Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
The intelligent monitoring system of the environmental protection equipment is mainly applied to a scene that when a monitoring device in the existing environmental protection detection system is used, the monitored data is only sent to a server, the information of the monitor is not sent, and the related equipment cannot identify the identity information of the monitor.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the present embodiment provides an intelligent monitoring system for environmental protection equipment, including a monitoring module 1, a background server 13 and a monitoring center 12, where the monitoring module 1 includes a base station 4 and a plurality of monitors 2;
the base station 4 is used for sending verification instruction information to the monitors 2, the verification instruction information can be automatically sent to the monitors 2 in a message mode at regular time by the base station 4, and compared with the mode that the verification instruction information is sent to the monitors 2 by the background server 13, the distributed and intermittent verification is beneficial to improving the operation efficiency of the system, so that the server has more sufficient time to process other things in the system. The verification instruction information may be a certain character string, an event corresponding to the character string in the protocol between the base station 4 and the monitor 2 is a first data packet that the monitor 2 needs to transmit to the base station 4, for example, the character string is "03", an event corresponding to "03" in the protocol between the base station 4 and the monitor 2 is a first data packet that the monitor 2 needs to transmit to the base station 4, and the monitor 2 that receives and analyzes the verification instruction information transmits the first data packet to the corresponding base station 4.
The monitor 2 receives verification instruction information sent by the base station 4, and sends a first data packet to the base station 4, wherein the first data packet comprises operation data of the environmental protection equipment and an identification code of the monitor 2, the base station 4 compares the identification code of the monitor 2 in the first data packet with verification data in a local database of the base station 4 for verification, and generates verification information according to the verification information, and the base station 4 sends the verification information and the operation data of the environmental protection equipment to the background server 13 for storage;
the monitor 2 has a wireless communication function, the monitor 2 may specifically be one or more of a voltage sensor, a current sensor, a vibration sensor, an air quality detector, a liquid/gas flow detector, a power detector, and a rotation speed measuring device, the operation data may be one or more of voltage information, current information, rotation speed information, vibration information, and flow information, the operation data is data monitored by the monitor 2, for example, the monitor 2 is a voltage sensor, and the operation data monitored by the monitor 2 is voltage information. Monitor 2 has external, quick buckle formula installation mechanism for the operating data of generating environmental protection equipment, monitoring module 1's data acquisition and the environmental protection equipment control system of enterprise are independent each other, are convenient for realize closed-loop control consequently, and the security is higher.
The identification code of the monitor 2 is a segment of characters possessed by the monitor 2 when the monitor 2 leaves a factory, and can be a segment of characters composed of one or more of the information of the CPU module main chip ID, the ROM module main chip ID, the RAM module main chip ID and the analog-to-digital conversion module main chip ID of the monitor 2, and since each main chip has a unique chip ID, the chip ID is stored in a readable but not modifiable space inside the chip, and thus the chip ID has uniqueness, so that the identification code of each monitor 2 has uniqueness. Of course, the identification code of the monitor 2 may also be other characters that are customized as the unique identification of the monitor 2, and may be specifically selected according to the kind of the monitor 2 and/or the composition structure of the monitor 2. The verification data in the local database of the base station 4 includes preset data information corresponding to the identification code of the monitor 2, for example, if the identification code of the monitor 2 is the CPU module main chip ID of the monitor 2, the CPU module main chip ID of the monitor 2 is stored in the local database of the base station 4 as the verification data in advance.
The authentication information includes "YES" indicating that the authentication result is passed or "NO" indicating that the authentication result is not passed. Whether the monitor 2 is privately exchanged by the monitored enterprise is judged according to the comparison result of the identification codes of the monitor 2, for example, when the comparison result of the identification codes of the monitor 2 is consistent, the verification result is YES, which indicates that the monitor 2 is the designated monitor 2, the monitor 2 is not privately exchanged by the detected enterprise, and the data monitored by the monitor 2 is real data; if the comparison result is inconsistent, the verification result is "NO" which does not pass, it indicates that the monitor 2 is the non-designated monitor 2, the monitor 2 has been privately exchanged by the detected enterprise, and the data monitored by the monitor 2 is non-real data. Thus, the identity information of the monitor 2 is verified, and the authenticity of the data collected by the monitor 2 is distinguished.
