into a correction command, and then writes the correction command into the network device to verify whether the solution is valid. In a specific embodiment, before writing the correction command corresponding to the solution into the network device with the fault, the configuration information generated in the process, the determined configuration problem and the solution thereof, and the correction command are written into the log, so as to ensure that the configuration problem can be quickly rolled back according to the log when the configuration problem cannot be solved.

In another embodiment, the solution information determining apparatus for the network device configuration problem may be configured separately from the central processing unit 9100, for example, the solution information determining apparatus for the network device configuration problem may be configured as a chip connected to the central processing unit 9100, and the solution information determining function for the network device configuration problem is implemented by control of the central processing unit.
As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 9600 may further include: a communication module 9110, an input unit 9120, an audio processor 9130, a display 9160, and a power supply 9170. It is noted that the electronic device 9600 need not include all of the components shown in fig. 5; in addition, the electronic device 9600 may further include components not shown in fig. 5, and reference may be made to the related art.
As shown in fig. 5, the central processor 9100, sometimes referred to as a controller or operational control, may include a microprocessor or other processor device and/or logic device, which central processor 9100 receives inputs and controls the operation of the various components of the electronic device 9600.
The memory 9140 may be, for example, one or more of a buffer, a flash memory, a hard drive, a removable media, a volatile memory, a non-volatile memory, or other suitable device. The information about failure may be stored, and a program for executing the information may be stored. And the central processor 9100 can execute the program stored in the memory 9140 to realize information storage or processing, and the like.
The input unit 9120 provides input to the central processor 9100. The input unit 9120 is, for example, a key or a touch input device. The power supply 9170 is used to provide power to the electronic device 9600. The display 9160 is used for displaying display objects such as images and characters. The display may be, for example, but not limited to, an LCD display.
The memory 9140 may be a solid state memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM), random Access Memory (RAM), SIM card, etc. But also a memory which holds information even when powered down, can be selectively erased and provided with further data, an example of which is sometimes referred to as EPROM or the like. The memory 9140 may also be some other type of device. The memory 9140 includes a buffer memory 9141 (sometimes referred to as a buffer). The memory 9140 may include an application/function storage portion 9142, the application/function storage portion 9142 storing application programs and function programs or a flow for executing operations of the electronic device 9600 by the central processor 9100.
The memory 9140 may also include a data store 9143, the data store 9143 for storing data, such as contacts, digital data, pictures, sounds, and/or any other data used by an electronic device. The driver storage portion 9144 of the memory 9140 may include various drivers of the electronic device for communication functions and/or for performing other functions of the electronic device (e.g., messaging applications, address book applications, etc.).
The communication module 9110 is a transmitter/receiver 9110 that transmits and receives signals via an antenna 9111. A communication module (transmitter/receiver) 9110 is coupled to the central processor 9100 to provide input signals and receive output signals, as in the case of conventional mobile communication terminals.
Based on different communication technologies, a plurality of communication modules 9110, such as a cellular network module, a bluetooth module, and/or a wireless local area network module, etc., may be provided in the same electronic device. The communication module (transmitter/receiver) 9110 is also coupled to a speaker 9131 and a microphone 9132 via an audio processor 9130 to provide audio output via the speaker 9131 and to receive audio input from the microphone 9132 to implement usual telecommunications functions. The audio processor 9130 can include any suitable buffers, decoders, amplifiers and so forth. In addition, the audio processor 9130 is also coupled to the central processor 9100 so that sound can be recorded locally through the microphone 9132 and sound stored locally can be played through the speaker 9131.
The embodiments of the present application also provide a computer-readable storage medium capable of implementing all the steps in the solution information determining method for a network device configuration problem in the above embodiments, where the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements all the steps in the solution information determining method for a network device configuration problem in the above embodiments in which an execution subject is a server or a client, for example, the processor implements the following steps when executing the computer program:

A method for determining solution information of network equipment configuration problem is characterized in that each network equipment is correspondingly coupled with a repairing device in a distributed network, each repairing device stores a unique corresponding expert database, and each expert database stores solution information of at least one configuration problem; executing by a repairing device corresponding to a faulty network device, for the repairing device corresponding to the faulty network device, determining a configuration problem of the faulty network device according to device information corresponding to the faulty network device, where the repairing device collects device information of the faulty network device, where the device information is various information for analyzing the configuration problem, including ip address information, default gateway, domain name and domain name server, port attribute, and mac address table, and the device information is configuration information and running state information; the repairing device is correspondingly coupled with the network equipment with the fault, and the configuration problem of the current fault is determined according to the collected equipment information;
the solution information determining method includes:
responding to the received configuration problem corresponding to the fault network equipment, and executing a searching operation, wherein the searching operation comprises searching whether solution information corresponding to the configuration problem is stored in an expert database corresponding to the searching operation;
If not, the configuration problem is sent to at least one other repairing device, the other repairing device and the currently searched repairing device form an association relation, and the other repairing device executes the searching operation until the currently searched repairing device searches out corresponding solution information from an expert database corresponding to the other repairing device; the association relation comprises a hierarchical association relation which can embody the priority of the solution information;
the configuration problem refers to the problem that the network cannot be connected due to unconfiguration, configuration error or configuration loss of the network device, and the unconfiguration refers to the initial state of the network device just after delivery or recovery from delivery.
2. The solution information determining method for a network device configuration problem according to claim 1, further comprising:
if all repairing devices do not search the solution information of the configuration problem corresponding to the fault network equipment, inputting the configuration problem into a preset machine learning model to generate corresponding solution information, wherein the machine learning model is established based on the historical configuration problem and the corresponding solution information.

the solution information is transmitted to other repair devices associated with the failed network apparatus-coupled repair device such that the other repair devices receive the solution information and store it in their own knowledge base.

A solution information determining device for network equipment configuration problems, wherein each network equipment is correspondingly coupled with a repairing device in a distributed network, each repairing device stores a unique corresponding expert database, and each expert database stores solution information of at least one configuration problem; executing by a repairing device corresponding to a faulty network device, for the repairing device corresponding to the faulty network device, determining a configuration problem of the faulty network device according to device information corresponding to the faulty network device, where the repairing device collects device information of the faulty network device, where the device information is various information for analyzing the configuration problem, including ip address information, default gateway, domain name and domain name server, port attribute, and mac address table, and the device information is configuration information and running state information; the repairing device is correspondingly coupled with the network equipment with the fault, and the configuration problem of the current fault is determined according to the collected equipment information;
