Description

Curtain and curtain limiting device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a window curtain and a window curtain limiting device, and more particularly to a window curtain and a window curtain limiting device applied to a two-stage window curtain.
Background
Curtains are a common household device, and in general, the curtain is provided for shielding the sun, providing necessary privacy in the house, or providing decoration. The types of curtains are numerous, for example: blind (Venetian Blinds), roman Shades (Roman Shades), or Cellular Shades (Cellular Shades), among others. The blind consists of a strip of strip-shaped materials which are similar to blades, and the angle of the blind sheet is changed by a pull rope so as to control the intensity of light. The roman shade is provided with a plurality of cross bars respectively penetrating the shade fabric at proper intervals, and the cross bars increase the weight of the shade fabric of the roman shade, thereby preventing the shade fabric from drifting due to wind blowing. The honeycomb curtain is also called an organ curtain, is a new development structure aiming at curtain energy conservation in recent years, and a unique hollow honeycomb is designed in a curtain structure, so that the curtain has the effects of heat insulation and heat preservation, can maintain indoor constant temperature and reduce indoor temperature severe change caused by external environment.
The two-section curtain is usually provided with an upper curtain and a lower curtain which are independently controlled, and when a user wants to avoid peeping indoor conditions by outsiders and wants the upper window to penetrate light, the user can respectively adjust the areas of the upper curtain and the lower curtain for shielding the window according to the requirements, so that the requirements of the user are met.
Generally, a window shade is provided with a pull cord, and the window shade can be pulled up or down by operating the pull cord to be folded or unfolded. In the two-section type curtain, the first transmission module and the second transmission module can individually control the lifting stroke of the middle rail and the lower rail so as to achieve the purpose of individually and independently controlling the upper curtain and the lower curtain.
When the upper curtain and the lower curtain are separately operated to control the opening and closing, the problem that the rope is knotted is easy to occur under certain conditions. For example, when both the upper curtain and the lower curtain are in an unfolded state, the lower rail is raised by controlling the second transmission module to fold the lower curtain, if the lower curtain is fully folded, the second transmission module is continuously controlled, and then the lower rail is continuously raised, so that the lower rail contacts or is pushed to the middle rail, and the middle rail and the upper curtain are forcedly folded upwards, that is, the raising stroke of the middle rail is not controlled by controlling the first transmission module of the middle rail. Because the rope line in the first transmission module of the control middle rail is not rolled at this moment, the rope line of the control middle rail is in a loose state, when a user rolls the wire wheel in the first transmission module next time, the rope line in the loose state can be irregularly and randomly wound on the wire wheel, further the wire wheel can not roll due to overlapping and knotting, and the probability of the jamming fault of the transmission module is increased. Therefore, the two-section curtain in the prior art has the problem that the ropes are overlapped and wound in the process of opening or closing the curtain, and the problems are that the curtain can be failed or even cause the safety doubt in use, so the two-section curtain in the prior art still cannot meet the requirements of users.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to improve the window curtain and the window curtain limiting device.

In this embodiment, the first rotating member 110 and the second rotating member 120 are in a male-female matching structure, and the first rotating member 110 and the second rotating member 120 are rotatably screwed with each other; the second rotating member 120 and the fixed seat 130 are in another male-female matching structure, the second rotating member 120 and the fixed seat 130 are rotatably screwed with each other to form a combination of a group of male members, female members, male members and female members, wherein the second rotating member 120 has a structure of female members and male members.
In detail, the first rotating member 110 includes a first head 112 and a first joint 114, the diameter of the first head 112 is larger than that of the first joint 114, the first joint 114 connects the first head 112, the first head 112 has two opposite end surfaces 112A and 112B, the first joint 114 is formed by extending the end surface 112B of the first head 112 along the axis L, and the first joint 114 is a bolt or a threaded column, and the surface of the first joint 114 has external threads. The first head 112 has a hole 116, the hole 116 is perforated from the surface of the end face 112A and penetrates beyond the end face 112B along the axis L, the hole 116 is used for the rod 5642 of the transmission rod 564 in the first transmission module 56 to penetrate, and the rod 5642 of the transmission rod 564 is fixed to the hole 116.