The monitoring center 12 is configured to analyze and process the verification information and the operation data of the environmental protection device obtained from the background server 13, and perform different marking on the operation data of the environmental protection device corresponding to the verification information according to different verification results of the verification information, that is, the verification information and the operation data of the environmental protection device are a set of data having a corresponding relationship, for example, when the operation data is displayed through a large screen, the verification information is green indicating real data when the operation data is passed, and the verification information is red indicating non-real data when the operation data is not passed, so that a person can distinguish the two data when watching the operation data.
If the detected enterprise is to replace the monitor 2, the monitor 2 is moved to other nearby factories to monitor the normally-started environmental protection equipment, and the environmental protection equipment to be started in the enterprise is shut down, different factories in the satellite positioning system have different GPS positioning information, in a preferred embodiment, the first data packet further includes address information of the monitor 2, and the address information is automatically generated by a GPS positioning module installed inside the monitor 2 after receiving the verification instruction information sent by the base station 4.
When the base station 4 authenticates the monitor 2, the base station 4 compares the GPS positioning information of the monitor 2 in the analyzed first data packet with the GPS positioning information of the factory stored in the local database of the base station 4, and judges whether the monitor 2 is in the specified factory according to the comparison result; if the comparison result is consistent, the monitor 2 is located in the designated factory area, the verification result is passed, and the data monitored by the monitor 2 is real data; if the comparison result is not consistent, it indicates that the monitor 2 is not located in the factory, the verification result does not pass, and the data monitored by the monitor 2 is non-real data. By comparing and analyzing the address information of the monitor 2, whether the monitor 2 is in a normal monitoring state is further confirmed, so that whether the collected data is real data is confirmed, and non-real data is removed in subsequent data processing.
In the existing satellite positioning system, because the same factory area has the same GPS positioning information, if the monitor 2 is moved in the factory area to change the monitored object, the identification and verification cannot be performed through the GPS positioning information, in a preferred embodiment, the first data packet further includes positioning map information, and the positioning map information is generated by the wireless signal monitor 9 in the base station 4 through calculation by the WLAN positioning technology according to the received wireless signal sent by the monitor 2; the distance between the monitor 2 and the wireless signal monitor 9 is calculated by the wireless signal monitor 9 according to the strength of the wireless signal received by the monitor 2, for example, the value of the strength of the wireless signal received by the monitor 2 by the wireless signal monitor 9 is 40, the value of the distance between the monitor 2 and the wireless signal monitor 9 is 12 by the calculation of the WLAN positioning technology, the direction angle is calculated by the WLAN positioning technology, so as to obtain the plane coordinate information, generate the two-dimensional positioning map information with the base station 4 as the central point, and further identify the position of each monitor 2 in the plane coordinate, if the coordinate point calculated by the WLAN positioning technology is different from the coordinate point data of the monitor 2 stored in the local database of the base station 4, the verification result is determined as not passing; if the coordinate point calculated by the WLAN positioning technology is consistent with the coordinate point data of the monitor 2 stored in the local database of the base station 4, it is determined that the verification result is a pass.
The base station 4 may further determine, by combining the positioning map information, whether the monitor 2 is in a normal monitoring state (for example, whether the setting position of the monitor 2 is normal, whether the monitored object is correct, or not), for example, the monitoring enterprise places the monitor 2 for monitoring the environment-friendly device a around the environment-friendly device B in a normal working state within the GPS positioning range to which the factory floor belongs, and shuts down the environment-friendly device a that has lost monitoring, so that the monitored object of the monitor 2 is replaced, and at this time, the monitor 2 loses its due monitoring function. Because monitor 2 is closer than the satellite with this radio signal monitor 9's distance, lose in the transmission process between radio signal monitor 2 and this radio signal monitor 9 less, the wireless monitoring scope is more concrete, uses WLAN location technique to calculate this monitor 2 more concrete position, and then is convenient for carry out more detailed location through the location map to monitor 2, and whether more accurate judgement monitor 2's operating condition is normal.
