In connection with the above embodiments it can be seen that: the invention takes multi-sensor data as data input of the whole process, wherein the multi-sensor comprises but is not limited to mechanical three-dimensional laser radar, solid laser radar, single/binocular industrial camera, wide-angle camera, inertial navigation, ultrasonic wave, differential GPS and other common automatic driving sensors; the data sources of the multiple sensors include and are not limited to channels of self-driving acquisition, map business data purchase, road side unit acquisition, real vehicle road test and the like, and the test coverage and the truth of the simulation scene library are effectively guaranteed;
in order to ensure the construction truth of the three-dimensional model of the simulation scene, the overall traffic element distribution of the whole scene is comprehensively sensed by utilizing multi-sensor data to the maximum extent; therefore, the method adopts a data tight coupling fusion mode, utilizes the laser radar and inertial navigation to estimate the self pose change in real time, generates a map key frame, introduces global position information of a GPS according to a certain frequency to carry out global error elimination calculation, and ensures the accuracy of global scene mapping; based on the output result of the three-dimensional scene map building, the octree structure is utilized to simplify the compression process of the three-dimensional scene point cloud map, a two-dimensional scene plane compression map is output, and then the three-dimensional scene model building is carried out according to the map;
the invention also designs a data labeling tool which is designed and researched based on a WebGL framework and supports functions of joint labeling, automatic interpolation labeling and the like of multi-sensor data; the used multi-sensor data needs to be subjected to two pre-treatments of time synchronization and external parameter combined calibration, the marking accuracy of dynamic and static traffic elements is guaranteed to the maximum extent in a mode of simultaneously marking multi-source data and observing data at multiple angles, and meanwhile, automatic interpolation marking is added, so that the continuity of marking tracks of the dynamic traffic elements is guaranteed;
in order to avoid repeatedly importing a three-dimensional scene model into a simulation software platform for verification and improving scene building efficiency, a two-dimensional scene compression map and static traffic element marking data of intermediate output data generated in a data injection process are imported into three-dimensional model making software such as 3DMax and the like to serve as a basic design drawing for scene building; selecting or building a three-dimensional model with the closest reduction degree from a model library according to the type and size position information of the labeled data, adjusting the size of the model and adding the adjusted model to a corresponding position; by the method, the three-dimensional model is continuously added into the scene, and finally the high-reduction-degree building work of the whole scene is realized.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units and modules by functions, respectively. Of course, the functions of the units and modules may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware when the present application is implemented.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method described in the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present application.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely schematic, where the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on multiple network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
The application is operational with numerous general purpose or special purpose computing system environments or configurations. For example: personal computers, server computers, hand-held or portable devices, tablet-type devices, multiprocessor systems, microprocessor-based systems, set top boxes, programmable consumer electronics, network PCs, minicomputers, mainframe computers, distributed computing environments that include any of the above systems or devices, and the like.
The application may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. The application may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A real driving scene simulation method based on Carla is characterized in that the simulation injection method comprises the following steps:
calibrating and time synchronizing internal and external parameters among a plurality of sensors based on a multi-sensor data acquisition platform;
constructing a three-dimensional space map of a real scene, and extracting road network data of scene roads;
labeling and separating the dynamic and static traffic elements in the real driving scene, and outputting the local spatial position and type of the dynamic and static traffic elements in the real scene;
and generating a simulation scene file, reproducing the real driving scene, and storing the simulation scene file as a simulation scene library file which can be imported into a Carla simulation software platform.
2. The carra-based real driving scene simulation method according to claim 1, wherein the sensors carried by the multi-sensor data acquisition platform specifically comprise: mechanical three-dimensional lidar, solid state lidar, mono/binocular industrial cameras, wide angle cameras, inertial navigation, ultrasonic and differential GPS.
3. The Carla-based real driving scene simulation method according to claim 1, wherein in the process of constructing the three-dimensional space map of the real scene, the real scene three-dimensional map is constructed through a three-dimensional laser radar, inertial navigation data and GPS data, real-time self-pose estimation and key frame calculation are performed through a tightly coupled data fusion mode, accumulated errors are eliminated through the global pose of the GPS, key frames are spliced into a three-dimensional map model, a point cloud map model is generated, point cloud map data of the three-dimensional scene are obtained, the point cloud map is managed through an octree data structure, and the point cloud map is compressed to obtain a two-dimensional scene compressed plan.
4. The Carla-based simulation method for real driving scenes according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the steps of performing lane line and road surface feature detection based on data of a monocular industrial camera by using an algorithm frame of image processing or deep learning, obtaining two-dimensional plane data of the lane line and the road surface feature, forming three-dimensional lane line and road surface feature data with depth data, completing preliminary extraction of the lane network data, and importing the preliminarily extracted lane network data and road features into a three-dimensional scene editor.
5. The real driving scenario simulation method based on cara according to claim 1, characterized in that the static traffic elements comprise: the road traffic sign, the road curb, the traffic light, roadside greenbelt and roadside building, the dynamic traffic element includes pedestrian, motor vehicle, non-motor vehicle.
6. The Carla-based simulation method for real driving scenes according to claim 5, further comprising a data annotation tool for joint annotation and automatic interpolation annotation, wherein manual annotation is performed on point cloud data through a data annotation main interface, and the annotation result is automatically mapped to RGB data of the monocular camera; and adjusting the selected marking frame in real time by observing the marking result and the point cloud marking result of the RGB data at the same time, wherein the adjusted marking frame completely comprises a marking object.
7. The Carla-based simulation method of real driving scenes according to claim 1, wherein generating a simulation scene file, reproducing the real driving scenes and saving as a simulation scene library file that can be imported into a Carla simulation software platform comprises two sub-processes:
constructing a three-dimensional model of a simulation scene by using a two-dimensional scene compression map marked with static traffic element position information and types and road network data;
and inserting the dynamic traffic elements according to the marked types and motion tracks of the dynamic traffic elements, and adding the FBX model data path to complete the construction of a complete simulation scene library file.
8. A real driving scene simulation system based on Carla is characterized in that the scene simulation system comprises:
the multi-sensor fusion acquisition module is used for calibrating and time synchronizing internal and external parameters among the sensors based on the multi-sensor data acquisition platform;
the scene three-dimensional map building module is used for building a three-dimensional space map of a real scene and extracting road network data of scene roads;
the dynamic and static traffic element labeling module is used for performing labeling separation on the dynamic and static traffic elements in the real driving scene based on multi-sensor fusion data and three-dimensional scene map data, and outputting the local spatial positions and types of the dynamic and static traffic elements in the real scene;
and the simulation scene file generation module is used for generating a simulation scene file, reproducing the real driving scene and storing the simulation scene file as a simulation scene library file which can be imported into the Carla simulation software platform.
9. An electronic device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory complete mutual communication through the communication bus; the memory has stored therein a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores a computer program executable by an electronic device, which, when run on the electronic device, causes the electronic device to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
