Abstract
The invention discloses a portable oil pipe blockage breaking device which comprises a cylinder body and a cylinder cover arranged on the cylinder body, wherein the cylinder cover comprises a cylinder body and a cylinder cover body; the device is characterized by also comprising a pressurizing assembly which is arranged in the cylinder body and used for breaking the oil pipe; and the pressurizing assembly is provided with a check assembly for preventing hydraulic oil from flowing backwards and a sealing assembly for improving the sealing property of the pressurizing assembly. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the pressurizing assembly, the pressurizing assembly is utilized to compress and pressurize hydraulic oil in the low-pressure bin, and the hydraulic oil is pushed to be discharged from the oil outlet, so that the oil pipe is prevented from being blocked, and the normal delivery of the hydraulic oil is ensured; through the arrangement of the non-return component, the non-return group is utilized to convey the hydraulic oil in the pressurizing bin into the low-pressure bin, and meanwhile, the hydraulic oil in the low-pressure bin is prevented from flowing backwards, so that the normal conveying of the hydraulic oil is ensured; through seal assembly's setting, utilize seal assembly to seal between pressure boost subassembly and the cylinder body to increase the leakproofness between pressure boost subassembly and the cylinder body.

Technical Field

Background
The oil pipe is a component of an oil circuit, the oil pipe needs to bear certain oil pressure and has certain fatigue strength, the sealing requirement of the pipeline is ensured, the oil pipe is commonly used for conveying engineering machinery hydraulic oil pipes, seabed natural gas, petroleum, irrigation, steel works, chemical plants and other media, in the prior art, when the pressure in the oil pipe is the same as the pressure outside the oil pipe during conveying, the hydraulic oil is blocked in the oil pipe, the normal conveying of the hydraulic oil is influenced, and the phenomenon of backflow of the hydraulic oil can be caused when the pressure outside the oil pipe is increased. Preferably, the supercharging assembly comprises a supercharging piston which is slidably mounted in the cylinder body and an oil inlet through hole which is formed in the supercharging piston; the non-return assembly is arranged at one end of the oil inlet through hole; the seal assembly is mounted on a booster piston.
Preferably, the non-return assembly comprises a limit nut installed on the oil inlet through hole through threads, a spring installed on the limit nut, and a non-return ball core installed on the spring; and the limiting nut is also provided with an oil inlet hole.
Preferably, the seal assembly comprises a seal groove arranged on the booster piston, a seal ring arranged in the seal groove and a retainer ring.
Preferably, the cylinder body is provided with a low-pressure bin, a pressurizing bin for pressurizing the low-pressure bin, an exhaust hole and an oil outlet hole; an oil inlet and an oil outlet are formed in the cylinder cover; and the oil inlet and outlet are provided with oil inlet and outlet joints through threads.
A portable oil pipe blockage breaking device and a working method thereof are characterized in that: the working method comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: hydraulic oil enters a pressurizing bin in the cylinder body through an oil inlet and outlet connector;
the second step is that: hydraulic oil in the pressurizing bin passes through the oil inlet through hole in the pressurizing piston and pushes the check component to open and flow into the low-pressure bin;
the third step: when the pressure in the low-pressure bin is equal to the pressure in the pressurizing bin, the non-return component is closed, and hydraulic oil in the pressurizing bin pushes the pressurizing piston to move;
the fourth step: the pressurizing piston moves forwards to push and compress hydraulic oil in the low-pressure bin, and the pressurized hydraulic oil pushes the hydraulic oil to flow out from the oil outlet.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: through the arrangement of the pressurizing assembly, the pressurizing assembly is used for compressing and pressurizing hydraulic oil in the low-pressure bin and pushing the hydraulic oil to be discharged from the oil outlet, so that the oil pipe is prevented from being blocked and the normal delivery of the hydraulic oil is ensured;
through the arrangement of the check assembly, the check assembly is utilized to convey the hydraulic oil in the pressurizing bin into the low-pressure bin, and meanwhile, the hydraulic oil in the low-pressure bin is prevented from flowing backwards, so that the normal conveying of the hydraulic oil is ensured;
through seal assembly's setting, utilize seal assembly to seal between pressure boost subassembly and the cylinder body to increase the leakproofness between pressure boost subassembly and the cylinder body.

