determining a management item corresponding to a management user and item information corresponding to the management item according to the user identification of the management user, analyzing the item information to determine a management item expert set corresponding to the management item and expert information corresponding to each expert in the management item expert set; the management project is a project pre-bound by a management user, the project information of the management project comprises expert information and expert information identifiers corresponding to all experts in charge of managing the project, and the management project expert set comprises one or more project-responsible experts;

an analysis module 304, configured to, when the determination module 302 determines that the information query content corresponding to the target expert does not meet the expert information query condition corresponding to the management user, analyze a degree of association between the management user and the target expert information base; the target expert information base is an expert information base except the expert information base corresponding to the management user; the degree of association depends on certain factors including a management user factor, a project factor, and an expert factor.
The judging module 302 is further configured to judge whether the association degree is greater than or equal to a predetermined association degree threshold, and when the judgment result is yes, judge whether the information query content corresponding to the target expert meets the expert information query condition corresponding to the management user in the target expert information base according to the user identifier of the management user and the information query content corresponding to the target expert.
Therefore, the implementation of the device described in fig. 4 can also provide a function of performing expert information query in different expert information bases according to specific situations, and a diversified query mode of expert information is added, thereby being beneficial to improving the query accuracy, efficiency and reliability of expert information, further improving the management efficiency of expert information and the confidentiality of expert information, and improving the intelligence of the device.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:
an output instruction module 305, configured to output an information authority verification instruction when the information of the target expert includes expert full-time archive information; the type of the verification password corresponding to the information authority verification instruction comprises a biological password type and a non-biological password type.

1. A method for managing expert information, the method comprising:
detecting an information query instruction triggered by a management user aiming at a target expert, wherein the information query instruction comprises a user identifier of the management user and information query content corresponding to the target expert, and the information query instruction is used for requesting to query information corresponding to the target expert;
judging whether the information query content corresponding to the target expert meets the expert information query condition corresponding to the management user or not according to the user identification of the management user and the information query content corresponding to the target expert;
and when judging that the information query content corresponding to the target expert meets the expert information query condition corresponding to the management user, querying the information of the target expert in an expert information base corresponding to the management user according to the user identifier of the management user and the information query content corresponding to the target expert, and sending the information of the target expert to the management user.
2. The method for managing expert information according to claim 1, wherein before the determining whether the information query content corresponding to the target expert meets the expert information query condition corresponding to the administrative user according to the user identifier of the administrative user and the information query content corresponding to the target expert, the method further comprises:
when the character type comprises a Chinese character type, judging whether all characters in a surname information base have the same character as the first character in the information query content; the surname information base is used for storing characters corresponding to surnames in the common surnames;
and when judging that all characters in the surname information base have the characters which are the same as the first characters in the information query content, executing the operation of judging whether the information query content corresponding to the target expert meets the expert information query condition corresponding to the management user or not according to the user identification of the management user and the information query content corresponding to the target expert.

The method for managing expert information according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the information query content corresponding to the target expert satisfies the expert information query condition corresponding to the administrative user according to the user identifier of the administrative user and the information query content corresponding to the target expert comprises:
determining a management item corresponding to the management user and item information corresponding to the management item according to the user identifier of the management user, analyzing the item information, and determining a management item expert set corresponding to the management item and expert information corresponding to each expert in the management item expert set; the management project is a project pre-bound by the management user, the project information of the management project comprises expert information and expert information identifiers corresponding to all experts in charge of the management project, and the management project expert set comprises one or more project responsible experts;
determining a target expert information identifier corresponding to the information query content according to the information query content, and judging whether the item information corresponding to the management item contains the target expert and the target expert information identifier;
and when the judgment result is yes, determining that the information query content corresponding to the target expert meets the expert information query condition corresponding to the management user.

determining a user type corresponding to the management user according to the user identifier of the management user, wherein the user type corresponding to the management user comprises a first management user type or a second management user type;
determining expert information query conditions corresponding to the management user according to the user type, analyzing the information query content to obtain character information corresponding to the information query content, wherein the character information comprises character types and character quantity; the character types comprise Chinese character types and non-Chinese character types;
and judging whether the character type and the character number included in the character information meet the expert information query condition corresponding to the management user, if so, determining that the information query content meets the expert information query condition.
5. The method for managing expert information according to claim 4, wherein said determining whether the character type and the number of characters included in the character information satisfy the expert information query condition corresponding to the administrative user comprises:
determining the number of characters in all characters of the information query content, which is consistent with the ordering relation between adjacent characters in an expert information base corresponding to the management user, and determining a corresponding character number threshold according to the user type and the character type; when the character types are different, the character quantity thresholds corresponding to the user types are different, and when the character types are the same, the character quantity threshold corresponding to the first user type is smaller than the character quantity threshold corresponding to the second user type;
judging whether the number of the characters is larger than or equal to the corresponding threshold value of the number of the characters;
and when the judgment result is yes, determining that the character type and the character number included in the character information meet the expert information query condition corresponding to the management user.
6. The method for managing expert information according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
when the information query content corresponding to the target expert is judged not to meet the expert information query condition corresponding to the management user, analyzing the association degree between the management user and the target expert information base, and judging whether the association degree is greater than or equal to a predetermined association degree threshold value or not; the target expert information base is an expert information base except the expert information base corresponding to the management user; the degree of association depends on certain factors including a management user factor, a project factor, and an expert factor;
and if so, judging whether the information query content corresponding to the target expert meets the expert information query condition corresponding to the management user in the target expert information base according to the user identification of the management user and the information query content corresponding to the target expert.
7. The method for managing expert information according to claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
when the information of the target expert comprises expert job-providing archive information, outputting an information authority verification instruction; the type of the verification password corresponding to the information authority verification instruction comprises a biological password type and a non-biological password type;
receiving a password aiming at the information authority verification instruction sent by the management user, and judging whether the password is consistent with a preset password threshold value aiming at the information authority verification instruction or not; the password is consistent with the password threshold value, and the corresponding content is consistent with the content format;
and if so, executing the operation of inquiring the information of the target expert in an expert information base corresponding to the management user according to the user identification of the management user and the information inquiry content corresponding to the target expert.