On the other hand, the first connecting portion 114 further has an inner hole 118, and the inner hole 118 penetrates through the first connecting portion 114 along the axis L, the inner hole 118 is connected to the hole 116, and the size of the inner hole 118 is larger than the size of the hole 116. It should be noted that, when the rod 5642 of the transmission rod 564 passes through and is disposed in the hole 116, one end of the rod 5642 may be located inside the inner hole 118 depending on the actual length, but the rod 5642 of the present embodiment is a square rod, and cooperates with the square hole of the hole 116, so that the rod 5642 of the transmission rod 564 is restrained in the hole 116, and the first rotating member 110 can rotate along the axis L along with the transmission rod 564 when the transmission rod 564 rotates.
In the present embodiment, the second rotating member 120 includes a second head 122 and a second connecting portion 124, the diameter of the second head 122 is larger than that of the second connecting portion 124, the second connecting portion 124 is connected to the second head 122, the second head 122 has two opposite end surfaces 122A and 122B, the second connecting portion 124 is formed by extending the end surface 122B of the second head 122 along the axis L, and the second connecting portion 124 is a bolt or a threaded column, and the surface thereof has external threads. The second head 122 has a screw hole 126, and the screw hole 126 is perforated from the surface of the end face 122A and penetrates the outside of the end face 122B along the axis L. The second coupling portion 124 has a screw hole 128 perforated along the axis L and partially penetrating into the second head 122, the screw holes 126 and 128 are in communication with each other, the screw holes 126 and 128 are sized to correspond to the size of the first coupling portion 114 so that the first coupling portion 114 can be positioned inside the screw holes 126 and 128, more importantly, the external threads on the surface of the first coupling portion 114 can be engaged with the internal threads inside the screw holes 126 and 128, that is, the first coupling portion 114 can be screwed into the screw holes 126 and 128 so that the first coupling portion 114 can move inside the screw holes 126 and 128 in a rotating (screwing-in or screwing-out) manner, thereby forming a structure in which the male member (the first coupling portion 114 in the first rotating member 110) is engaged with the male member (the screw holes 126 and 128 in the second rotating member 120). Further, since the first coupling portion 114 can move within the screw holes 126, 128 in a rotating manner, a first rotation stroke (e.g., the first rotation stroke P1 of fig. 6B) can be provided between the first head 112 of the first rotating member 110 and the second head 122 of the second rotating member 120.
In addition, the second connecting portion 124 further has a hole 129, and the hole 129 is perforated along the axis L and partially penetrates through the second connecting portion 124, and the hole 129 is connected to the screw hole 128, and the size of the hole 129 is smaller than the screw hole 128. Similarly, it should be noted that, when the rod 5842 of the transmission rod 584 passes through and is disposed in the hole 129, one end of the rod 5842 may be located inside the inner screw hole 128 depending on the actual length, but the rod 5842 of the embodiment is a square rod, and cooperates with the square hole of the hole 129, so that the rod 5842 of the transmission rod 584 is constrained in the hole 129, and the second rotating member 120 can rotate along the axis L along with the transmission rod 584 when the transmission rod 584 rotates.
In an embodiment, the end face 112B of the first head 112 in the first rotating member 110 faces the end face 122A of the second head 122 in the second rotating member 120, and the size of the end face 112B of the first head 112 in the first rotating member 110 is equal to the size of the end face 122A of the second head 122 in the second rotating member 120 (as shown in fig. 5), so that when the first rotating member 110 or the second rotating member 120 rotates to screw with each other, the size of the end face 112B of the first head 112 is the same as the size of the end face 122A of the second head 122, so that the forces of the end face 112B of the first head 112 and the end face 122A of the second head 122 can be equally distributed to reduce the occurrence of damage to the rotating member (refer to the first rotating member 110 or the second rotating member 120) due to displacement.
In this embodiment, the fixing base body 130 is disposed in the accommodating groove 522 of the curtain rail 52, the fixing base body 130 includes a through hole 132, the through hole 132 is used for the second connecting portion 124 in the second rotating member 120 to pass through, the size of the second connecting portion 124 corresponds to the size of the through hole 132, an internal thread 134 is disposed in the through hole 132, and an external thread on the surface of the second connecting portion 124 can be matched with the internal thread 134 in the through hole 132, so that the second connecting portion 124 can move in the through hole 132 in a rotating (screwing-in or screwing-out) manner, so as to form a structure of male-female matching between a male member (the second connecting portion 124 in the second rotating member 120) and a female member (the through hole 132 in the fixing base body 130). In addition, since the second coupling portion 124 can move in the through hole 132 in a rotating manner, a second rotation stroke (e.g. the second rotation stroke P2 of fig. 6A) can be provided between the fixing base 130 and the second head 122 of the second rotating member 120.
