s1, receiving an oil unloading plan acquired by a handheld POS;
s2, receiving and judging inspection information uploaded by a driver based on the handheld POS and before oil discharge, and if the inspection information is not in problem, executing a step S3;
s3, timing the oil stabilizing operation before oil discharge of the oil tank truck, and judging whether the timing time reaches a first preset time, if so, executing the step S4;
s4, receiving and judging check information uploaded by a gas station personnel based on the handheld POS and before oil discharge, and if no problem exists, executing a step S5;
s5, timing oil stabilizing operation before oil discharge of the ground tank, and judging whether the timing time reaches second preset time, if so, executing step S6;
s6, receiving and judging operation information of the oil unloading equipment uploaded by a driver based on the handheld POS, if the operation information is not in problem, monitoring whether abnormal information exists in the oil unloading process in real time, and if the operation information is not in problem, executing a step S7;
s7, judging whether the information of oil unloading completion uploaded by the driver based on the handheld POS is received, if so, recording the oil unloading end time and counting the oil unloading duration;
s8, timing the oil stabilizing operation after oil is discharged from the ground tank, and judging whether the timing time reaches a third preset time, if so, executing the step S9;
s9, acquiring liquid level information of the ground tank, automatically calculating pre-oil-collecting data and loss, and uploading the pre-oil-collecting data and the loss obtained through calculation to a station-level system of the gas station for auditing.
2. The method for controlling oil collection and oil discharge based on handheld POS according to claim 1, wherein the step S2 is preceded by the steps of:
judging whether the ground tank can receive and unload the oil product in the current oil tank truck, if so, executing step S3; if not, the predicted time length for pressing the vehicle is provided, early warning is carried out, and early warning information is automatically sent to a carrier/carrier scheduling, a sales company and a gas station.