Since the environment may affect the transmission of the wireless signal, such as rain and snow may obstruct the transmission of the wireless signal, and the calculated position of the monitor 2 is far away from the wireless signal monitor 9, and the error is large, in a preferred embodiment, the base station 4 further includes a temperature sensor 5 and a humidity sensor 6, the temperature sensor 5 is configured to acquire the temperature of the environment where the base station 4 is located, the humidity sensor 6 is configured to acquire the humidity of the environment where the base station 4 is located, when the environment temperature or humidity exceeds a preset range, the wireless signal monitor 9 adds a compensation value on the basis of the received and analyzed wireless signal intensity of the monitor 2, and generates new positioning map information according to the corrected data of the wireless signal intensity. For example, when it rains, the humidity sensor 6 detects that the humidity of the environment where the base station 4 is located exceeds the preset range, and at this time, the wireless signal received by the base station 4 and sent by the monitor 2 is weakened by the rainwater, so that the compensation value is increased on the basis that the wireless signal monitor 9 monitors the strength of the wireless signal sent by the monitor 2, and the positioning map information is regenerated according to the corrected wireless signal data. The compensation value is added, so that the influence of rainwater on the weakening of the wireless signal strength is reduced, the distance calculated according to the new wireless signal strength is more accurate, the generated positioning map information is more accurate, and whether the working state of the monitor 2 is normal or not is further accurately judged.
The compensation value may be a certain value, for example, the compensation value is set to 20, the compensation value may also be data obtained by the base station 4 querying a compensation table stored in a local database of the base station 4 according to the humidity measured by the humidity sensor 6, humidity values in different ranges correspond to different compensation values, and the compensation value increases correspondingly with the increase of the humidity, for example, when the humidity is 70% to 80%, the corresponding compensation value is 20; if the humidity is 80% -85%, the compensation value is 30, the calculated distance is more accurate through a gradient compensation mode, and then the positioning map information is more accurate.
In addition to influence of rain and snow weather on transmission of wireless signals, the wall can also play a role in blocking and weakening transmission of the wireless signals, an original wireless signal transmission environment can be changed when a wall is newly added or removed between the wireless signal monitor 9 and the monitor 2, in order to solve the problem that transmission of the wireless signals is changed when the wall is newly added or removed, in a preferred embodiment, a second judgment unit 8 is further arranged in the base station 4, the second judgment unit 8 comprises a second preset value and a monitoring probe used for shooting an environment picture, a current picture shot by the monitoring probe is compared with a historical picture collected by the monitoring probe, whether obstacles are added or reduced between the monitor 2 and the base station 4 is analyzed through comparison, first comparison information is generated according to a comparison result, the wireless signal monitor 9 adds or subtracts the second preset value on the basis of the obtained wireless signal strength of the monitor 2 according to the first comparison information, the wireless signal strength monitored by the monitor 9 is used for correcting the wireless signal strength sent by the monitor 2, a new positioning map is generated according to the corrected wireless signal strength, and the positioning map is further accurate in judging the working state of the monitor 2. For example, it is recognized by the AI technology of the monitoring probe that a wall is added between the monitor 2 and the base station 4, at this time, the first comparison information is "an obstacle is added", and a fixed value 30 is added as a compensation value on the basis of the strength value of the wireless signal sent by the monitor 2, which is measured by the wireless signal monitor 2, so as to reduce the influence of the wall on the weakening of the wireless signal, so that the strength value of the wireless signal participating in calculation is more accurate, and further, a more accurate distance is obtained, and further, the positioning map information is more accurate.
The obstacles obstructing the wireless signal transmission may be large plates or other objects obstructing the wireless signal transmission, such as protective boarding for building construction, and the obstructing degree of different objects on the wireless signal is different, so in a preferred embodiment, the second judging unit 8 further includes an identification module 10, the current picture is compared with the historical picture according to the identification module 10, and the second judging unit 8 adjusts the second preset value according to the types of the obstacles added or reduced in the picture taken by the monitoring probe obtained through analysis and the thickness of the obstacles (i.e., adjusts the initial value of the second preset value in combination with the actual situation).