Therefore, the first rotating member 110 and the second rotating member 120 of the present embodiment are in a male-female matching relationship, the second rotating member 120 and the fixing base 130 are in another male-female matching relationship, so as to form a combination of a male member, a female member, a male member and a female member, wherein the second rotating member 120 can serve as a female member (the screw holes 126 and 128) and a male member (the second combination portion 124). In an embodiment, the fixed base 130 is movably disposed in the accommodating groove 522 of the curtain rail 52, so that the first rotating member 110, the second rotating member 120 and the fixed base 130 can move left and right along the axis L. In another embodiment, the fixing base 130 is fixed in the accommodating groove 522 of the curtain rail 52, and the first rotating member 110 and the second rotating member 120 can move left and right along the axis L.
In an embodiment, the end surface 122A of the second rotating member 120 and the end surface 112B of the first rotating member 110 further include a stop portion, respectively, so that when the first rotating member 110 rotates relative to the second rotating member 120, or the second rotating member 120 rotates relative to the first rotating member 110, the stop portion of the first rotating member 110 and the stop portion of the second rotating member 120 can be mutually locked to limit the rotation stroke of the first rotating member 110 and the second rotating member 120, and simultaneously limit the stroke of the winding device 566, 565, 586, 585 to synchronously rotate to retract the corresponding cord 568, 569, 588, 589, so as to control the closing and opening positions of the curtain body 51 of the curtain 50. It should be noted that, the type of the stop portion is not limited, for example, in fig. 5 or fig. 6B, a stop portion 121 is disposed on the end face 122A of the second head 122 of the second rotating member 120, for example, a bump is disposed on the stop portion 121, which is formed by protruding outward from the surface of the end face 122A, and a stop portion 111 is disposed on the end face 112B of the first head 112 of the first rotating member 110 correspondingly to the end face 112B of the first head 112 of the first rotating member 110, as shown in fig. 6B, and the stop portion 111 is formed by protruding outward from the surface of the end face 112B, for example, so as to achieve the above-mentioned function of mutual fastening. Similarly, as shown in fig. 5 or fig. 6A, the surface 130A of the fixed base 130 may be provided with a stop portion 131, and the end surface 122B of the second head 122 of the second rotating member 120 is correspondingly provided with a stop portion 123, so that when the second rotating member 120 rotates relative to the fixed base 130, the stop portions 131 and 123 can achieve a mutually fastening function, so as to limit the rotation stroke of the second rotating member 120 and the fixed base 130.
The operation of the window covering of the present embodiment will be described below with reference to fig. 6A to 6C.
Fig. 6A is a schematic view of an embodiment of a curtain limiter of the present invention. Please refer to fig. 6A and fig. 1. Fig. 6A shows a state that both the upper curtain 51A and the lower curtain 51B shown in fig. 1 are retracted, so that both sides of the middle rail 54 are contacted to the bottom side of the curtain rail 52 and the top side of the lower rail 55, that is, the lower rail 55 is moved and contacted to the bottom side of the middle rail 54 to retract the lower curtain 51B; and the middle rail 54 is moved and contacted to the bottom side of the curtain rail 52 to receive the upper curtain 51A. In the state that the upper curtain 51A and the lower curtain 51B are both retracted, the first rotating member 110 and the second rotating member 120 are respectively located at an upper limit, and the intermediate rail 54 is moved to the bottom side of the curtain rail 52 as mentioned above, so that the intermediate rail 54 is blocked by the curtain rail 52 and cannot be lifted any further, and the first head 112 in the first rotating member 110 cannot be moved to the left (herein, refer to the direction away from the second rotating member 120 as shown in fig. 6A). On the other hand, the second head 122 of the second rotating member 120 is moved and contacts the first head 112 of the first rotating member 110, so that the second head 122 of the second rotating member 120 cannot move further to the left (in this case, toward the first rotating member 110 as shown in fig. 6A), and further, the lower rail 55 cannot further rise, that is, by means of the curtain limiting device 100 of the present embodiment, the lower rail 55 can be prevented from further rising and pushing against the middle rail 54.
