Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some examples of the invention, and that for a person skilled in the art, other drawings and embodiments can be derived from them without inventive effort.
For the sake of simplicity, the drawings only schematically show the parts relevant to the present invention, and they do not represent the actual structure as a product. In addition, in order to make the drawings concise and understandable, components having the same structure or function in some of the drawings are only schematically depicted, or only one of them is labeled. In this document, "one" means not only "only one" but also a case of "more than one".
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a wearable device finding method includes:
step S100, receiving and storing the position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship; the position information includes the current position of the monitored person terminal, and is transmitted by the monitored person terminal only when the monitored person terminal and the wearable device of the monitored person are in a connected state.
Specifically, the guardian terminal and the person under guardianship terminal refer to wireless communication devices such as a smart phone and a smart watch/bracelet which are convenient for users to carry about. For example, a child and other people under guardianship, a common terminal is a smart watch, and a common wearable device is a wireless earphone which is used in cooperation with the smart watch and adopts a short-distance communication protocol (such as bluetooth, Zigbee and the like); the guardian is a corresponding parent, and most of guardian terminals are smart phones.
The guardian terminal and the monitored person terminal have a binding relationship. Those skilled in the art can understand that having the binding relationship means that the guardian terminal is a terminal having a right to receive the position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship.
The person under guardianship terminal has a gps (global Positioning system) function and can acquire the position of the person under guardianship. The location of the person under guardianship terminal may be its GPS location.
The terminal of the person under guardianship and the wearable device of the person under guardianship follow a short-distance communication protocol, so that the terminal of the person under guardianship and the wearable device of the person under guardianship can be successfully connected only within an effective distance range; when the distance between the two exceeds the effective distance, the two are generally disconnected.
When the terminal of the person under guardianship is in a connected state with the wearable device of the person under guardianship (i.e. both are in a successful connection), the location of the terminal of the person under guardianship can be considered to be consistent with the location of the wearable device of the person under guardianship.
When the terminal of the person under guardianship is in a connection state with the wearable device of the person under guardianship, the terminal of the person under guardianship sends out position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship; when the two are in the off state, the terminal of the person under guardianship does not need to send the position information of the person under guardianship, so that the electric quantity of the terminal of the person under guardianship can be saved.
In order to further reduce the communication flow with the guardian terminal, when the terminal is in a connection state with the wearable device of the monitored person, the terminal of the monitored person can send out position information at regular time, and the regular interval can be set according to experience.
The guardian terminal receives and stores the position information of the monitored person terminal in real time. By acquiring the position information of the continuous monitored person terminal, the method is equivalent to acquiring the moving track of the wearable device of the monitored person.
Step S200, when the wearable device of the person under guardianship is found to be lost, determining a lost area of the wearable device according to the stored position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship.
Specifically, when the person under guardianship discovers that the wearable device of the person under guardianship is lost, or the guardian discovers that the wearable device of the person under guardianship is lost, the lost area of the wearable device is determined according to the position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship, which is stored in the terminal of the guardian.
Optionally, according to the stored position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship, the latest position information is obtained; and determining a lost area of the wearable device according to the latest position information.
Taking wearable equipment as a bluetooth headset as an example, the position information of the monitored person terminal stored by the guardian terminal may be records of multiple independent connection processes.
For example, a child goes to school in the morning, wears earphones on a bus to listen to music, stops at school, and puts in a schoolbag after collecting the earphones; after going to school in the afternoon, the user wears the earphones to listen to music on the way home, stops listening to the music when the user arrives at home, throws the earphones at any time, and finds that the earphones are not known when the earphones need to be used later. Correspondingly, the guardian terminal has 2 sections of position information records which respectively correspond to the use of the morning time period and the use of the afternoon time period.
When finding that the earphone can not be found, the position information recorded last time is obtained from the stored position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship, and the position information recorded last time is also obtained. The last time the position information is at home, the lost area of the headset can be determined to be at home, so the headset is searched at home.
In the embodiment, based on the contact between the wearable device of the person under guardianship and the terminal of the person under guardianship and the contact between the terminal of the person under guardianship and the terminal of the guardianship, the position information of the wearable device of the person under guardianship is indirectly tracked by tracking the position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship at the terminal of the guardianship, when the wearable device of the person under guardianship is lost, the lost area of the wearable device of the person under guardianship can be quickly positioned by means of the terminal of the guardianship, and the lost wearable device can be quickly found.
