Referring to fig. 2 and 5, a sliding gear 131 is fixed on each of the two rotating shafts 13, the axial direction of the sliding gear 131 is the same as that of the rotating shaft 13, an inner gear ring 241 is fixed on one side of each movable ring plate 24 away from the support arm 1, the plurality of inner gear rings 241 are coaxially arranged with the rotating shaft 13, and the plurality of inner gear rings 241 are arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 13. The rotating shaft 13 moves along the axis direction thereof, and can drive the sliding gear 131 to sequentially mesh with each inner gear ring 241, so as to rotate along with the rotating shaft 13, and the corresponding movable ring plate 24 and the movable shaft ring 23 are driven to rotate through the rotation of the sliding gear 131 and the inner gear ring 241.
Referring to fig. 5, each wheel disc 2 is further provided with a locking mechanism capable of locking the movable collar 23, and the locking mechanism includes two locking cylinders 26, one locking cylinder 26 is fixed to the inner side of the fixed inner ring 21, and the other locking cylinder 26 is fixed to the outer side of the fixed outer ring 22. The axes of the locking cylinders 26 are in the same straight line and in the same radial direction as the wheel disc 2, and the telescopic rods of the two locking cylinders 26 face to one side close to each other. The fixed inner ring 21/the fixed outer ring 22 and each movable ring plate 24 are provided with a locking hole 261, the locking holes 261 are in the same straight line and are mutually communicated, and when the telescopic rod of any locking cylinder 26 passes through each locking hole 261, the second notch 231 of each movable shaft ring 23 is correspondingly communicated with the first notch 221 of the fixed outer ring 22.
Referring to fig. 5, when all the movable collars 23 need to be locked, the telescopic rod of any one of the locking cylinders 26 extends to enable the telescopic rod of the locking cylinder 26 to pass through each locking hole 261, so as to fix the relative position of each movable collar 23, and further, when any one of the movable collars 23 is driven to rotate by the rotating shaft 13, the telescopic rods of two locking cylinders 26 are inserted into the locking holes 261 of the other movable collar plates 23, so as to keep the other movable collars 23 fixed, and meet the requirement of discharging drill rods.
The implementation principle of a wheel disc type drill rod library in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the drill rod needs to be placed in the drill rod warehouse, the movable shaft rings 23 are rotated firstly, so that the second notches 231 of the movable shaft rings 23 are communicated with and correspond to the first notches 221 of the fixed outer ring 22. Then, a drill rod is placed along the length direction of the support arm 1, then the drill rod is put into any one of the bearing grooves of the innermost movable shaft ring 23 of the two-wheel disc 2 from the first notch 221 and the second notches 231 of the two-wheel disc 2, so that the drill rod is placed in a drill rod library, then the innermost movable shaft ring 23 is rotated, the other bearing groove of the innermost movable shaft ring 23 is rotated to the positions of the first notch 221 and the second notch 231, the drill rod is put into the bearing groove of the innermost movable shaft ring 23 through the first notch 221 and the second notch 231 again, and the steps are repeated until all the bearing grooves of the innermost movable shaft ring 23 are filled, and the drill rod in each bearing groove on the next movable shaft ring 23 can be filled; when the drill rods are filled subsequently, the movable shaft ring 23 needing to be filled is rotated, the other movable shaft rings 23 are still kept fixed, and then all the movable shaft rings 23 are filled with the drill rods in sequence, so that all the drill rods on the wheel disc 2 can be filled.
When the drill rods need to be pushed out, the communication of the notches two 231 and one notch one 221 of each movable shaft ring 23 is kept, then the innermost movable shaft ring 23 is rotated to enable any bearing groove to correspond to the notch one 221, then the plurality of pushing cylinders 31 drive each clamp 32 to move towards the direction away from the supporting arm 1, the drill rods can be clamped by the plurality of clamps 32, then the drill rods are pushed out of the notches one 221 of the two wheel discs 2 through the pushing cylinders 31, the discharge of one drill rod in the drill rod library is realized, after the pushing of one drill rod is completed, each pushing cylinder 31 is reset, then the innermost movable shaft ring 23 is rotated to enable the other bearing groove loaded with the drill rod to correspond to the notch one 221 of the fixed outer ring 22, the steps are continuously repeated, the drill rods of the innermost movable shaft ring 23 can be sent out of the drill rod library, and when the drill rods of other layers of movable shaft rings 23 need to be sent out, the bearing grooves of the movable shaft ring 23 of the layer are sequentially rotated to correspond to the notches one 221 of the fixed outer ring 22, and keeping the other layers of movable shaft rings 23 fixed, and then matching with the push arm 3 to sequentially send the drill rods in the bearing grooves out of the drill rod warehouse.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a wheel disc type gallery drill carriage.