In the present embodiment, as shown in the state of both the upper curtain 51A and the lower curtain 51B of fig. 6A being folded, the second rotating member 120 is located between the first rotating member 110 and the fixed seat 130, the movable travel of the second rotating member 120 is limited by the first rotating member 110 and the fixed seat 130, i.e. the movable upper limit position of the second rotating member 120 is defined by the position of the first rotating member 110, and further, the present embodiment further locks the stop portion 121 of the second rotating member 120 and the stop portion 111 of the first rotating member 110 to limit the mutual rotation of the first rotating member 110 and the second rotating member 120. The movable lower limit of the second rotating member 120 is defined by the position of the fixed seat 130. Further, in the present embodiment, the stop portion 123 of the second rotating member 120 and the stop portion 131 of the fixed base 130 are further fastened to each other, so as to limit the second rotating member 120 and the fixed base 130 from rotating relative to each other.
In the present embodiment, when the second rotating member 120 is moved to the upper limit position, as shown in fig. 6A, a second rotation stroke P2 may be provided between the fixed base body 130 and the second head 122 of the second rotating member 120, and the distance between the second rotation stroke P2 and the surface 130A of the fixed base body 130 calculated by the end surface 122B of the second head 122 represents the distance between the second rotating member 120 and the fixed base body 130.
In the present embodiment, when the pull cord 14 drives the transmission rod 584 to rotate in a second direction G2 through the speed-changing device 582, the winding devices 585, 586 are used for winding the corresponding cord 589, 588, so that the lower rail 55 descends in the descending direction L1, and the lower curtain 51B is unfolded for a distance. On the other hand, the lever body 5842 of the transmission rod 584 is coupled to the second rotating member 120, so that the second rotating member 120 rotates in the second direction G2 relative to the first rotating member 110, the second head 122 of the second rotating member 120 moves along the axis L in a direction away from the first head 112 of the first rotating member 110, and at the same time, the second coupling portion 124 of the second rotating member 120 also moves rotationally relative to the fixed seat body 130, so that the second head 122 of the second rotating member 120 moves along the axis L in a direction towards the fixed seat body 130, and further changes the distance of the second rotating stroke P2. When the second rotating member 120 is continuously rotated to the lower limit position as shown in fig. 6B, a first rotating stroke P1 is provided between the first rotating member 110 and the second rotating member 120 as compared with the second rotating stroke P2 of fig. 6A.
In addition, since the second rotating member 120 is blocked by the fixed seat 130 and cannot continue to rotate, the pull cord 14 cannot continue to be pulled, and the lower rail 55 is at the lower limit position, i.e. the maximum distance for the lower curtain 51B to be unfolded. For example, the maximum travel distance of the lower rail 55 shown in fig. 1 is the lower rail travel distance D2, which is the distance from the top side of the lower rail 55 to the bottom side of the middle rail 54. In contrast to the travel ranges of fig. 6A to 6B, the second rotation range P2 of fig. 6B corresponds to the lower rail travel range D2 of fig. 1.
Conversely, when the lower curtain 51B is to be rolled, the pull cord 14 drives the transmission rod 584 to rotate in a first direction G1 via the speed-changing device 582, and the winding devices 585 and 586 are used to wind the corresponding wires 589 and 588 to raise the lower rail 55 in the raising direction L2, at this time, the raising distance of the lower rail 55 is limited within the range of the second rotation travel P2, in other words, the second rotation travel P2 of the curtain limiting device 100 can limit the movement travel of the lower rail 55, and the distance of the second rotation travel P2 is determined based on the raising or lowering movement travel of the lower rail 55. When the lower rail 55 is moved to the bottom side of the middle rail 54, the second rotating member 120 is rotated to the upper limit position and cannot be rotated continuously, so that the pull rope 14 cannot be pulled continuously, and the lower rail 55 is prevented from rising continuously again to push the middle rail 54, thereby preventing the wires 569 and 568 pulled to the middle rail 54, and further preventing the wires 569 and 568 of the middle rail 54 from being overlapped and wound subsequently due to the loose state.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6B, for example, if the second rotating member 120 is rotated in the above-mentioned process, a first rotating stroke P1 is provided between the first rotating member 110 and the second rotating member 120, and the movable lower limit of the first rotating member 110 is defined by the position of the second rotating member 120. On the other hand, the movable upper limit of the first rotating member 110 is defined according to the position where the middle rail 54 is moved to the bottom side of the curtain rail 52, that is, the middle rail 54 is blocked by the curtain rail 52 and cannot further rise, and at this time, the corresponding position where the first rotating member 110 cannot further move to the left (refer to the direction of moving the first rotating member 110 away from the second rotating member 120 as shown in fig. 6B) defines the upper limit.