Another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, is a wearable device finding method, including:
step S100, receiving and storing the position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship; the position information includes the current position of the monitored person terminal, and is transmitted by the monitored person terminal only when the monitored person terminal and the wearable device of the monitored person are in a connected state.
Specifically, the person under guardianship terminal has a GPS function and can acquire the position of the person under guardianship. The position of the person under guardianship terminal is its GPS position.
When the terminal of the person under guardianship is in a connected state with the wearable device of the person under guardianship, the position of the terminal of the person under guardianship can be considered to be consistent with the position of the wearable device of the person under guardianship.
The position information of the person under guardianship terminal is only sent by the person under guardianship terminal when the person under guardianship terminal is in a connection state with the wearable device of the person under guardianship. In order to further reduce the communication flow with the guardian terminal, the guardian terminal can send out the position information of the guardian terminal at regular time, and the regular time interval can be set according to experience.
The guardian terminal receives and stores the position information of the monitored person terminal in real time. By acquiring the position information of the continuous monitored person terminal, the method is equivalent to acquiring the moving track of the wearable device of the monitored person.
Step S210, when the wearable device of the person under guardianship is found to be lost, obtaining the latest position information according to the stored position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship;
step S220 determines a lost area of the wearable device according to the latest location information.
Specifically, when a person under guardianship discovers that the wearable device of the person under guardianship is lost, or a guardian discovers that the wearable device of the person under guardianship is lost, the latest position information is acquired from the stored position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship; and determining a lost area of the wearable device according to the latest position information.
According to the embodiment, the position information of the wearable device of the monitored person is indirectly tracked and recorded by tracking and recording the position information of the monitored person terminal at the guardian terminal, so that when the wearable device of the monitored person is lost, the lost area of the wearable device of the monitored person can be quickly positioned by means of the guardian terminal, and the lost wearable device can be quickly found.
Another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, is a wearable device finding method, including:
step S110, receiving position information of a terminal of a person under guardianship; the position information includes the current position of the monitored person terminal, and is transmitted by the monitored person terminal only when the monitored person terminal and the wearable device of the monitored person are in a connected state.
And step S120, circularly storing the position information of the monitored person terminal by adopting a buffer area with a fixed size.
Specifically, the person under guardianship terminal has a GPS function and can acquire the position of the person under guardianship. The position of the person under guardianship terminal is its GPS position.
In order to further reduce the communication flow with the guardian terminal, the monitored person terminal can monitor the connection signal strength between the monitored person terminal and the wearable equipment of the monitored person, and send out the position information of the monitored person terminal when the connection signal strength is lower than the average signal strength by a certain threshold value.
The guardian terminal receives the position information of the monitored person terminal in real time, and circularly stores the position information of the monitored person terminal by adopting a buffer area with a fixed size. The cyclic storage means that old data is covered by new data, so that the size of a cache region can be controlled, the storage requirement on a guardian terminal is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
Step S210, when the wearable device of the person under guardianship is found to be lost, obtaining the latest position information according to the stored position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship;
step S221 determines a lost area of the wearable device according to the latest location information and the location information received within a preset range before the latest location information.
Specifically, when a person under guardianship discovers that the wearable device of the person under guardianship is lost, or a guardian discovers that the wearable device of the person under guardianship is lost, the latest position information is acquired from the stored position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship; the lost area of the wearable device is determined according to the latest position information and the previous position information of the latest position information (how many previous position information can be set according to experience). The search success rate of the wearable device can be improved by expanding the search range.
According to the embodiment, the position information of the monitored person terminal is circularly stored, so that the storage requirement on the monitor terminal is favorably reduced, and the cost is reduced; the search success rate of the wearable device is improved by expanding the search range.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a wearable device finding apparatus includes:
a receiving module 100, configured to receive location information of a terminal of a person under guardianship; the position information includes the current position of the monitored person terminal, and is transmitted by the monitored person terminal only when the monitored person terminal and the wearable device of the monitored person are in a connected state.
The storage module 200 is used for storing the position information of the terminal of the person under guardianship.
The position information of the person under guardianship terminal is only sent by the person under guardianship terminal when the person under guardianship terminal is in a connection state with the wearable device of the person under guardianship.
A positioning module 300, configured to, when the wearable device of the person under guardianship is found to be lost, obtain latest location information according to the stored location information of the terminal of the person under guardianship; and determining a lost area of the wearable device according to the latest position information and the position information received in a preset range before the latest position information.