The adjustment of the second preset value may be performed by querying a mapping relation table stored in the second determination unit 8 to obtain a numerical value, where the mapping relation table records the types, corresponding specifications, and corresponding numerical values of the obstacles, for example, the type of the newly added obstacle is a wall, the thickness of the obstacle photographed by the analysis monitoring probe is 20cm, the mapping relation table is queried according to the information of "wall-thickness 20cm" to obtain a corresponding numerical value 30, and the second preset value is 30 at this time; if the thickness of the wall body is 10cm, the corresponding numerical value is 20, the mapping relation table is inquired according to the information of wall body-thickness 10cm to obtain the corresponding numerical value of 20, and at the moment, the second preset value is 20; if a certain wall is reduced, the thickness of the monitoring probe is 20cm through analysis, the corresponding value is 30, and the second preset value is 30 at the moment, when the calculation is carried out, because the obstruction of the wall is reduced, the wireless signal transmission is smoother, therefore, the second preset value 30 needs to be subtracted on the basis that the wireless signal monitor 9 monitors the strength of the wireless signal sent by the monitor 2, and the value is added (-30) when the calculation is carried out, so that the second preset value is adjusted according to the actual situation to revise the strength value of the wireless signal sent by the monitor 2 and measured by the wireless signal monitor 9, the calculation result is more accurate, and the working state of the monitor 2 is further accurately judged.
In the verification information generated by the base station 4, the identification code, the address information and the positioning map information of the monitor 2 need to be compared respectively, and the comparison results are compared with the obtained result to be used as the verification information output by the base station 4 to the background server 13, that is, only when all verification item results are passed, the final verification result is passed, otherwise, the final verification result is failed.
In practical application, because some unexpected situations cause the base station 4 and the background server 13 to be unable to communicate, if the base station 4 is not provided with a temporary storage device, the running data of the environmental protection equipment uploaded by the monitor 2 is lost, in a preferred embodiment, the base station 4 is provided with a temporary storage unit 7 for storing the temporary data when the base station 4 and the background server 13 cannot communicate with each other, wherein the temporary data comprises the running data of the environmental protection equipment collected by the monitor 2 during the period of unable to communicate with the server and the verification information of the monitor 2, and when the communication between the base station 4 and the background server 13 is resumed, the base station 4 uploads the stored temporary data to the background server 13, so as to reduce the data loss; the background server 13 checks the operation record of the temporary storage unit 7, and is used for judging whether the temporary data stored in the temporary storage unit 7 is tampered during the period that the base station 4 cannot communicate with the background server 13; the judgment method is as follows: when the communication is disconnected, the temporary storage records a recording time node written by a first data packet, the background server 13 records an disconnection time node when the signal of the base station 4 is interrupted, when the base station 4 recovers the communication with the background server 13, the background server 13 checks whether the first time node recorded in the temporary storage unit 7 is consistent with the disconnection time node, if so, the temporary data is not tampered, and the verification is passed; otherwise, the verification is not passed, and the corresponding temporary data is non-real data.
In addition, the mechanism for the backend server 13 to check whether the data recorded in the temporary storage unit 7 is continuous in time is as follows: checking whether the data writing interval time between two adjacent first data packets in the temporary storage unit 7 is consistent with the acquisition interval time of the monitor 2, if so, judging that the data writing interval time is continuous, further indicating that the temporary data is not tampered, and verifying that the data passes; if not, the data is judged to be discontinuous, and the data is marked as non-real data.
After the base station 4 completely uploads the temporary data stored in the temporary storage unit 7 to the background server 13, the temporary data stored in the temporary storage unit 7 is emptied, so as to store subsequent data.
In a preferred embodiment, the monitoring system further comprises a terminal 11, the terminal 11 comprises a mobile phone, a computer, an industrial personal computer and a tablet, the mobile phone is loaded with and runs the monitoring system software, and the recording time of the temporary storage unit 7 is not less than 15 days.