The portable oil pipe blockage breaking device and the working method thereof are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the portable oil pipe blockage breaking device in the embodiment includes a cylinder body 1 and a cylinder cover 2 installed on the cylinder body 1; the device is characterized by also comprising a pressurizing group 3 which is arranged in the cylinder body 1 and used for plugging the oil pipe; a check component 4 for preventing hydraulic oil from flowing backwards and a sealing component 5 for improving the sealing property of the pressurizing component 3 are arranged on the pressurizing component 3; through the arrangement of the pressurizing assembly 3, the pressurizing assembly 3 is utilized to compress and pressurize the hydraulic oil in the low-pressure bin 101, the hydraulic oil is pushed to be discharged from the oil outlet 104, so that the oil pipe is prevented from being blocked, the normal conveying of the hydraulic oil is ensured to pass through the arrangement of the non-return assembly 4, the non-return assembly 4 is utilized to convey the hydraulic oil in the pressurizing bin 102 into the low-pressure bin 101, meanwhile, the hydraulic oil in the low-pressure bin 101 is prevented from flowing backwards, and the normal conveying of the hydraulic oil is ensured; through the setting of seal assembly 5, utilize seal assembly 5 to seal between pressure boost assembly 3 and the cylinder body 1 to increase the leakproofness between pressure boost assembly 3 and the cylinder body 1.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the supercharging assembly 3 includes a supercharging piston 301 slidably mounted in the cylinder 1, and an oil inlet through hole 302 provided on the supercharging piston 301; the non-return assembly 4 is arranged at one end of the oil inlet through hole 302; the sealing assembly 5 is mounted on the pressurizing piston 301; the non-return assembly 4 comprises a limiting nut 401 which is installed on the oil inlet through hole 302 through threads, a spring 402 which is installed on the limiting nut 401 through welding, and a non-return ball core 403 which is installed on the spring 402 through welding; an oil inlet hole 404 is also formed in the limiting nut 401; the sealing assembly 5 comprises a sealing groove 501 arranged on the pressurizing piston 301, a sealing ring 502 arranged in the sealing groove 501 and a retainer ring 503; by arranging the sealing groove 501 on the pressurizing piston 301, the sealing ring 502 and the retainer ring 503 are arranged in the sealing groove 501 to seal between the pressurizing piston 301 and the cylinder 1, so that the sealing property between the pressurizing piston 301 and the cylinder 1 is improved; the check valve core 403 is pushed to move by hydraulic oil, the check valve core 403 compresses the spring 402 by the pressure movement of the hydraulic oil, so that the hydraulic oil in the pressurizing bin 102 enters the low-pressure bin 101 through the oil inlet through hole 302, and when the pressure in the low-pressure bin 101 is greater than or equal to the pressure in the pressurizing bin 102, the check valve core 403 is pushed to move by the elasticity of the spring 402 to reset, so that the hydraulic oil in the low-pressure bin 101 is prevented from flowing backwards.
Referring to fig. 1, a low pressure chamber 101, a pressurizing chamber 102, an exhaust hole 103 and an oil outlet 104 are arranged in the cylinder body 1; an oil inlet and an oil outlet 201 are formed in the cylinder cover 2; an oil inlet and outlet joint 202 is mounted on the oil inlet and outlet 201 through threads.
During the working process of the invention, firstly, hydraulic oil enters the pressurizing bin 102 in the cylinder body 1 through the oil inlet and outlet connector 202, part of the hydraulic oil in the pressurizing bin 102 enters the oil inlet through hole 302 on the pressurizing piston 301, so that the pressure in the oil inlet through hole 302 is increased to push the check valve core 403 to move, the check valve core 403 moves to the spring 402 under the extrusion force of the hydraulic oil so as to compress the spring 402 connected with the check valve core 403, and the hydraulic oil sequentially enters the low-pressure bin 101 through the oil inlet hole 404 on the limit nut 401; when the pressure in the low pressure chamber 101 is equal to or greater than the pressure of the oil fed through the oil inlet through hole 302, the pressure in the low pressure chamber 101 pushes the check valve core 403 to move in the opposite direction, and the spring 402 is reset along with the movement of the check valve core 403, so that the check valve core 403 blocks the oil inlet through hole 302, the hydraulic oil in the pressurizing chamber 102 cannot flow through the oil inlet through hole, thereby stopping feeding the oil into the low pressure chamber 101, the hydraulic oil in the pressurizing chamber 102 continuously supplies oil to the pressurizing chamber 102 through the oil inlet/outlet connector 202, the hydraulic oil in the pressurizing chamber 102 pushes the pressurizing piston 301 to move forward, the air between the pressurizing piston 301 and the cylinder body 1 discharges air through the exhaust hole 103, the pressurizing piston 301 moves forward to push and compress the hydraulic oil in the low pressure chamber 101, and the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the low pressure chamber 101 is higher, the hydraulic oil in the low-pressure chamber flows into the blocked oil pipe from the oil outlet 104 under the pushing of the pressurizing piston 301, and the hydraulic oil in the low-pressure chamber 302 is compressed along with the continuous pushing of the pressurizing piston 301, so that the blocked oil pipe is broken.

