Referring to fig. 1-8, a textile dryer comprises a box body 1 and a first bearing 8, a hot air pipe 4 is communicated with the bottom end of the box body 1, a hot air blower 5 is connected to the end portion of the hot air pipe 4, a top cover 6 is in threaded connection with the top end of the box body 1, an overhead frame 7 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the lower end of the box body 1, the upper end of the overhead frame 7 is rotatably connected with a longitudinal shaft 9 through the first bearing 8, a driven helical gear 10 is arranged on the outer wall of the middle portion of the longitudinal shaft 9, the driven gear 10 is connected with a driving mechanism, an even fan 17 is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the longitudinal shaft 9, a sleeve seat 18 is fixedly connected to the top end of the longitudinal shaft 9, a drying support 19 is mounted at the upper end of the sleeve seat 18 in a sleeved mode, and a plurality of tissue clamping plates 20 are inserted on the drying support 19.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 1, a plurality of sets of supporting legs 2 are symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the box body 1, the bottom ends of the supporting legs 2 are fixedly connected with a mounting seat 3, and the whole device can be stably fixed in a workshop by matching the supporting legs 2 with the mounting seat 3.
The hot air blower 5 is electrically connected with a power supply.
The exhaust nozzle is arranged in the middle of the top cover 6, and water vapor generated in the fabric drying process can be guided out through the arranged exhaust nozzle.
Referring to fig. 2, the driving mechanism includes a driving helical gear 11, a driving shaft 12, a second bearing 13, a motor support 14 and a driving motor 15, the driving helical gear 11 is in gear engagement with the driven helical gear 10, the front end of the driving helical gear 11 is fixedly connected to the driving shaft 12, the driving shaft 12 movably penetrates through the box body 1 and is rotatably connected to the motor support 14 through the second bearing 13, the front end of the driving shaft 12 is fixedly connected to the output end of the driving motor 15, the driving motor 15 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the box body 1 through the motor support 14, the driving motor 15 is electrically connected to a power source, the driving shaft 12 is driven to rotate by the driving motor 15, and then the driven helical gear 10 is driven to rotate through the driving helical gear 11 to realize uniform rotation of the fabric, and uniform heating of the fabric is ensured.
The driving mechanism further comprises a stability maintaining support 16, the outer wall of the rear end of the driving shaft 12 is rotatably connected with the lower end of the stability maintaining support 16, the top end of the stability maintaining support 16 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the overhead frame 7, and the stability of the driving shaft 12 can be improved through the stability maintaining support 16.
Referring to fig. 3, two sets of L-shaped slots 1801 are formed at the top end of the sleeve seat 18.
Referring to fig. 4 to 5, the drying rack 19 includes two sets of supporting pins 1901, two limiting pins 1902, an upper rack 1903, a pressing plate 1904, a pushing rod 1905, a finger pressing plate 1906, a first spring 1907 and a handle 1908, the limiting pins 1902 are symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides of the lower end of the supporting pins 1901, the supporting pins 1901 are inserted into the upper end of the sleeve seat 18, the two sets of limiting pins 1902 are respectively engaged with the two sets of L-shaped slots 1801, the upper rack 1903 is disposed with a plurality of sets of slots 19031 uniformly disposed on the outer wall of the upper end of the supporting pins 1901, the outer end of the upper rack 1903 is disposed with a cross sliding slot 19031, two sets of pin slots 19032 are symmetrically disposed on the two sides of the middle of the cross sliding slot 19031, the pressing plate 1904 is movably disposed in the pin slots 19032, the pushing rod 1905 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the pressing plate 1904 and slidably connected to the upper rack 1903, the outer end of the pushing rod 1905 is fixedly connected to the pressing plate 1906, the pushing rod 1905 is sleeved with the first spring 1907, the fabric can be conveniently taken and placed by inserting the support column 1901 into the upper end of the sleeve seat 18 and matching the two groups of limiting clamping pins 1902 with the two groups of L-shaped clamping grooves 1801 respectively.
