Abstract
The invention discloses an oil leakage detection optical cable and an oil leakage detection device, wherein the oil leakage detection optical cable comprises an optical cable outer sleeve, an outer sleeve fixing layer and light-conducting fibers; the oil leakage detection device comprises a light source emitting device, an oil leakage detection cable and an optical receiver. The working principle of the oil leakage detection optical cable and the oil leakage detection device is as follows: the light source emits light signals on one side of the optical cable, and the other side of the optical cable or the optical cable is provided with the light receiver; when oil contacts the outer sleeve of the optical cable, the outer sleeve absorbs the oil to be dissolved or becomes transparent, light in the light conduction fiber is transmitted at the position, the signal of the light receiver is weakened, and the position of oil leakage can be judged according to the weakened strength of the signal. The device has the advantages of high stability, accurate detection and simple device composition.

Background
Energy has been an important substance in relation to the steady development of human society, and petroleum products have been very important substances in the field of energy. The petroleum and petroleum product transportation pipeline is long, the storage equipment occupies a large area, the storage area is good in tightness, and the problems of environmental pollution and energy waste can be caused because the leakage is not easy to detect in the transportation or use process. Therefore, oil leakage detection techniques are particularly important.
The existing typical oil leakage detection cable comprises an oil absorption expansion main body, an optical fiber and a limiting ring, wherein when an oil leakage event occurs, the oil absorption expansion main body of the cable can be subjected to oil absorption expansion, and under the limiting effect of the limiting ring, the expansion main body extrudes the internal optical fiber, so that the optical fiber is refracted or scattered, an optical signal inside the optical fiber is changed, and an oil leakage area is detected. However, the existing oil leakage detection cable is relatively complex in structure, high in preparation difficulty and easy to increase detection cost, and the intensity change of an optical signal caused by refraction and scattering is relatively small, so that a false alarm phenomenon is easily caused.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:
in order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an oil leakage detection optical cable, which includes an optical cable jacket, an inner light-conducting fiber, and a jacket fixing layer.
When an oil leakage event occurs, the oil dissolves the outer sleeve of the optical cable or makes the outer sleeve transparent, and light in the optical fiber is transmitted at the oil leakage position, so that the light intensity is obviously reduced, and the occurrence of the oil leakage event and even the oil leakage position can be judged according to the intensity of the optical signal.
Further, the optical cable jacket is made of an oil-absorbing and dissolving or oil-absorbing transparent material, the jacket material includes but is not limited to polymers, inorganic non-metallic materials and natural materials, and the jacket can be one layer or multiple layers.
Further, the jacket fixing layer is made of a filamentous material, including but not limited to metal wires and plastic wires. The outer cover fixing layer may be absent or may be one or more layers.
Further, the light conducting fibers in the optical cable have the capability of conducting light, and the number of the light conducting fibers is one or more.
The invention also provides an oil leakage detection device which comprises the oil leakage detection optical cable, the light source transmitter connected with the optical cable and the optical receiver connected with the optical cable.

Furthermore, the oil leakage detection device absorbs oil and dissolves or becomes transparent by using the outer jacket material of the optical cable, so that light in the optical conduction fiber is transmitted from the oil leakage position, the signal of the optical receiver is weakened, and the occurrence and the position of an oil leakage event are judged.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Specifically, the optical cable jacket 1 can be determined according to the use environment and the cost requirement, and is beneficial to selecting a polypropylene nano fiber film jacket with the diameter of 5 mm; the material and the number of the light-transmitting fibers 2 can be determined according to the requirement of detection precision, for example, 4 polymethacrylate fibers with 2mm can be selected; the jacket fixing layer 3 may be determined according to the use condition of the material, for example, a nylon wire having a diameter of 1mm may be selected and wound around the outer layer of the cable jacket at intervals of 1 mm.
In addition to the oil leak detection cable described above, the present invention also provides an oil leak detection apparatus including an oil leak detection optical cable, including the oil leak detection optical cable described above, a light source transmitter 4 connected to the light-transmitting fiber 2, and a light receiver 5 connected to the light-transmitting fiber 2. The light source emitter emits a light source with fixed intensity, the optical signal value of the optical receiver is a fixed value in a normal state, and when an oil leakage event occurs, the optical signal of the optical receiver is obviously reduced, so that the occurrence of the oil leakage event and the oil leakage position are judged.

3. Oil leakage detection optical cable according to claim 1, characterized in that the jacket fixing layer (3) is a filamentous material including but not limited to metal wires, plastic wires, metal mesh, nylon mesh. The outer cover fixing layer may be absent or may be one or more layers.
4. An oil-leakage detection optical cable according to claim 1, wherein the light-conducting fibers (2) in the optical cable have the ability to conduct light, and the number of the light-conducting fibers is one or more.
5. An oil leakage detection apparatus, comprising an oil leakage detection cable according to any one of claims 1-4, a light source transmitter (4) connected to the cable, and a light receiver (5) connected to the cable.

7. Oil leakage detection device according to claim 5, characterized in that the optical receiver (5) connected to the optical cable is one or more.
