Detailed Description
Please refer to fig. 1 first. The invention provides an anti-loss transmission device set, which can be provided with two anti-loss transmission devices. One type of loss-resistant transmission device may be an electronic device 10, and another type of loss-resistant transmission device may be a wire assembly 20.
Please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3 together. The electronic device 10 may have a device circuit board 11 and a fixing member 12. The device circuit board 11 is formed with a plurality of metal electrodes 110, which serve as female terminals of the device circuit board 11. In other words, the electronic device 10 and the wire assembly 20 may be connected without an additional connector.
The fixing component 12 is disposed on the device circuit board 11 and has a base 121, a metal cover 122, a locking member 123, and an abutting portion 124. The base 121 and the metal cover 122 are both fixed on the device circuit board 11, and in this embodiment, the metal cover 122 is sleeved on the base 121 and electrically connected to the device circuit board 11. The metal cap 122 and the metal electrode 110 of the device circuit board 11 form a plug space 125 therebetween, in other words, the metal cap 122 shields the metal electrode 110, but is spaced apart from the metal electrode 110. In this embodiment, the metal cover 122 may be formed with at least one fastening slot 1220, but not limited thereto.
Please refer to fig. 4. The engaging member 123 is used for engaging the wire assembly 20 in the inserting space 125. The engaging piece 123 is rotatably provided on the base 121, and is thereby pivotable with respect to the metal cover 122. The engaging member 123 has at least one positioning portion 1231, at least one engaging portion 1232, and two limiting members 1233. The engaging member 123 can rotate to make the positioning portion 1231 fit into the engaging groove 1220 of the metal cover 122, so as to fix the engaging member 123 and prevent the engaging member 123 from pivoting again.
Please refer to fig. 2 and 5. The wire assembly 20 may have a wire body 21 and a male connector 22. The wire body 21 has a plurality of wires 210. The male connector 22 is disposed at an end of the wire body 21 and can be selectively located in the plugging space 125 of the electronic device 10. When the male end connector 22 is inserted into the inserting space 125, the engaging member 123 of the fixing element 12 can engage the male end connector 22, so as to electrically connect the wire assembly 20 and the electronic device 10. The male connector 22 has a housing 221, a plurality of resilient pieces 222, a connecting rod 223, and a protective frame 224.
The housing 221 has two long side surfaces parallel to the device circuit board 11 of the electronic device 10 and two short side surfaces connected to the edges of the two long side surfaces, so that the housing 221 has a substantially flat quadrilateral shape. The housing 221 has at least one fixing groove 2211 and two limiting grooves 2212. The fixing groove 2211 is formed at one of the long side surfaces, and particularly, the long side surface away from the device circuit board 11. Two limiting grooves 2212 are formed on the short side surfaces respectively.
Please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 8 to fig. 10. When the positioning portion 1231 of the engaging member 123 of the fixing assembly 12 is inserted into the engaging groove 1220 of the metal cover 122, the engaging portion 1232 of the engaging member 123 is inserted into the fixing groove 2211 of the casing 221, and the two limiting members 1233 of the engaging member 123 are inserted into the two limiting grooves 2212 of the casing 221. The engaging portion 1232 is inserted into the fixing groove 2211, so that the engaging member 123 can fix the male connector 22 of the wire assembly 20 and prevent the male connector 22 from being separated from the device circuit board 11. The position of the male connector 22 relative to the device circuit board 11 can be determined by the positioning element 1233 being inserted into the positioning slot 2212, and the male contacts on the male connector 22 are aligned with and positively abut the female contacts on the device circuit board 11. In other embodiments, a groove may be formed on the engaging member 123 and a protrusion may be formed on the shell 221 of the male connector 22, so as to fix and position the male connector 22.
Please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 5 to 7. The elastic pieces 222 are respectively welded with the wires 210, so that no circuit board is arranged between the elastic pieces 222 and the wire body 21. The elastic sheet 222 is used as a male terminal contact to abut against the female terminal contact to form an electrical connection. In this embodiment, the elastic sheet 222 can be elastically bent toward the device circuit board 11, so that when the male connector 22 is fixed by the engaging member 123, the elastic sheet 222 can be reliably abutted against the metal electrode 110 on the device circuit board 11.
