The fixing of the connecting female head 12 on the bottom shell 20 is facilitated by the provision of the mounting bracket 71.
Further, in this embodiment, two first pipelines 112 are provided, namely, a first liquid flowing pipe and a first air flowing pipe, and the connecting female heads 12 provided at the ends of the two first pipelines 112 are fixed on the same mounting bracket 71. That is, the first liquid passing tube and the first air passing tube corresponding to the evaporator 11 are respectively provided with a connecting female head 12, the end portions of the first liquid passing tube and the first air passing tube respectively pass through the guide window 31 to be connected with the corresponding connecting female head 12, and the two connecting female heads 12 are fixed on the same mounting bracket 71, and the two sides of the mounting bracket 71 are respectively fixed on the bottom shell 20 through the fasteners 72, so that the two sides of the mounting bracket 71 are connected stably. By adopting such an integrated arrangement manner, that is, by using only one mounting bracket 71, the number of the fasteners 72 can be reduced, and at the same time, the mounting bracket 71 is convenient to assemble, and only two sides of the mounting bracket 71 need to be fixed on the bottom shell 20 through one fastener 72 respectively.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, two first pipelines 112 are provided, which are a first liquid passing pipe and a first air passing pipe, respectively, and two mounting brackets 71 are provided, and the first pipelines 112, the connecting female head 12 and the mounting brackets 71 are provided in a one-to-one correspondence manner. That is, the first liquid passing tube and the first air passing tube corresponding to the evaporator 11 are respectively provided with a connecting female head 12, the end portions of the first liquid passing tube and the first air passing tube respectively pass through the guide window 31 to be connected with the corresponding connecting female head 12, and the two connecting female heads 12 are respectively fixed on the two mounting brackets 71, and both sides of each mounting bracket 71 are respectively fixed on the bottom case 20 through the fasteners 72, so that both sides of the mounting bracket 71 are stably connected. By adopting the split arrangement mode, namely, the split installation mode is divided into two installation supports 71, and the two installation supports 71 are respectively installed on the bottom shell 20, so that the two installation supports 71 need to be fixed in sequence during installation, two sides of each installation support 71 need to be respectively fixed on the bottom shell 20 through two fasteners 72, and thus two more fasteners 72 need to be added, but the split arrangement mode can flexibly control the installation position of each installation support 71, and also has advantages in the complex layout of the indoor unit 100.
In addition, another embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioning unit including the indoor unit 100, in which the indoor unit 100 can be easily and quickly installed, so that the indoor unit 100 is communicated with the outdoor unit 200 through the connecting pipe, and the normal operation of the air conditioning unit is ensured.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the air conditioning unit further includes an outdoor unit 200 and a second pipeline 300, one end of the second pipeline 300 is connected to the outdoor unit 200, and the other end of the second pipeline 300 is provided with a male connector 310 for mating with the female connector 12. Since the other end of the second pipeline 300 is provided with the male connection head 310, after the male connection head 310 is fitted with the female connection head 12, the first pipeline 112 is connected to the second pipeline 300, so as to complete the connection pipe fitting of the air conditioning unit, and at this time, the evaporator 11 of the indoor unit 100 is communicated with the condenser and the compressor of the outdoor unit 200 through the first pipeline 112 and the second pipeline 300, thereby realizing the circulation of the refrigerant between the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200.
In the present embodiment, the connecting male connector 310 is an existing male connector.
In this embodiment, the second pipeline 300 is a second liquid passing pipe or a second gas passing pipe. It should be noted that, although the pre-buried pipeline in the wall connected to the outdoor unit 200 is generally a pipe in appearance, the pre-buried pipeline is substantially a pipeline structure formed by coating a power line, a drain pipe, a pipeline for liquid inlet, a pipeline for ventilation and the like by a coating layer 400, wherein the coating layer 400 may be a sponge, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the connection of the pipeline for liquid inlet and the pipeline for ventilation is mainly considered, and the pipeline for liquid inlet and the pipeline for ventilation are converged in a second liquid passing pipe, the pipeline for ventilation is converged in a second liquid passing pipe, the second liquid passing pipe is connected with the first liquid passing pipe, and the second liquid passing pipe are not internally communicated and are respectively used for communicating a liquid refrigerant and a gaseous refrigerant, corresponding to the indoor unit 100. Specifically, in this embodiment, a connecting male head 310 is disposed at the other end of each of the second liquid passing tube and the second gas passing tube, and the connecting male head 310 is installed and matched with the connecting female head 12 disposed on the first liquid passing tube or the first gas passing tube to communicate the liquid refrigerant and the gaseous refrigerant respectively. In addition, in this embodiment, the connection end of the second pipeline 300 and the outdoor unit 200 is also connected by the male connector and the female connector. Of course, in other embodiments, the second liquid passing tube and the second gas passing tube may not be covered by the covering layer 400, but may be separately provided.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 shows a schematic structural diagram after the second pipeline 300 of the pipeline pre-buried in the wall and the first pipeline 112 of the indoor unit 100 are connected, as can be seen from the figure, a connecting male head 310 is arranged on the second pipeline 300, a connecting female head 12 is arranged on the first pipeline 112, after the connecting female head 12 is installed and matched with the connecting male head 310, the first pipeline 112 is connected with the second pipeline 300, so as to complete the connection pipe installation of the air conditioning unit, at this time, the evaporator 11 of the indoor unit 100 is communicated with the condenser and the compressor of the outdoor unit 200 through the first pipeline 112 and the second pipeline 300, so as to realize the circulation of the refrigerant between the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200, and the connecting female head 12 is matched with the connecting male head 310 to play a role of connecting the first pipeline 112 with the second pipeline 300.
Further, in this embodiment, the female connection head 12 and the male connection head 310 are made of an alloy tube, a nut, a rubber ring, etc., and the male connection head 310 is pressed into the female connection head 12 and tightened to fix the male connection head.
The installation process of the air conditioning unit connecting pipeline of the invention is further explained as follows: when the air conditioning unit is installed, the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200 are respectively fixed to corresponding installation positions, and then the first pipeline 112 and the second pipeline 300 are connected, since the second pipeline 300 in the outdoor unit 200 and the first pipeline 112 in the indoor unit 100 are both pre-filled with refrigerant, only two ends of the second pipeline 300 need to be connected with the pipelines of the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200 respectively. When the second pipeline 300 is connected with the first pipeline 112, the second side plate 60 of the indoor unit 100 is firstly disassembled, the second pipeline 300 is guided along the panel body 30 until the second pipeline reaches the position of the female connection head 12, the male connection head 310 is butted with the female connection head 12 and then inserted into the female connection head 12, the connection of the second pipeline 300 and the first pipeline 112 is completed, at the moment, all the stop valves 14 can be opened, the filled refrigerant can circulate, meanwhile, the power supply is turned on to test the indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200, and after the refrigerant is leaked and smoothly circulates, the knock-off holes 61 in the second side plate 60 are opened and then installed on the panel body 30, so that the installation of the whole air conditioning unit is completed, and the installation is simple and convenient and has high speed. In addition, this air conditioning unit need not to destroy again when installation, moving machine and maintenance with the pipeline seal of wall body, need not the tape unit threading, drags the line, and is more nimble convenient, experiences better to installation effectiveness and installation intensity promote by a wide margin, also provide very big convenience for later maintenance's pipeline dismouting operation simultaneously.

