The invention has simple structure, convenient installation and strong adaptability, and can be used for realizing the normal combustion state and the strong fire stir-frying combustion state of the cooker.

The compound nozzle is simple to install, the first nozzle and the second nozzle are sequentially screwed into the nozzle seat, the nozzle seat can be integrated with nozzles of outer ring fire and central fire of a burner of the stove, and a plurality of gas channels, electromagnetic valves and fans are integrated, the second gas channel and the fourth gas channel are simultaneously controlled by the valves to supply gas to the outer rings of the two compound nozzles, the whole structure is more compact, only one outer ring fire gas pipe and one central fire gas pipe are needed for connecting with a gas valve of the gas stove, no difference exists when the compound nozzle is connected with a common stove, the gas passages are simplified, and the compound nozzle is safer.

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, a nozzle holder of a gas stove comprises a holder body 1 formed by winding a metal thin wall, a first gas channel 2 and a second gas channel 3 for providing external fire of a burner of the stove, and a third gas channel 4 and a fourth gas channel 5 for providing central fire of the burner of the stove. The middle of the base body 1 is provided with a hollow hole, one end of the hollow hole can be provided with a fan 7 for providing primary air, and the other end of the hollow hole is opposite to an injection pipe of a burner of the stove. The tail ends of the first gas channel 2 and the second gas channel 3 are coaxial structures, and a first nozzle 81 and a second nozzle 82 of the compound nozzle 8 are correspondingly arranged; the tail ends of the third gas channel 4 and the fourth gas channel 5 are also coaxial structures and are respectively provided with a first nozzle 81 and a second nozzle 82 of the second compound nozzle 8 correspondingly; two compound nozzles 8 are respectively arranged in a hollow hole in the middle of the seat body 1 and are arranged left and right separately, and different hole diameters are arranged according to the designed gas flow. The second gas channel 3 is provided with a valve 6, and the valve 6 is an electromagnetic valve for controlling whether the second gas channel 3 supplies gas to the second nozzle 82. The fourth gas channel 5 is connected from the second gas channel 3 at the rear end of the valve 6, and the valve 6 can simultaneously control the connection and disconnection of the second gas channel 3 and the fourth gas channel 5. The second gas channel 3 at the front end of the valve 6 can be directly connected with an external gas supply pipe and is in a parallel connection mode with the first gas channel 2, the second gas channel 3 at the front end of the valve 6 of the embodiment is communicated with the first gas channel 2 in a series connection mode, a gas circuit can be connected simply and safely, only one outer ring fire gas pipe and one central fire gas pipe are needed for connection with a gas valve of a gas stove, and the connection with a common stove is free from difference.
As shown in FIG. 1, the multiple nozzle 8 includes two concentric first nozzles 81 and second nozzles 82 which are nested together with a gap therebetween, the second nozzle 82 is longer than the first nozzle 81 at the periphery, and the gas is jetted from the central hollow holes of the first nozzle 81 and the second nozzle 82. The installation of the duplex nozzle 8 is simple, the first nozzle 81 and the second nozzle 82 are sequentially screwed into the nozzle seat, the installation is the same as that of a nozzle of a common cooker, no special requirement is required on an injection pipe of a combustor, and the injection and gas mixing effects of fuel gas are good.
The compound nozzle 8 can realize the normal combustion state and the strong fire stir-frying combustion state of the cooker according to the multi-channel gas supply structure of the cooker. When the stove is in a normal combustion state, the valve 6 is closed, and only the first nozzle 81 is supplied with air; when the stove is in a fierce fire stir-frying combustion state, the valve 6 is opened, and meanwhile, air is supplied to the first nozzle 81 and the second valve 82. The fan 7 is usually not started in a normal combustion state and is started in a violent fire stir-frying combustion state to provide primary air required by gas combustion.