Specifically, each elastic sheet 222 has a first end and a second end, the first end is connected to one of the wires 210 of the wire body 21, and each elastic sheet 222 is bent with the first end as a fixed point, so that the second end can move relative to the metal electrode 110. In this embodiment, the second end of each elastic sheet 222 is fixedly disposed on the connecting rod 223 of the male connector 22, so as to connect the elastic sheets 222 to evenly distribute the stress on the elastic sheets 222, and to enable the elastic sheets 222 to bend at the same angle when bending. The protective frame 224 surrounds the elastic sheet 222 and the connecting rod 223, thereby preventing the elastic sheet 222 from being excessively bent by an unexpected external force and being damaged.
When the male connector 22 is inserted into the plugging space 125, the second end of the elastic piece 222 or the connecting rod 223 located on the second end of the piece abuts against the abutting portion 124 of the fixing element 12 of the electronic device 10, and the abutting portion 124 can push the elastic piece 222 towards the device circuit board 11, so that the elastic piece 222 can be reliably abutted against the metal electrode 110 to form an electrical connection. For example, one or both of the connecting bar 223 and the abutting portion 124 have a slope for guiding the connecting bar 223 to move toward the device circuit board 11 when abutting. In other embodiments, the connecting rod 223 may not be provided, and the abutting portion 124 directly pushes against the elastic sheet 222.
In summary, the present invention provides two types of anti-loss transmission devices, one is an electronic device 10 for plugging and the other is a wire assembly 20 for plugging, and the electronic device 10 and the wire assembly 20 can be connected to form an anti-loss transmission device set.
When the wire assembly 20 is to be connected to the electronic device 10, the engaging member 123 of the fixing assembly 12 of the electronic device 10 is first opened (as shown in fig. 6), and then the male end connector 22 of the wire assembly 20 is inserted into the inserting space 125 (as shown in fig. 7) in the metal cover 122. At this time, the connecting rod 223 of the male connector 22 abuts against the abutting portion 124 of the fixing element 12, so as to force the elastic sheet 222 (i.e. the male contact) to bend toward the device circuit board 11 and abut against the metal electrode 110 (i.e. the female contact) respectively to form electrical connection. Then, the engaging member 123 is further fastened (as shown in fig. 8), so that the engaging portion 1232 of the engaging member 123 is inserted into the fixing groove 2211 of the male connector 22, and the limiting member 1233 of the engaging member 123 is inserted into the limiting groove 2212 of the male connector 22, thereby not only preventing the male connector 22 from being pulled out of the inserting space 125, but also allowing the elastic piece 222 to be aligned with the metal electrode 110 by clamping the male connector 22 with the limiting member 1233, so as to form an electrical connection reliably. In other embodiments, the elastic pieces 222 may be bent in advance instead of being bent when the male connector 22 is inserted into the insertion space 125, as long as the elastic pieces 222 can be reliably abutted against the metal electrodes 110.
In the electronic device 10 of the present invention, the socket is not provided, and the circuit board is not additionally provided as the female terminal, but the device circuit board 11 of the electronic device 10 itself is directly used as the female terminal. Thus, losses at the primary element junctions are reduced in the electronic device 10. Similarly, in the wire assembly 20 of the present invention, the circuit board is not additionally disposed in the male connector 22 to connect the elastic piece 222 and the wire 210 of the wire body 21, but the elastic piece 222 is directly connected to the wire 210 of the wire body 21 and serves as a male contact. Thus, losses at the primary element junctions are also reduced in the wire assembly 20. In other words, in the loss-resistant transmission device of the present invention, no matter the electronic device 10 or the wire assembly 20, the loss at the primary element contact position is reduced compared to the prior art. In other words, the electronic device 10 and the wire assembly 20 can be combined with the anti-loss transmission device set without providing connectors, thereby reducing the loss at the two junctions. Therefore, the invention can effectively prevent the attenuation during signal transmission and ensure the stability of the signal quality under the high-frequency transmission of the signal. In addition, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) can be effectively reduced by the metal cover 122 of the fixing component 12 of the electronic device 10 and the housing 221 of the wire component 20.