In this embodiment, when the pull cord 12 rotates the transmission rod 564 in the second direction G2 through the speed-changing device 562, the winding devices 565, 566 are used to wind the corresponding cord 569, 568, so that the middle rail 54 descends in the descending direction L1, such that the upper curtain 51A is unfolded by a distance limited by the first rotation stroke P1 formed between the first rotating member 110 and the second rotating member 120. On the other hand, the lever 5642 of the transmission rod 564 is coupled to the first rotating member 110, so that the first rotating member 110 simultaneously rotates in the second direction G2 relative to the second rotating member 120, and the first head 112 of the first rotating member 110 moves along the axis L in the direction of the second head 122 of the second rotating member 120, thereby changing the distance of the first rotating stroke P1. When the first rotating member 110 is continuously rotated to the lower limit position as shown in fig. 6C, the first rotating member 110 is blocked by the second rotating member 120 and cannot continue to rotate, so that the pull cord 12 cannot continue to be pulled, and the middle rail 54 is at the lower limit position, i.e. the maximum distance for the upper curtain 51A to be unfolded. For example, the maximum travel of the center rail 54 as shown in fig. 1 is the center rail travel D1, which is the distance from the bottom side of the curtain rail 52 to the top side of the center rail 54. In contrast to the movement strokes of fig. 6B to 6C, the first rotation stroke P1 of fig. 6B corresponds to the middle rail movement stroke D1 of fig. 1. In addition, at this time, the pulling rope 12 cannot be pulled continuously, so that the middle rail 54 is at the lower limit position and cannot descend continuously, so that the phenomenon that the middle rail 54 descends continuously to idle the threads 569, 568 in the coiling devices 565, 566 can be avoided, and further the overlapping and winding of the threads 569, 568 can be avoided.
Conversely, when the driving rod 564 is driven to rotate in the first direction G1 by the speed-changing device 562 through the pull cord 12 to wind up the upper curtain 51A, the winding devices 565 and 566 are used for winding up the corresponding wires 569 and 568, so that the middle rail 54 is lifted up in the lifting direction L2, the rod body 5642 of the driving rod 564 is linked to the first rotating member 110, so that the first rotating member 110 rotates in the first direction G1 relative to the second rotating member 120 at the same time, the first head 112 of the first rotating member 110 moves along the axis L in a direction away from the second head 122 of the second rotating member 120, at this time, the lifting distance of the middle rail 54 is limited within the range of the first rotating stroke P1, more specifically, the middle rail 54 is moved to the bottom side of the curtain rail 52, and is blocked by the curtain rail 52, and cannot be lifted up continuously, the first rotating member 110 cannot be rotated again and is at the upper limit position of the first rotating member 110, so that the winding devices 565 and 565 cannot be continuously wound up the corresponding wires 569 and 565 are not wound up continuously, and the problem of the winding wires 568 and 568 is avoided. As can be seen from the above, the first rotation travel P1 of the curtain limiting device 100 can limit the movement travel of the middle rail 54, and the distance of the first rotation travel P1 is determined based on the ascending or descending movement travel of the middle rail 54.
In summary, the present invention can limit and control the lifting travel of the middle rail and the lower rail of the curtain by the curtain limiting device, so as to prevent the overlapping and winding of the rope wires on the rope wires in the winding device.
In addition, the first rotating member and the second rotating member are of a male-female matching structure, so that the first rotating member and the second rotating member can be in rotary screwing with each other, and the second rotating member and the fixed seat body are of another male-female matching structure, so that the second rotating member and the fixed seat body can be in rotary screwing with each other, and a combination of a male member, a female member, a male member and a female member is formed.
In addition, the size of the first head part in the first rotating part in the curtain limiting device is equal to the size of the second head part in the second rotating part, so that when the first rotating part or the second rotating part rotates to be screwed with each other, the size of the first head part is the same as the size of the second head part, stress on the mutually contacted end surfaces of the first head part and the second head part can be evenly distributed, and damage of the rotating part caused by displacement can be reduced.
The above description is illustrative of the invention and is not to be construed as limiting, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