Claims (6)
1. A portable oil pipe blockage breaking device comprises a cylinder body (1) and a cylinder cover (2) arranged on the cylinder body (1); the device is characterized by also comprising a pressurizing assembly (3) which is arranged in the cylinder body (1) and used for plugging the oil pipe; and a check component (4) for preventing hydraulic oil from flowing backwards and a sealing component (5) for improving the sealing property of the pressurizing component (3) are arranged on the pressurizing component (3).

The portable oil pipe blockage breaking device according to claim 1, wherein: the supercharging assembly (3) comprises a supercharging piston (301) which is slidably mounted in the cylinder body (1) and an oil inlet through hole (302) which is formed in the supercharging piston (301); the non-return assembly (4) is arranged at one end of the oil inlet through hole (302); the sealing assembly (5) is mounted on the booster piston (301).

The portable oil pipe blockage breaking device according to claim 2, wherein: the non-return assembly (4) comprises a limiting nut (401) which is installed on the oil inlet through hole (302) through threads, a spring (402) which is installed on the limiting nut (401), and a non-return ball core (403) which is installed on the spring (402); and an oil inlet hole (404) is also formed in the limiting nut (401).
4. The portable oil pipe blockage breaking device according to claim 2, wherein: the sealing assembly (5) comprises a sealing groove (501) arranged on the pressurizing piston (301), a sealing ring (502) installed in the sealing groove (501) and a retainer ring (503).

The portable oil pipe blockage breaking device according to claim 1, wherein: the cylinder body (1) is provided with a low-pressure bin (101), a pressurizing bin (102) for pressurizing the low-pressure bin (101), an exhaust hole (103) and an oil outlet hole (104); an oil inlet and an oil outlet (201) are formed in the cylinder cover (2); and an oil inlet and outlet joint (202) is arranged on the oil inlet and outlet (201) through threads.
6. The portable oil pipe blockage breaking device and the working method thereof according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the working method comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: hydraulic oil enters a pressurizing bin (102) in the cylinder body (1) through an oil inlet and outlet joint (202);
the second step is that: hydraulic oil in the pressurizing bin (102) passes through the oil inlet through hole (302) in the pressurizing piston (301) and pushes the non-return component (4) to open and flow into the low-pressure bin (101);
the third step: when the pressure in the low-pressure bin (101) is equal to or greater than the pressure of the oil inlet through hole (302), the non-return component (4) is closed by the pressure in the low-pressure bin, and hydraulic oil in the pressurizing bin (102) pushes the pressurizing piston (301) to move;
the fourth step: the pressurizing piston (301) moves forwards to push and compress hydraulic oil in the low-pressure bin (101), and the pressurized hydraulic oil pushes the hydraulic oil to flow out from the oil outlet (104).
