The difference from example 5 is: as shown in fig. 11, the contact surfaces of the outer end plate body 21, the inner end plate body 31 and the pipe body 111 are provided with placing grooves 1110 corresponding to the ports of the pipe body 111.
The communication maintenance system of this embodiment, when passing cables through the environmental bulkhead plate: when the pipe body 111 is assembled with the outer end plate body 21 and the inner end plate body 31, the pipe body 111 and the placement groove 1110 are both coated with adhesive and then assembled.
Claims (10)
1. A communication maintenance system for aircraft testing comprises a maintenance kit and a sealing and heat-insulating assembly for carrying out sealing and heat-insulating treatment on the maintenance kit; the maintenance kit comprises a sleeve assembly (1) capable of penetrating through an environment cabin wall plate, an outer end plate assembly (2) capable of being installed on the outer wall of the environment cabin wall plate and connected with one end of the sleeve assembly (1), and an inner end plate assembly (3) capable of being installed on the inner wall of the environment cabin wall plate and connected with the other end of the sleeve assembly (1); the cable protection sleeve assembly is characterized in that the sleeve assembly (1) comprises a sleeve body (11), a telescopic sleeve net (12) movably arranged in the sleeve body (11) and a protection sleeve (13) used for protecting a cable;
the sleeve body (11) comprises a pipe body (111) and mounting rings (112) arranged at two end ports of the pipe body (111); a plurality of through holes are uniformly arranged on the mounting ring (112);
the telescopic sleeve net (12) comprises a sleeve body (121) positioned inside the pipe body (111) and a plurality of pull wires (122) used for contracting the sleeve body (121); one ends of the pull wires (122) are uniformly arranged at the left end and the right end of the mesh sleeve body (121), and the other ends of the pull wires can penetrate through the through holes one by one;
the protective sleeve (13) penetrates through the pipe body (111) and is placed in the mesh sleeve body (121), and the protective sleeve (13) can be tightly attached to the outer side wall of the cable through contraction of the mesh sleeve body (121);
the outer end plate assembly (2) comprises an outer end plate body (21) movably connected with one end of the pipe body (111) and an aperture regulator (22) movably arranged on the outer end plate body (21) and used for allowing a cable to pass through;
the inner end plate component (3) comprises an inner end plate body (31) movably connected with the other end of the pipe body (111) and a plug device (32) movably arranged on the inner end plate body (31) and used for penetrating through a cable;
the sealing and heat-insulating assembly comprises a first sealing and heat-insulating piece (4) which can be arranged between the outer wall of the pipe body (111) and the environmental chamber wall plate, a filling piece (5) which is arranged between the outer wall of the protective sleeve (13) and the inner wall of the pipe body (111) and a second sealing and heat-insulating piece (6) which is arranged on the inner side of the inner end plate assembly (3).
2. The communication maintenance system for aircraft testing according to claim 1, wherein the contact surfaces of the outer end plate body (21), the inner end plate body (31) and the pipe body (111) are provided with placing grooves (1110) corresponding to the ports of the pipe body (111).
3. An aircraft test communication maintenance system according to claim 1, characterized in that the cross-section of the outer end plate body (21) and the inner end plate body (31) is circular or regular polygon.
4. The communication maintenance system for aircraft testing according to claim 1, characterized in that said protective sheath (13) comprises, from inside to outside, an inner sheath (131), a woven layer (132), and a waterproof layer (133).

The communication maintenance system for aircraft testing of claim 1, wherein the aperture adjuster (22) employs a first aperture adjuster (221); the first aperture regulator (221) comprises a first base pipe (2211) which can be movably arranged on the outer end plate body (21) and 3-8 threading pads (2212) which are uniformly arranged inside the first base pipe (2211).

The communication maintenance system for aircraft testing of claim 1, wherein the aperture adjuster (22) employs a second aperture adjuster (222); the second aperture adjuster (222) comprises a second base pipe (2221) which can be movably arranged on the outer end plate body (21), two mounting pads (2222) which are arranged inside the second base pipe (2221), a pressing ring (2223) which is arranged between the two mounting pads (2222), two pressing blocks (2224) which are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the pressing ring (2223), and two adjusting bolts (2225) which respectively penetrate through the upper surface and the lower surface of the second base pipe (2221) and are respectively and movably connected with the two pressing blocks (2224).
7. The communication maintenance system for aircraft testing according to claim 1, wherein the packer (32) comprises a packer body (321) and a conduit (322) which is sleeved on the packer body (321) and used for placing a cable.

The communication maintenance system for aircraft testing according to claim 1, wherein the first sealing and heat-insulating member (4) comprises a first air-tight coating (41), a first heat-insulating layer (42), a second air-tight coating (43), a second heat-insulating layer (44) and a third air-tight coating (45) in sequence from inside to outside; the first heat-insulating layer (42) is connected to the outer wall of the pipe body (111) through the first airtight coating (41), the second heat-insulating layer (44) is connected to the first heat-insulating layer (42) through the second airtight coating (43), and the third airtight coating (45) is used for connecting the second heat-insulating layer (44) with an environmental cabin wall plate.

The communication maintenance system for aircraft testing according to claim 1, wherein the filling member (5) comprises a filling layer (51) filled in the pipe body (111) and located between the cable and the inner wall of the pipe body (111), and sealant layers (52) filled at the ports of the pipe body (111) and located at two sides of the filling layer (51).
10. A maintenance method for a communication maintenance system for aircraft testing according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, punching holes on the environmental cabin wall plate;
s2, mounting a first sealing heat-preservation component (4) on the sleeve assembly (1) and then plugging the first sealing heat-preservation component into the hole punched in the step S1;
s3, sequentially passing the cable through the inner end plate assembly (3), the sleeve assembly (1) and the outer end plate assembly (2);
s4, after the protective sleeve (13) is tightly attached to the inner wall of the cable, the filling piece (5) is filled between the protective sleeve (13) and the pipe body (111);
s5, respectively installing the outer end plate assembly (2) and the inner end plate assembly (3) on the environmental cabin wall plate;
s6, wrapping the second sealing and heat-preserving piece (6) at the position of the stopper (32).