Referring to fig. 6, the wheel-mounted tunnel drill carriage comprises a support base 4, a drill rod warehouse arranged on the support base 4, and a pushing base 5 arranged on the drill rod warehouse. The drill rod warehouse realizes the filling of a plurality of drill rods, and the pushing base 5 is used for realizing the sending out and drilling of each drill rod in the drill rod warehouse.
Referring to fig. 6, the supporting base 4 is horizontally disposed, the crawler-type traveling device 6 is disposed on the lower side of the supporting base 4, and the slewing bearing device 61 is installed between the crawler-type traveling device 6 and the supporting base 4 (both the crawler-type traveling device 6 and the slewing bearing device 61 are the prior art and are not described again). During operation, the crawler-type traveling device 6 can drive the supporting base 4 to move, and the slewing bearing device 61 can drive the supporting base 4 to rotate relative to the crawler-type traveling device 6.
Referring to fig. 6, the supporting base 4 is rectangular, and a hydraulic jack post 7 is vertically fixed at each corner of the supporting base 4. When the supporting base 4 is moved to a proper position in the tunnel, the upper wall and the lower wall of the tunnel can be tightly propped through the hydraulic prop 7, so that the supporting base 4 is fixed.
Referring to fig. 6, a pushing base 5 is horizontally arranged on the upper side of the supporting base 4, the pushing base 5 is a cuboid structure, a supporting arm 41 is vertically fixed on the upper side of the supporting base 4, the upper end of the supporting arm 41 is hinged to one end of the pushing base 5, the supporting arm 41 is horizontally arranged with the hinged axis of the pushing base 5 and perpendicular to the length direction of the pushing base 5, an adjusting cylinder 42 is further arranged between the supporting base 4 and the pushing base 5, the adjusting cylinder 42 is arranged at one end of the pushing base 5 away from the supporting arm 41, the cylinder body of the adjusting cylinder 42 is downwards arranged and hinged to the supporting base 4, and the telescopic rod of the adjusting cylinder 42 is upwards arranged and hinged to the pushing base 5.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the adjusting cylinder 42 drives the telescopic rod to extend and retract, so as to drive the pushing base 5 to swing, thereby meeting different working requirements.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the drill rod magazine adopts the wheel-disk type drill rod magazine in the above embodiment, the wheel-disk type drill rod magazine is arranged on the lower side of the pushing base 5, and the length direction of the wheel-disk type drill rod magazine is the same as the length direction of the pushing base 5.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the two fixed outer rings 22 of the roulette drill pipe library are fixed to the lower side of the pushing base 5.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the first notches 221 of the two fixed outer rings 22 are all towards the pushing base 5, the pushing base 5 is provided with a through groove 51 along the length direction thereof, and the through groove 51 corresponds to the first notch 221 of the fixed outer ring 22. The upper side of the base is provided with a sliding seat 52, and the sliding seat 52 slides on the upper side of the pushing base 5 along the length direction of the through groove 51. Slide 52 is located the one end of logical groove 51, the one side that promotes base 5 is rotated and is connected with drive screw 53, drive screw 53's axis direction is the same with the length direction who promotes base 5, slide 52 threaded connection is in drive screw 53, drive screw 53 rotates and to drive slide 52 along promoting base 5 reciprocating sliding, the one end that promotes base 5 to correspond drive screw 53 is fixed with driving motor, driving motor's output shaft is fixed in drive screw 53, in operation, driving motor can drive screw 53 reciprocating rotation. A rotary clamper 54 is fixed to the upper side of the slider 52. The upper side of the pushing base 5 is fixed with a front clamping frame 55, and the front clamping frame 55 is arranged at one end of the through groove 51 far away from the sliding seat 52.