Claims (13)

1. A connecting structure, characterized by comprising:
the evaporator (11) comprises an evaporator main body (111) and a first pipeline (112) connected with the evaporator main body (111), wherein the first pipeline (112) is positioned on one side of the evaporator main body (111) in the length direction; and
the connecting female head (12) is arranged at the end part of the first pipeline (112), and the connecting female head (12) is used for being matched with a connecting male head (310) arranged on a second pipeline (300) so as to connect the first pipeline (112) with the second pipeline (300).
2. The connection structure according to claim 1, wherein a first connection pipe member (13) is connected to an end portion of the first piping (112), the first connection pipe member (13) having a first port communicating with the first piping (112) and a second port at which the female connection head (12) is provided.
3. The connection according to claim 2, characterized in that the first pipe (112) is welded in the first through hole.
4. The connection according to claim 2, characterized in that the first connecting tube (13) also has a third port at which a shut-off valve (14) is provided.
5. The connection structure according to claim 1, wherein the first pipe (112) is a first liquid passing pipe or a first air passing pipe.
6. An indoor unit, comprising the connecting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

The indoor unit of claim 6, wherein the indoor unit (100) further comprises a bottom casing (20), a panel body (30), a first side plate (40), a panel (50) and a second side plate (60), the panel body (30) is mounted on the bottom casing (20) and forms an accommodating space with the bottom casing (20), and the first side plate (40), the panel (50) and the second side plate (60) are connected in sequence and mounted outside the panel body (30);
the evaporator body (111) is fixed on the bottom shell (20) and located in the accommodating space, the connecting female head (12) is fixed on the bottom shell (20) and located between the panel body (30) and the second side plate (60), one side, close to the second side plate (60), of the panel body (30) is provided with a guide window (31), the end of the first pipeline (112) penetrates through the guide window (31) to be connected with the connecting female head (12), and the second side plate (60) is further provided with a knock-off hole (61).
8. The indoor unit of claim 7, wherein the second side plate (60) is detachably connected to the panel body (30).
9. Indoor unit according to claim 7, characterized in that the indoor unit (100) further comprises a mounting bracket (71), the female connection head (12) being fixed to the bottom casing (20) by means of the mounting bracket (71).
10. The indoor unit of claim 9, wherein the first pipeline (112) is provided with a plurality of pipelines, and the female connecting head (12) arranged at the end of each first pipeline (112) is fixed on the same mounting bracket (71); or
